Don't miss
Don't rely on Google Maps
Google Maps doesn't work well in Guatemala City!
Always use Waze!
To get around the city, always opt for Uber!

What to pack
Weather
As much as you would love to rely on weather apps... welcome to the tropics!
Try to pack a light jacket since we usually have an 'eternal spring' weather, but we actually don't have 4 seasons, it's just Sun or Rain; so it's basically hot during the day, chilly at night or just rain.
You never know!
What to pack
Shoes
Always go for comfort over fashion! Specially if you plan on taking day tours of going some days to the jungle or volcanoes... always bring comfy shoes!
