This place is super unique! It's built on a dock and you cross into Maryland as you walk onto it, very cool spot with amazing views. Dogs are welcome on the patio.

Closest Gas Station/Local Market
This is the closest gas station/local market. It has an amazing made to order food area, they always have local to-go food and a really great selection when it comes to gas station markets. Highly recommend the breakfast sandwiches and the shrimp salad.

Air Conditioning and Heating
There is a Nest thermostat on the wall in the kitchen that and there is a heating unit in the living room that is great for the winter months.
Nest Instructions:
1. Spin to desired temperature
Heating Unit Instructions:
1. Press Temp
2. Press up/down to desired Temperature
3. Press SET
Tips
-It can take a few minutes to push the heat to the bedrooms because of it's central location but it heats up quick, keep the doors open or closed as necessary to help warm air flow. There are also new space heaters in each bedroom just in case.

Well Water - Toilet Reminders - Filtered Water
This home is run on well water and there are a few quirky differences that come along with that. Ultimately the biggest thing is the make sure you dispose of your NON-FLUSHABLES in the provided receptacle and not in the toilet.
This has only happened to me once but if you hear the toilet continue to run, it's likely that the flushing handle didn't return to it's ready position so you can just raise it back and it'll be good to go.
The water is tested and perfectly safe it may just be different from your usual tap so I keep a Brita in the refrigerator so there is filtered water available.
