pretty much one of the best chinese resturants, dim sum especially, in Vancouver. Came to the scene in the late 90's when the best HK chefs were leaving HK in fear of the colony going back to China. Nothing happened, but Vancouver got a flood of HKese immigrants and the quality of Chinese food hasn't gone down since :)
