Outdoor Activities

The best outdoor recreation opportunities when staying at Ohana Basecamp
The sixth largest ski resort in North America delivers incredible skiing from late November/ early December until Memorial Day most years. The bike park is great fun in the summer, offering not only mountain biking, but also chairlift access to Pine Martin lodge at 7775’ alpine hiking and disc golf course.

Access the best Mountain Bike trails in Central Oregon. Ride straight from the trailhead to access miles of great x/c trail riding. Head up higher and try the trails fro Wanoga snow park or Swampy lakes for fast flow trails and jump lines. My favorites are Southfork trail, Tiddlywinks and funner!

Incredible views and natural beauty at this historic National Park. After late June the North entrance to the Park is open. Learn about Mt. Mazama the volcano that created the landscape of the park. Crater lake is the deepest lake in the United States!

Bend Breweries

Some of my favorite places to grab a brew with friends after a long ride.
A lesser known yet excellent local spot. Not on the average beer tourist circuit.
