A very underrated provincial park, McGregor has lovely trails, some nice beaches and an interesting visitors centre.

Go early (very early) or don't go at all. One of the most beautiful spots in Ontario it has recently become extremely popular to the extent that parking has become a huge issue.

This is a great spot to visit and walk around for an hour or two. Relatively easy trails with a few challenging spots, the caves and rock formations are worth making the drive up to Wiarton. There is also a nice and scenic picnic area close to the parking lot.

Sightseeing

Tobermory is a beautiful small lakeside town that can be very busy in the summer. Great to visit but not necessarily on weekends in the summer, this is where the Chichimaun ferry makes land fall.
