This accommodation is perfect for a weekend getaway from the city. The room is nice and cozy and has pretty much everything you need.I would recommend going in the summer for more value (since we could not use the pool as it was a little too chilly!)

Paul was great. He was there right at the time that i came in. He is very welcoming and provide all the needs in the studio. He is very respectful. the place is clean and convenient. i would recomande this place.

This place was really nice. It's just the right size, it's comfy, and really clean. Lina and Paul are really nice too. They care a lot about their guests; they give you all the info you need on things to do around town and take really good care of you.

Judy is an Amazing host and very friendly, responsive, and helpful. Her place is perfect in terms location, very centreal, and great for its value. Thé condo is nicely decoreated and Judy provides everything you need!

This was our first airbnb experience, and it could not have been better. Judy is a great host - she responded promptly pre-trip, offered us some amazing suggestions at check in, and made sure that her space was incredibly comfortable and exactly as advertised. Those are some easy selling points; this is the review: Judy has you covered from BEFORE you arrive to the moment you leave. Traffic suggestions. Local hotspots. Eats. Neighborhood guide. Saying hello felt like meeting a new friend. Talking about the fluffy and the serious really humanized the interaction. And staying in Judy's care brought the same level of hotel professionalism with all of the missing warmth. There's a reason she's always booked, and honestly, made the perfect experience for popping my airbnb cherry.

What a great place to stay! Awesome downtown location, close to the Rogers Centre, and of course the ACC. Easy to find, easy check-in process. Close to transportation options. Walking distance to all amenities. Ricki and Oscar, are absolutely amazing to deal with. Checking in on us during our first day, to make sure we got settled, and had everything we needed! Thank-you for the wonderful vacation accommodations!!! We will hopefully be back soon!

Everything here was great. Prime location. The unit was in great condition and they have a balcony with nice views of the CN Tower. Netflix was a plus for us when we had to wait a couple hours to meet some friends the last day. Thanks for everything.

Very clean, great location for attending Conference Centre, sporting events, concerts, entertainment district or downtown core. Communication was EXCELLENT! They also went out of their way to to accommodate us with a few extra requests we had.

Marianna was very friendly and accomodating when I arrived, the check-in taking place at 19h, I was able to integrate the scene at 10 am in order to put my bag. The premises are very clean. The only complaint would be about the comfort of the mattress, too thin in my opinion.

It was a nice stay, I loved the apartment. I had my own section in the house with my private bathroom.

The room is exactly as the pictures and in a very good location. Yin & Stephen are great, they made me feel as in home, they offered me to get tea, coffee, even cereal. They helped me too with how to use the public transport and what to do in the city. 100% recommendable.

I had a wonderful stay at Yin & Stephen's place. The communication was very clear and both Yin and Stephen took the time to give me instructions on how to get to their place and gave me suggestions for food and things to do in Toronto. The room was very tidy, cozy, and I felt very safe with my privacy respected. Yin and Stephen were also very flexible with the checkout and let me keep my luggage at their place while I toured the city on my final day. Amenities were all complete and Stephen gave me a very detailed tour of their place which was nice. The location was also very central and there were plenty of food and shopping options nearby. Overall, I had a really great stay and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to stay in downtown Toronto!

Shirin and her nephew were friendly, responsive hosts. A perfect location to explore downtown Toronto and also a very quiet neighborhood.

I enjoyed my stay at Shirin's place. Her nephew Pasha greeted me, showed me around, offered me tea and made me feel right at home. My schedule prevented me from meeting Shirin in person but her lovely home speaks volumes about her as a perfect host who pays attention to detail and makes an effort to satisfy her guest's every possible need. The room is quite spacious and the bed very comfortable. The house is immaculately clean and smells fresh. No wonder I slept so well.

Elizabeth and Dan were great hosts, they were very accommodating and available to help with any issues that my partner and I had. The room is cozy, comfortable and offers enough privacy. The location is fantastic. Despite being 1 block away from a major street, the neighbourhood is very tranquil and safe. The affordable price coupled with the location is a no brainer for solo travellers and couples coming to Toronto, I would recommend booking here.

This was my first time using Air BnB and Elizabeth made it a wonderful experience! She left food to eat for breakfast which was so wonderful of her to do and she was always super responsive whenever I messaged her! Also the place was super close to transit as well as Kensington Market! Highly recommend!

Neil's place is perfectly located in the heart of the Annex neighbourhood. A great option if you are visiting U of T! On a quiet residential street, but with lots of restaurants, bars and coffeshops just a short walk away. Room was cozy and neat, and had everything for a comfy stay (lots of closet and shelf space, a desk, extra blankets). Perfect for a solo traveller. The shared bathroom is kept clean, and the rain shower is quite decadent. It is down the stairs from the bedroom though, so if you're someone with mobility issues this might be a consideration (there are stairs throughout the house). There is a guest parking spot in the lane behind the house, but on the weekend there was plenty of street parking too. Neil is super nice, welcoming, interesting, and very easy and prompt to deal with. Communication was always excellent, so check-in was smooth. When I stayed there were renovations going on in the house next door, but they didn't start very early and I didn't find them that loud or bothersome.

Neil was a lovely, friendly host. He checked in with me daily and ensured I was warm enough and comfortable enough in my room - I came from summer into the Canadian winter and so the cold was quite a shock! Neil's place is in an excellent location; very close to Harbord, Bathurst, Brunswick, Bloor and College streets - all major streets in the city - which have great restaurants, cafes and shopping. The neighbourhood is quiet and very safe and Neil's house is easy to locate. If you are planning on visiting the CN tower, ROM or other attractions like Disillery District etc. Neil's place is approx. a 20-35 minute walk from these locations, depending on which one you are visiting. An uber from Neil's place to Toronto airport is approx. $35CAD and takes 35-40 minutes in non-peak hour traffic. If you're planning on spending most of your time exploring the city, Neil's place is ideal. It is very basic, but it is safe and perfectly located. Try Pizza Gigi on the corner of Lippincott and Harbord!
