Delicious comfort food within walking distance of the apt. Very friendly staff and super cool atmosphere. The building was made from an old barn that was dismantled and then reassembled in Bushwick. There's a hidden door to the patio through the bookcase.

Great coffee shop just a few blocks from the apartment. As listed in Zagat: "From the founder of Gorilla Coffee comes this Bushwick roaster and coffee shop offering espressos, pour-overs and other carefully brewed cups in addition to milkshakes and more surprising concoctions in a big, skylit space with roasting machinery on view. Collaborating with Roberta’s, it serves a signature Magic Bialy (topped with caramelized onions, prosciutto and a poached egg) along with pastries from local purveyors."

It's a comfortable, long walk on a nice day or a short uber ride away. Definitely worth the trip.
