Sightseeing: The paved walking trail goes thru the front lawn of the property . It is scenic and has a restroom and sitting area when you walk to the right . Biking is allowed . To the left is a boat landing . Very clean and goes fir more than 100 miles.

events but not for parties. Please do not alter or move any furniture. Do not enter nor open doors to lower level. Lower level will eventually open up as a separate Riverview Waterfront Rental.
