Three New York Japanese legends decided to open up their own restaurant after working at other institutions for a collective experience of 30 years. The cocktails of Angel's Share, the oysters from Maison Premiere, the kitchen from Totto Ramen & Hide-chan - all three come together in this amazing blend of restaurant and cocktails. Get a seat while you can - it's one of the few places besides Red Rooster that I know is crowded at midnight on a weekday with no intention of slowing down.
