  • Just what the kid taxi needed. A cute cabin free of the kids with an awesome view. Grocery store is a few blocks away, with a well appointed kitchen there were no needs for our three day anniversary get-away. The wood stove kept the cabin nice and toasty all weekend long. As other reviews stated, Steve was wonderful to work with, and has the perfect little retreat for exploring pacific county-thanks Steve!

  • Our stay at the cabin was short but very sweet! Steve was a very warm and informative host, giving us clear directions to get to the cabin and recommendations for things to do/places to go in town. The cabin has great amenities and the attention to detail put into this space is very noticeable. Thanks!

    Antonia2017-08-02T00:00:00Z
  • Steve's spot was a treat. Located in a sleepy town, the cabin was so cozy. It was rainy outside so the wood stove was a welcome amenity. The cabin is so cute and I imagine we'll be back!

    Emily2015-09-21T00:00:00Z
  • We weren't able to find the place at first. Steve came to the rescue and welcomed us into the cabin. It was an amazing place to retreat, rewind and replenish. Loved every bit of the stay. Thanks!

  • The Cabin at Willapa Bay is a must-stay! If you're looking at other listings in the area, don't make the mistake of missing this charming, cozy, clean cabin. Stocked with plenty of amenities if you want to stay in, the cabin even has a lovely deck and view, and out the back door is another lovely area with a hammock and outdoor chandelier at night. I cannot speak highly enough about the warmth and hospitality of Steve and Denise! Don't miss a chance to stay at the cabin- it's just as charming as it looks in the photos! If we're back in the area, we will certainly stay at the cabin again!

    Anna2015-08-03T00:00:00Z
  • a lovely quiet retreat. I enjoyed my stay and this adorable cabin very much!

    kelly2016-07-15T00:00:00Z
  • Steve is a great, congenial host. The very cute, shabby chic cabin was so restful. Loved it!

    Joan2017-04-30T00:00:00Z
  • The Cabin was all that we could've hoped for and more. The view out onto the bay from the front porch in the morning (with the coffee and muffins they left for us) and the interior decoration was right out of somebody's Tumblr profile. When we arrived Steve greeted us and showed us around, giving us some fun backstory to his and the cabin's history. Everything came together to make this a really great trip. Thank you guys for all the effort and care you've put in - it shines through in many ways.

  • This cabin is AMAZING! My fiancé and I had a terrific time here. The cabin was ready the second we walked in the door, which made us both feel right at home. The cabin itself is perfect, excellently maintained and clean, clean, clean! Have never felt quite so taken care of before, and we have both been to some swanky places for our work. This one puts them all to shame. We will definitely be back to stay soon!

  • Epic stay. So glad I stayed. I would stay here every single time. Sky roof to watch stars, very clean, heater kept the space warm, and the futon was comfortable. Staff was amazing! Very accommodating to my late check in and super helpful. Bring blankets and a pillow. Showers are a short walk. Camp store and coffee in the am. Beautiful area.

    $62 Yurt on Willapa Bay
    4 reviews
    If you want spend some time next to the mighty Pacific Ocean, but you don't want swarms of tourists getting in your way, then this is the spot! Just a quick half hour drive down the coast from Westport, you'll find the peace and serenity you've been waiting for. Empire spit is where the Pacific spills into Willapa Bay and the small town of Tokeland sits right there perched out from the highway. This is the true definition of a small town. The total land area is half a square mile. There isn't much for stores or shops, but what makes up for that is the sweeping, unobstructed views of the ocean which are literally across the street from this great house. Beach combing, fishing, and hunting are all just minutes away. There's a casino down the road with a deli and lounge as well as a convience store across the street. The Willapa are magical, and the silence here will finally give you a chance to let out a sigh and not worry about all that you've driven away from. There is a unique golf course which is actually situated on tidal lands, so during high winter tides, it will occasionally go underwater. Don't be fooled by this though, as the vistas over the bay where the Willapa River meet the Pacific can't be beat. When you step inside the house you'll see why this is such a gem. Newer appliances and furniture along with a wood stove make for all the comforts of home. The living room has large windows which look out over the ocean. The huge flat screen TV will help keep you occupied in the evenings and a short walk down to the fishing boats is a great way to start the day. The serenity and low key atmosphere here will be a huge help getting you to refresh and relax. Size: 166 m2. Amenities: Cookware Kitchen Utensils, Bed Linen Towels, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, TV, Kitchen, 2 x oven, microwave, coffee maker, internet connection, Dryer, Beach, No Smoking Rooms/Facilities, Parking, Ping-pong table, Local hospital, Waterfront, Family/kids friendly, Fireplace, Towels; Bathroom: bath with shower, toilet; Bathroom: toilet, bath with shower; Bedroom: Queen size bed; Bedroom: Queen size bed; Bedroom: king size bed;
  • Nice house and sleeps 6 comfortably and can sleep 2 on the sofa bed. Location is nice and secluded with a few good beaches nearby.

  • We had a great stay at Penny's home. Location is lovely, right across the street from the water. Deck out front was great for enjoying the view. Decor is very cute and beachy, well furnished and comfy. Lots of space, good kitchen, dining room, and 2 sitting areas. Was very clean and cozy. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

  • A lovely, quiet, get away with all amenities. House is very accurately described! Enjoy!

    Jennifer2017-08-07T00:00:00Z
  • This is a great home where you will wake up to the views of the ocean. We had some really good weather and the sights and sounds of the ocean was so peaceful. My only compliant would be whomever stayed before me must have cleaned some type of seafood in the kitchen. The house states there is a cleaning area out back. We very much enjoyed our stay despite that small hiccup and had a great 4th of July weekend. This home will exceed your expectations and you will love it as a getaway.

  • Leisa has made an effort to make this a comfy spot to rest. She was very accomodating and friendly.

    Lyell2017-09-09T00:00:00Z
  • A lovely place to stay. We felt at home as soon as we arrived. The pictures do not really do the room justice: it was very spacious. Leisa left a basket and bowl of snacks, and even put out a vase of roses. We enjoyed the view from the patio both before and after dinner (oysters at Chesters)

    CHRISTINE 2017-08-06T00:00:00Z
  • Quiet bedroom, bathroom and living area in the semi-basement walk-out of a home beautifully situated on a hillside overlooking the Willapa River valley. Leisa and Brian are friendly and responsive. Leisa gave me the ok to run a load of laundry in her new Samsung washer, just like mine at home, then I dried it on her clothesline. The mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig were great.

    Linda2017-07-17T00:00:00Z
  • Host was great -- Leisa went above and beyond to make our stay possible. Arriving at night, the house was a bit tricky to locate. Accommodations were great -- comfy bed, cool decor and art, plenty of small amenities. When we woke in the morning, the view from the deck was spectacular. Highly recommended.

    Randy2017-08-26T00:00:00Z
  • Leisa is kind and genuine and has so much to share. We love it there.

    susan2017-08-19T00:00:00Z
  • This place is perfect for people who want privacy or the need for a private entrance. It was a little strange to us not to be greeted by the host, but we went upstairs to say hello and they were very sweet. Very nice dog. My husband and I were driving down from the olympic peninsula to Astoria. There were no reasonable priced airbnb's in Astoria (saturday night). They were a little over an hour away but their area is nice. We booked the morning of our stay. Leisa sets out a nice spread, including homemade bread and honey from their bee's. We were able to do laundry and they recommended some great restaurants. I wish we could have stayed longer.

    Nikki2017-07-30T00:00:00Z
  • Leisa and her husband were more friend that host, people we'd feel lucky to spend time with. The view is just beautiful and we were treated so well. We discussed a couple very minor improvements so it should be just perfect now.

    susan2017-07-24T00:00:00Z
  • Leisa and her husband were both super accommodating for my last minute booking - lots of personal touches and great travel tips were much appreciated and the apartment area was cozy and felt private. Great shower/bath, lots of breakfast amenities were provided...a nice view of the town below as well. The town is very quiet and access to the apartment was a cinch despite it being late evening. Leisa was especially patient with the fact that I was dealing with a technical (camera) issue and had asked if I could stay a bit beyond the check out time. Thanks again - definitely recommended!

The house was large and comfortable, and very close to downtown shopping and restaurants. We walked most places during our stay. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

    Rob2016-09-15T00:00:00Z
  • My family had such an awesome time at the Oyster House! So much fun that when pulled up to our own home after our stay, my 2 year old kept yelling "no not this home". We found so many things to do locally. We drove an hour down to Astoria, Or. where we went to the museum and learned all about the Columbia River and the Bar. We climbed the Column, which is town of stairs that are spiral, but at the top you can see 360* around! Beautiful! The next day we drove to Long Beach which is about an hour also. We drove onto the beach, WITH our car! How cool is that!?! We walked all around the town. Had a blast there as well. The town north, called Raymond, has a movie theater. Call though because there was a live play when we were there. But they also show films. Over all a great place to relax and have some fun! We took our laptop and the Grocery Inn has rentals and Raymond has a redbox! So we rented movies for the kids in the evenings. I'm sure we will be staying here again! Loved it! Thank you so much Cynthia! You were a fantastic host to my family.

  • The Oyster House is a great family get a way! It is equipped with everything you need for a wonderful family adventure. My daughters loved the room with the bunk beds and we all enjoyed the game table with all Sorts of good family games and had fun with the foos ball table. We loved the small town of south bend. The house is walking distance from everything. I recommend checking out the local coffee shop! It's very hospitable. The house is furnished with all the things needed for the ability to cook meals and stay inside for the duration of the stay. When we stayed there wasn't a tv or Internet but that was a good time for us to unplug as a family :) I hope to return in the future.

    Lisa2016-04-01T00:00:00Z
  • This was our first time using Airbandb. Didn't know what to expect, But the Oyster house blew away all of our expectations! South Bend is such a cute town, And all of the people were really friendly. It is just a short drive away from some of the places we wanted to go such as Fort Stevens State Park, Astoria, and Longbeach! The host was very friendly and we would love to return next year. Also the kids were super excited that there was a Pokestop in the front yard!

    Christina2016-08-22T00:00:00Z
  • The Oyster House is ideally located in the quaint little town of South Bend. Walking distance to food, groceries and antique shopping, this home is a perfect vacation spot for a low-key getaway. We enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen, the ample bed options and the washer/dryer.

  • The place was immaculately clean and very welcoming. Lot's and lot's of pillows, towels, and kitchen ware to use. Great location for Fishing Salmon out of Ilwaco for my Dad and bother w/ family. Very good restaurants like the Elixir and the Barge close by. The kids loved the Foosball table and the games. They really liked the bunk beds as well. Thanks for making this a very good memory for me and my family.

    Robert2016-07-24T00:00:00Z
  • Big house with all we needed close to cafés, restaurants and shops. The hosts were great and easy to communicate with. For instance, they offered to send a handyman asap when we informed them about an error message on the electric heater. (Which was eventually not needed as the heater worked just fine during our stay, anyway). PS: If you want to try out something special, go clam digging at low tide on the northern shore of South Bend. Very exiting!

    Ole J.2017-04-16T00:00:00Z
  • initial contact with homeowner, Cynthia, was somewhat pleasant. She had some concerns about our service animal, a small chihuahua, but after some explaining she agreed to waive extra deposit fee. Upon arrival, the lock code did not work, but Cynthia gave us a new one that did work. The home appeared organized and clean. There are no TVs, but we knew that going in. There were plenty of clean towels and dishes...even name brand detergents, shampoo, dishwashing soap. The toilet paper was very soft and thick, but the extra rolls underneath the bathroom sink appeared to have some water exposure, but then dried. However, the house provided pretty much everything you would need for a vacation house. I would recommend the owner to install ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and make the 2 car garage usable. The kids had fun with the fooseball table. The South Bend area is a quaint We had an issue with the owner claiming we scratched her leather couch, but there was no way our party could have damaged her couch. Due to Cynthia having initial concerns with our service dog, we always kept our service animal inside her kennel while inside the home. Anyways, we disputed the $100 fee that the owner wanted to charge us for the alleged scratches to her couch. We would have given the overall experience a 4 out of 5 stars and would have recommended the home if it were not for the owner alleging the couch damages.

  • Heidi's place was a fantastic getaway. The perfect place to destress and take in nature. From the picturesque setting to the comfy house, Heidi's south bend retreat was just the right break the hectic pace of life. Thanks again,Heidi!

    daniel2016-08-08T00:00:00Z
  • We've stayed with Heidi twice, and each time have had a great visit. The condos are stocked well with enough towels and bedding, everything is spotless, the beds are comfortable. Heidi even has extra batteries available! She always leaves a wonderful welcome basket with treats like smoked oysters. These are devored with alacrity! Great view, as the condos are right on the Willapa River. Highly recommended.

    Jenno2017-03-19T00:00:00Z
  • What a great place and what a great little town! Heidi's place was exactly as described and a warm welcome after spending a couple of days in Seattle. This place is an easy drive from Sea-Tac Airport and is in a GREAT location. Even our best attempts at viewing the area via the internet could not do justice for how big this little area really is. We took quick day trips to the beach (Long Beach) and to Cape Disappointment which was no disappointment at all! Plenty to eat in South Bend...great coffee/breakfast place within walking distance and a wonderful vibe. Heidi's place offers all the comforts we could ever want but easily taking the number one spot on our list was sitting on the plush carpet "Indian Style" while drinking coffee and gazing out of the huge slider doors at the Willapa River. What a view! The scenery along the river never stayed the same which was an added bonus. Low fog banks rolled in and out in the distance...Oyster Boats quietly passed by...Cormorants were fishing...possibly a sea lion or two passed by and I am not sure we will ever forget the rainbows. All this right out of the back of Heidi's place. All items were well stocked, neat & clean & functioned properly. I really cannot think of any drawbacks or anything lacking as this place was a true score. Consider yourself very fortunate if you get the opportunity to book Heidi's place. An A+++++ Gem of a find!

  • We were greeted with lights and music on. This unit is adorably rustic-shabby chic. It was decorated for the Christmas Holiday and very charming. We found locally produced canned seafood, sparkling cider and array of spices and cooking essentials. The kitchen was well stocked and surpassed our cooking needs. When we walked in we were stunned by the beautiful water and mountain view. Absolutely delightful!

    Kathy2016-12-05T00:00:00Z
  • Very nice. Great view. Power went out all over town on an exceptional warm, clear night which gave us a great view of the Milky Way from the deck.

    Alan2016-08-29T00:00:00Z
  • We LOVED our stay at the Shabby Shuck Shack! We sat out on the deck every night and looked out at the bay and saw some amazing sunsets. Heidi even gave us a gift certificate for a local restaurant because she needed to have the internet guy visit while we were there, which was no trouble at all. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.

    Sarah2016-07-23T00:00:00Z
  • The house is really cute and has everything you could need! We had a great time and mostly used the house as a base for day trips to Long Beach, etc. The weather was very rainy while we were there, but we were still able to go for a walk along the river and explore town a little bit. South Bend is a great little get away! The only thing to note is that the house is right on the highway and the bedrooms are in the front - this didn't bother us, but if you're a light sleeper or sensitive to street noise this might be something to be aware of.

    Kristen2016-02-16T00:00:00Z
  • Heidi's place was excellent. Just the quiet escape we were looking for. The views were spectacular and we felt right at home during our stay thanks to Heidi's hospitality. There was a nice selection of local snacks and sparkling cider waiting for us. The place had all of the amenities we could ask for, including a full kitchen set up, Roku for watching TV, and even a hair dryer which my wife very much appreciated. The unit was clean and just as advertised. Would definitely be interested in staying there again if/when we're in the area.

The home has country charm and simple decor like grandma and grampas- with a bohemian flare. Cannabis (and sometimes alcohol) is openly consumed on the property and in the home.
Close to the Shoalwater Bay Casino in Tokeland and Warrenton Cannery beach approach (easy walk or drive on beach access). Otherwise the location is a remote, about 12 miles south of Westport, and rustic coastal retirement community.
Exactly half way between Raymond and Aberdeen, this remote area of the scenic coastal route105 has rugged beauty and an island feel/attitude. It also comes with some of the friendliest people you will ever meet.
  • We loved Michelle's place! It was well equipped, quiet and comfortable. Michelle was an exceptional host. She was inviting, helpful, friendly and kindly gave us fresh baked fritters. There were thoughtful touches throughout the house too. Highly recommended

  • Michelle has a wonderful little farm! She greeted us when we arrived with a bottle of sparkling wine (as its our honeymoon trip) and a bowl full of yummy snacks in our room. The room and bathroom were very clean, as was the rest of the house. Michelle was very sweet and friendly, even lent us a book about mushroom foraging and told us where to find them. She had morning coffee ready for us the next day and we met all her cute farm animals. There are tons of cool parks and beaches near by, so even though her house is in a rural area theres so much to do and explore near by. We will definetly be back the next time we're in Grayland. Her room is a great bargin for the price and she is a wonderful hostess!

    Elena2017-11-07T00:00:00Z
  • Wow! Michelle and Jeremy are just wonderful, warm folks. There are so many interesting activities going on around their place.. glass blowing, cow milking, feeding farm animals, and, my favorite.. hanging out. The space is roomy and clean, and the neighborhood is an adventure! My son and I loved this place and will miss being there!!

    Patty2017-09-19T00:00:00Z
  • I went to this place because I want to know more about American way of living. Michelle is Amazing so does here husband. We had so much fun!

  • Amazing place

    Israel2017-09-03T00:00:00Z
  • Michelle and Jeremy were hella cool. They live in a really quiet area, you can hear the ocean at night, and there isn't much traffic on the road they live on. Really cool to hang out and chill with. Hit them up if you need a place to stay!

    Andrew2017-09-08T00:00:00Z
  • Michelle and her husband, Jeremy are both glass artists and thwir home reflects the artists' creativity in decor. Low key and quiet considering the proximity to the highway with lots of friendly farm animals and three dogs of various sizes. We basically had the place to ourselves with occasional visitations from our hostess and two of the dogs. The best part was being met at the door with fresh baked cookies! We will be back!

  • An amazing guest house in the perfect spot for a relaxing weekend. Martie had the house fully stocked with all the essentials needed plus some great advice on things to do. The house was very clean and well maintained. Well worth the visit.

    Bobby2016-05-31T00:00:00Z
  • We had a phenomenal stay at The Oysterville Guesthouse. The house was exceptionally well-maintained, and Martie made sure we didn't want for anything, down to the shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. Plus, the house is in a great location -- a short skip to Leadbetter Point State Park -- and had a lot of fantastic amenities like a BBQ and a fire pit for s'mores. What a memorable 4th of July weekend with my family, and Martie could not have been a more gracious host to work with. Superb!

    Stephanie2016-07-06T00:00:00Z
  • The guest house is wonderful in every way. The place is stylish, cozy and well stocked and the view is lovely. It was the perfect location for a girls' weekend. We're already planning to come back!

    Emily2017-05-29T00:00:00Z
  • Willapa Bay is peaceful and beautiful and Oysterville has a remarkably rich history for such a small community. The area brought us out for plenty of walking and exploring. The Guesthouse was the perfect setting for our sisters' getaway. The house is cheerily decorated with unique antique shop finds, the kitchen is well supplied, the beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is stocked with products we would use in our own homes. We were there to catch up and write some poetry together and enjoyed having several cozy sitting spaces where we could talk and laugh. Our favorite spot was the comfy chairs in the warm upstairs. Martie sent timely info about our stay and kindly included suggestions on where to eat and places to explore. We would happily return. Thank you!

    Karen2015-07-25T00:00:00Z
  • Our family of six loved every minute of our stay. The house has everything you need and Martie has really paid attention to detail. We have fallen in love with the area. Thank you Martie.

    Amy2015-07-14T00:00:00Z
  • Fabulous! Not only is the space comfortably appointed (every cooking tool you could possibly need is present) it is warm and inviting. The fire pit and garden surrounding it are perfectly tended. This place is a gem and we cannot wait to come back again soon!

    Noal2016-07-12T00:00:00Z
  • I stayed here for a weekend clamming trip and had an awesome time. The beach was very close and although we caught no clams we had fun (to windy to clam). The house was very cute and neat. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The beds were all very comfortable. Martie left a cute note for us and gave easy directions for everything. We are already planning a trip back.

SMALL RV with that funky old look and smell, one couch that folds down to a bed and dining area that converts into a second shorter bed. Nothing facy, just a place to crash, towels, pillows and sleeping bags, fridge and a space heater with great beach access. Located on 6 acres with cows, goats, pigs, ducks, chickens and dogs. Leashed dog and cannabis friendly. Price is per guest with room for 2 more inside. Coffee and tea included. Full use of stocked kitchen and bathroom in the house 24/7.
So close to the beach you can almost see it, but you can definately hear it. Easy access 10 minutes by foot or 2 minutes by motorized vehicle.
Quiet yet artistic neiborbood in the former town of North Cove along the scenic coastal loop highway 105 known by locals as wash-away-beach due to high erosion rates in the area. Us Cellular and Verizon work well othrwise guests have had luck with "enable wifi calling" to place calks from the RV.
  • This place was awesome. Hosts are incredible humans who have amazing hospitality. Communication was so clear and responsive around check in. Little features like snacks and use of house were great. Couldn't be happier with the value and the area. The beach was great and community is interesting. You're gonna love it here.

    Elliot2017-10-01T00:00:00Z
  • I just needed a safe place to crash so I could spend the holiday on the coast. Michelle was very friendly, and the RV was pretty much what I expected. The description was accurate and the price was more than reasonable.

    gayle2017-11-24T00:00:00Z
  • Easily my favorite Airbnb so far. It was just what I needed. Incredible hospitality, the property and the animals and the area are really nice. I had to book one more night! Thanks again!

    Robert2017-09-21T00:00:00Z
  • Best bang for your buck is here ! I felt as if I was on an island in Hawaii! The locals treated you as family. The happy camper is as it's called! There is no possible way to stay in the camper and not be happy! The hospitality is of a five star resort !

    Christian2017-09-18T00:00:00Z
  • The camper is just that, a camper, but the hosts were kind and helpful and very responsive. The animals on the property were a delight and the beach access is an easy walk away. Thank you Michelle!

    Katy2017-08-13T00:00:00Z
  • Wonderful hosts! Would stay with them again.

    Candie2017-11-23T00:00:00Z
  • Staying in the camper was super fun! It was compact, but had plenty of space for a good night's sleep and for reading a book in the morning. The van even had power, a refrigerator, and wifi! The bathroom and full kitchen in the house were easily accessible 24/7. Michelle and Jeremy are fantastic! I felt very included and welcomed, which is especially appreciated as a solo traveller. They suggested local events to check out (it was Labor Day Weekend) and having the beach in walking distance made it easy to fill my day! I'd highly recommend staying here if you're interested in a quiet beach town with friendly folks and interesting conversation. I can't wait to go back!

    Molly2017-09-06T00:00:00Z
  • Nothing fancy, but a good bed in a cozy old camper. It was cold and rainy when I came, and they had it warmed up for me. Very friendly and warm people too. Thanks!

Fully stocked, unique but unfinished fort style beach cabin. Contains a memory foam king that can be split into two twins, a twin roll away and queen sofa sleeper. This work in progress is simple but comfortable, located on 3 forested and explorable acres with a small pond that is shared with a private glass art studio (lesson packages available). Situated right at the beach approach and 2 miles north of Shoalwater Bay Casino in Tokeland and south of the local grocery in Grayland.
Lush forrest, a small pond and great beach access without the state park crowds. The cabin lacks some finishing details but it was comfortable enough for us to call home for the last three years.
Laid back beach atmosphere inside a unique artist community. Explore the neighborhood and soak in some of what makes North Cove so unique!
  • A cozy, comfortable, and unique home. Easy walk to the beach. Hosts were friendly and attentive and gave us privacy. Beautiful mosaic shower.

    Eliza2017-11-10T00:00:00Z
  • Stop reading this and book it. You won't regret it. We traveled down with a group of friends that rented another cabin right up the road. Staying in the art-fort-able cabin made our weekend truly magical. They were, hands down, the most friendly and accommodating hosts I have ever stayed with. We were hoping to be a more chill cabin for our group to nap and recharge at, so they set up hammocks for us. We wanted to try our hand at crabbing, and they made sure we were all set up with gear and gauges to stay on the up and up and a big pot with a burner to keep stuff cooking evenly. We arrived to a beautiful plate of tasty tasty muffins and were delighted when we were surprised with another plate of blackberry crumble fresh harvested and still warm from the oven. The cabin and grounds are a work of love, filled with creativity and artistic energy. I am still blown away by how awesome the bathroom was. Michelle did an amazing job with it and at night it became even more magical. Jeremy showed us around his shop and let us watch the glass making process up close. They were excellent about communicating and made us feel so welcome. The beds were both so nice. I slept like a baby. The only thing I would caution is that the property is still a beautiful work in progress. It probably wouldn't be great for kids or Type A people who would freak out being somewhere that has a few unfinished edges and some very cute ducks and goats.

    Rachael2017-09-04T00:00:00Z
  • A beautiful cabin with art and treasures to discover. We enjoyed the friendly demeanor of the hosts as well as the relaxed atmosphere surrounding the property. My favorite was the ducks that eventually warmed up to us, as well as having a great bed to sleep in. We couldn't ask for a better value so close to the beach!

    Kyle2017-07-21T00:00:00Z
  • For our first experience with Airbnb, I have to say it was great. Michelle and Jeremy were wonderful, the place was exactly what we were looking for. The atmosphere was relaxed, and laid back, and the hosts were excellent, and the critters made everyone's day.

    Joseph2017-08-27T00:00:00Z
  • We had a wonderful time writing music here. It was perfect! Sleeps four comfortably, Michelle & Jeremy brought us fresh apple cider too! This is a gorgeous location--just a short walk from the beach, and I'd highly recommend going out there at night, as the stars are something special.

    Caitlin2017-10-16T00:00:00Z
  • This little respite of an artistic "work in progress", set in a small rural farm and art studio property was just what my family needed to take advantage of the local beach treasures and geographic history. Michelle and Jeremy knocked our socks off as hosts with great communication and unexpected tasty surprises to add to our stay. Ask for pictures to prepare for your stay if needed. We will be back again as soon as our schedule allows it.

    Robert and Monica2017-08-29T00:00:00Z

  • This is what Airbnb is all about - genuine quirky local experiences of the money-can't-buy type. Not only is this a brilliant cabin: comes with well stocked cupboards, outside barbecue and firepit - but we were promptly offered trips to go crabbing in the evening and clamming in the morning. Wellies and full equipment provided! The whole family had an amazing time and felt like locals. Fabulous place, fabulous hosts... highly recommended. Beautiful coast too. Loved it.

    Alice2017-04-15T00:00:00Z
  • Had a great time at Pelzels Port. Davids communication was great and the welcome packet was extremely helpful. The rooms are small and it is important to note that each room is rented out individually. All in all a great place at a great value!

    Devin2017-03-22T00:00:00Z
  • A beautiful ocean getaway hosted by the kindness people. The house was beautiful and David went above and beyond in hospitality. Can't wait to visit again!

    Sarah2017-09-11T00:00:00Z
  • Wonderful stay at this place. Jaenette was awesome. We booked the Boat Room for one night to take the kids clamming, the first time for my wife and two of our little ones (we have four). She not only helped with the check-in she guided us out clamming and loaned us some equipment. Without her we would either of got stuck on the beach or lost on the way out. She imparted her knowledge of the area which resulted in a successful trip for the kids. The house has everything you need. I brought way more stuff than I needed because the house had it. My kids enjoyed playing games on the porch. Wish we would have had more time. Next time we will be booking for multiple days. If you want to get away and get your kids out to the Pacific coast, I wouldn't hesitate to book here.

    Greg2017-10-08T00:00:00Z
  • This rustic cabin is nestled in a very quiet neighborhood near the beach, which was perfect for clam digging. This was a last minute reservation and I was surprised at how quick and welcoming my response was. Host was extremely attentive to our needs and even taught us how to clam dig! My 10 year old daughter really enjoyed clam digging and both my daughters loved crabbing off the dock in Westport. Conveniently, all the equipment needed for these activities is available to use at the cabin. The shared cabin experience allowed us to meet other travelers and play games around the table with them. It was misty and rainy most of our stay but it didn't stop us from enjoying ourselves. Overall, it was an amazing experience with hospitality that exceeded our expectations.

    Matthew2017-04-06T00:00:00Z
  • We had a wonderful stay with David and Jeanette, they were gracious host who showed us had a clam, shared a vast number of amenities, great local tips, and where are personal guide for a first clamming experience. Will definitely be back for more visits.

It was warm, comfortable, adorable decor, lots of room with a variety of sleeping options, can walk to the beach, stocked with cocoa, coffee and other amenities to make your stay easier. On top of all that, we all limited or on clams and got pink tail ocean perch as well. Dogs loved it, wore it every night from all the activities. We'll be back!

This two story rustic cabin is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, big groups and pet friendly.
This rustic cabin is worth the drive, its wonderful to hear the sounds of the ocean with a trees around the perimeter of the property. Hummingbirds, finches and woodpeckers are here daily. If you love hearing the sound of the ocean watching Wildlife walk-through and spectacular views this is the location for you everyone is friendly and there's a lot to do and a short distance for example surfing fishing hiking crabbing clamming oysters and winter months hunting.
  • Great beach house. Lots of room with a nice deck to hang out on it. Only about a 10 min walk to the beach. All sorts of stuff to do in the smaller towns nearby. Also nearby wineries and breweries add to the fun

    Collin2017-08-21T00:00:00Z
  • Very cute and homey place. The area is very quiet. We had a lot of people with us, 11 so it was a little tight but manageable. Everything we needed was available. The host was very nice in giving us directions and suggestions to places. The beach is about 8 to 10 minute walk away. We all enjoyed it very much.

    Lorie2017-02-12T00:00:00Z
  • This place was the best!!! Had such a great time! They have everything you would need for a great trip. Endless board games and movies. Bear pong, giant Jenga and the fire pit came in clutch. We walked out to the beach and it seriously took five minutes. They showed us all the best places to crab! Can wait to come back again!

    Leonel2017-07-30T00:00:00Z
  • Clean, comfortable And quirky little cabin! Beds were comfy, lots of towels, blankets, and anything else you could need! Friendly hosts and a nice quiet space to hang out for the weekend with a big group. We loved the coveted patio and spent our evenings around the fire and playing games under it. Walking distance to the beach and about a 20 min drive to 2 state parks & surfing!

    Sierra2017-04-30T00:00:00Z
  • Well equipped rustic cabinet. Spent 2 days just relaxing at the beach all day and by the fire at night. The Grayland coast is great if you want to just get away from the hustle and bustle of life. The place has almost everything you need "or forgot". Dave and Janet were great and very friendly. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

    David2017-07-21T00:00:00Z
  • With life's unfortunately circumstances... the indoor plumbing was out of order. David and his wonderful parter did everything in their power to accommodate our needs. The communication was "above and beyond amazing" responding within minutes. They worked so hard that the plumber was at the house the very next day. If your wanting a beautiful escape to the ocean, but not willing to pitch a tent. Then, this is the right place for you. I will be a returning client in the near future :) P.S. who doesn't love wifi and snores (best of both worlds)

The kitchen is loaded with the essentials and anything you would need to cook with (pots, pans, slow cooker, grill, toaster, coffee maker, waffle iron, and the list goes on!) The hosts were very helpful with things to do in the area and I would highly recommend staying here!

  • Just like staying with friends at the beach! The cabin is cozy and stocked with everything you could imagine for a comfortable stay. When we arrived the porch lights were on, the outdoor tables set up, music was playing, everything for outdoor fun was there from games, clamming equipment, barbecue, fire pit and more. Inside you will find a well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, a cozy living area and even more. Our welcome from Jeanette and David was wonderful- we got all the details for successful clamming and on our second night David even started a fire for us in the wood stove after we had failed to get it going.

  • Donna was an amazing host and her home and accommodations were fabulous!! She has thought of everything and made my family and I feel very welcomed and at home!

    Angela2017-08-12T00:00:00Z
  • This was my first airbnb experience and it was awesome! First of all, Donna was an exceptional host. She was very responsive with my questions, before arriving as well as during our stay. She anticipated our needs and accommodated us as she could. For instance, without asking, she hooked up the outdoor hot water faucet so I could spray the sand off my older dog without her freezing! The breakfast menu and presentation was icing on the cake. I felt so taken care of, without being intruded upon. And the space itself was just right for two adults and a dog. Beds were comfortable and boy did we sleep great! There was one issue to mention which might not bother many people but something to consider when booking this space. The internal stairway between the rental and Donna's upstairs home doesn't have a door on it, so noise like conversations, TV, and dishes from upstairs echoed in the rental's hallway. (And I'm sure my juicer made a lot of noise which rose upstairs as well!) However, closing the door to the bedroom or eating area in the rental dampened the noise significantly. Would I stay here again? Absolutely! Donna is a natural host with a fun and loving personality, and the space was a super place to call home for our time on the coast.

    Monica2017-04-26T00:00:00Z
  • Donna's place was very clean, quite and comfortable. All our needs were met. She served a continental breakfast every morning. It was such a treat to stay there and I will surely look her up first if I ever go back to Washington.

    Joan2017-06-28T00:00:00Z
  • Donna is a welcoming and reliable host. Her house is located an easy walk from a lovely quiet beach. The guest space is as pictured: the bedroom is huge and very comfortable; there is a laundry room/kitchenette and bathroom. The space is very clean and wonderfully child friendly with a big tub of toys and no clutter or knickknacks for our very curious toddler to find. There is a lovely deck from which to enjoy the sunset in the evenings. We would definitely stay here again!

    Rachel2017-09-17T00:00:00Z
  • Donna was a wonderful host. I can't think of a thing that was missing. Fresh ground coffee, assortment of teas and cocoa, toiletries and laundry supplies all provided. She answered texts promptly and even left special treats for our dogs on our breakfast table in the morning. Breakfast choices were just right and the fresh fruit was wonderful. Walking distance to the beach and a short drive to historic Oysterville on the bay with some of the most beautiful scenery. It reminded me of some beautiful watercolor paintings. If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet place to stay on the Long Island peninsula for your next vacation you can't go wrong stayingh with Donna.

    Sharon2017-07-27T00:00:00Z
  • Very comfortable and clean! So thoughtful to have breakfast and a place for pets. Everything is easy to find as it is clearly labeled. If you want it, Donna's got it!

    Scott2017-08-24T00:00:00Z
  • A real air bnb gem! This is such a beautiful home with an amazing hostess! Donna was more than helpful and very accommodating! Great attention to guest needs! You don't get this type of spoiling in a 5 star hotel! She has everything you could possibly need, down to his and her drawers with goodies! We will defiantly be back!!!

    Krystle2017-07-06T00:00:00Z
  • Donna is a delightful, friendly host who makes her guests feel right at home. Everything was beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean and ever-so-comfortable. She offered us several options for breakfast and then served the food on crystal and silver. What a treat! The house has a secure, fenced backyard for our dog to use. It was nice to be able to let her stretch her legs a bit in the morning and feel safe about it. The beach is just a few minutes away and a nice, quiet walk from the house. Donna's place was one of the nicest visits we've had so far. We highly recommend a visit here.

  • My husband stayed here while working in the area. The place was clean and had many of the amenities he needed for cooking. He had great communication from Richard & Catherine and made his stay very comfortable and for sure a home away from home and would stay again.

    Ivy2017-08-18T00:00:00Z
  • Clean easy access and comfortable. Communication was easy. This was my first rental.

    Carma2017-08-27T00:00:00Z
  • I would highly recommend Catherine and Richard's home in Greyland. It was warm and comfortable on a cold and rainy night. It's charmingly decorated and had many extras to make our stay pleasant.

    Patricia2017-10-19T00:00:00Z
  • Richard&Catherine’s place is so cozy and stylish. We are amazed at the decor and little details here and there in the house. We came Clam digging on the beach and the fully stocked kitchen helped so much for cooking the freshly catched clams :) The beds are so comfy we had a very good sleep after a long rainy night. Definitely recommend!

    Mandy2017-11-05T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay at Richard and Catherine's Captains Quarters was great! It was the perfect location to explore Westport/Grayland and go to the ocean with family that was visiting... next time we are in the area we would love to stay again! Communication was great and it was clean and charming and perfect for our mini vacation!

    Dawn2017-09-16T00:00:00Z
  • Richard and Catherine's place is clearly run by knowledgeable locals. Decorations are tied to the area's fishing history and they gave us great tips and loaned equipment for razor clamming. The house is very comfortable -- wonderful beds, a fully-stocked kitchen and big living room (we watched the end of the Huskies game). The location is convenient to the beach and to Westport as well as some fun spots in Grayland. We hope to go back.

    Sue Ellen2017-10-08T00:00:00Z
  • Cozy beds and great amenities. The house was in a great location with easy access to the beach and a short drive to nearby local shops. The hosts were very responsive. We had an enjoyable stay.

Welcome to your home away from home. A place to relax, rejuvenate, unwind. Take in the sunrise or follow the tracks of the stars. Whatever you do, don't rush, we wouldn't want you to miss this. Welcome...We are so happy to have you!
(Please do read the house rules before requesting to book.) Our beautiful bay view home is the retreat you've been dreaming of. Sink into our cozy furniture, hide in the study and read a book, or stroll through our historic village. You'll wake to blazing sunrises over the water and fall asleep to the twinkling of the stars. Simply Magical! Travel back in time to this bayside retreat in the National Historic District of Oysterville, Washington. Envision picket fences, shingled homes, the belfries above the19th century church, an original one-room schoolhouse, and the community's very own working oyster factory - The Oysterviille Sea Farm. Set beside the Willapa Bay on the Long Beach Peninsula, Oysterville would be a destination unto its own if it weren't for all the wonderful things to do and see in the surrounding marine playground. Long Beach is home to world class dining. There is a mushroom festival in October, and a Garlic Festival (complete with costumes) in the summer. You won't want to miss Jazz and Oysters or the Long Beach Kite Festival in August, or especially the Water Music Festival in October with their regular performance at the old Oysterville Church. The house sits right on the bay with an open panoramic view over our half-acre private field which leads you to our own private piece of the bay. Next to our property is the original Oysterville oyster factory where you can buy a fresh bag of oysters, clams, or crab to bring home to the bbq and grill up a feast. Speaking of feasts, the gourmet kitchen has two ovens, two dishwashers a microwave, and enough pots, pans and utensils, to make a three layered cake or a clam bake! The downstairs sunroom joins with the coffee bar where you can use the gourmet coffee machine to make a great cup of joe or an ethereal cappuccino. 6-8 be comfortably seated at the formal dining room table, and as many can cozy up to the round kitchen table for a hearty breakfast. The bedrooms are set on the second floor with two rooms having doors out onto the expansive 950 sq. ft. deck. The lower level of the house boasts a study, a dining room, coffee bar and sunroom, large bathroom, a grand room with kitchen , a dining area, and living room. And there's 550 square feet of the covered, wrap-around porch on the front of the house. We have bikes to ride, croquet to play, bocce ball, bean bag toss, ladder ball, and horseshoes. When all that action seems a bit more than you can handle...kick back with a cold drink on the upper deck and take in the view of the gorgeous Willapa Bay. Please do read the house rules before requesting to book. Entire main house as listed. At times we may be in residence in our private studio suite adjoining the house, but which will not impair our guests having sole possession of the man home. We are available for any assistance you might need, however will be as discreet as you desire as well. We are an allergen free home. Our guests are expected to respect that by not bringing in chemically scented products of any kind. Organic and chemical-scent-free products are acceptable, however scented body perfumes, hairspray shampoos, body and bath washes are not. We appreciate that perfumes sprays and scented body washes are very much apart of many peoples lifestyle. Due to extreme allergies by members of our family this is something we unfortunately cannot accommodate.

  • Melissa and Kurt were very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. They always responded to any questions very quickly, and provided very thorough details for our stay. The house was fantastic, and the small community was very charming. Everything was clean, and the house was very well equipped for anything we needed. We hope to come back in the future.

  • A delightful stay in historic Oysterville at Melissa's home. Everything exceeded our expectations! A beautiful home to host a fun, memorable extended family getaway. The home is even more lovely than the photos show, and is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Melissa and Kurt are attentive, communicative hosts. We are already planning our return trip!

  • Home to a small community that has diligently preserved a host of original buildings as well as the pioneer cemetery, Oysterville’s off-the-beaten-path location on the Longbeach Peninsula. The house is the definition of bright and airy. One breathtaking room after another. Highly recommend!

    Brenda2016-08-02T00:00:00Z
  • My wife and our 14 month old twins had a wonderful time at Melissa and Kurt's home in Oysterville. The home is spacious with far more room than a traditional three bedroom. It has a study, a living room, a dining room and a "great room". There is also a large deck on the second floor overlooking the bay. Very relaxing. Our family spent a lot of time in the yard and on the deck. The decor is lovely and there is a great and eclectic selection of books! The Penninsula is spectacular, and we enjoyed exploring and wandering the beaches and parks. Melissa and Kurt are wonderful hosts. In speaking with them before we arrived, we asked about beach chairs, beach umbrellas, bikes, bike hitches for the children, etc. For items that they didn't have, Kurt and Melissa went to the store and purchased them so they would be available for us to use. If you have small children, you'll want to keep them in the great room or the study. The great room is very large and also overlooks the bay and is comfortable for adults to spend a lot of time in. Also, if you have small children, bring a few of those child proofing ties for a few of the cabinets in the kitchen (which is off the great room). The deck is very safe for small children (they can't get through the bars and it's very sturdy).

  • He spend an awesome Labor Day weekend at Joel's Cabin. We could walk to the beach - about a 1/3 of a mile walk - and used it as a base to discover the SW-Washington coast. The cabin is awesome and we found it even better than what the pictures tell: the deck and outside space are amazing, the inside very well equipped... We sincerely enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone!

    Carsten2016-09-06T00:00:00Z
  • We had a wonderful weekend surfing in westport. The kitchen was well stocked with even a slow cooker! The place was basic but clean and provided lots of towels and linens. They offered dog bowls and towels which was a nice touch. We enjoyed the fireplace and the dvds! The hosts were amazing with regards to communication. They were quick to respond, check in was easy and they offered lots of notes throughout the house which proved helpful. When we realized after crossing the border back into canada that we forgot a very important item Joel and Denise were quick to search the place and had our lost item in the post the next day! Amazing! The cabin was on a secluded road and was a 15 minute drive from the westport beach. Would definitely recommend this place for a group looking for a comfortable and cozy base for surfing!

    Meriel2017-10-09T00:00:00Z
  • This is a secluded coastal cute bungalow worth the price of admission. We enjoyed two nights of good home-cooked meals fixed in a spacious setting across the room from a wood-burning stove. We wanted a relaxed kick-back getaway and this filled the bill inside and out. You will enjoy the natural outdoor setting, the hammock, and the background noise from a bubbling fountain. The hosts are personally involved and will contact you before your arrival with a secure door code. If you appreciate first class personal service, this is for you. Bring your own coffee; the cupboards are empty. Matching dishes and ample cookware.

    Larry2016-07-16T00:00:00Z
  • This rental was perfect for our family of 7. From the cozy, clean indoor spaces to the outdoor fire pit (great for making s'mores!). Kitchen, bathrooms and laundry were well-stocked. We had a couple of gourmet meals and liked having eating areas inside and outside, the lights added a nice ambiance. The dog kennel was very convenient and we enjoyed the outdoor shower as well. It was a short drive to the beach but well worth it. Thanks so much for providing accommodations for a memorable trip!

    Susan2017-09-24T00:00:00Z
  • Had such a wonderful time staying here. Loved the layout of the cabin. The kitchen has a ton of counter space and was stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. The wood stove heated the house nicely and added to the coziness. Lots of towels and a great shower. The beds were comfy and the loft was perfect for my 14 yr old and his friend! The outside area was my favorite. I spent most of my time out here! The fire pit was great as was the sitting area by the water feature. At night when the outdoor lights are on it is truly magical looking! Already wanting to book another stay here!

    Mary2016-05-16T00:00:00Z
  • Six of us stayed at this house over Fourth of July weekend and loved it. The interior is modern, quiet, and spacious, with excellent amenities and a great, well-stocked kitchen, which was a huge plus since we are all cooking fanatics. But best of all is the outdoor area: The pictures don't really do it justice. There's a firepit with tons of firewood, outdoor seating, and a grill. In fact if you wanted to you could probably spend most of your trip outside and love it. Highly recommended.

    David2016-07-05T00:00:00Z
  • This house is roomy and has a wonderful loft space for the kids to hang out in! The outdoor space is beautiful & I'm sure is amazing when the weather is nice! The kitchen is updated and well stocked. The nearby beaches are easy to access (they are a short drive) and the price for this house is very fair!

  • Cute bungalow with a super short walk to the beach. The house was clean and inviting. The hot tub was lovely. We were only a tiny bit disappointed that we couldn't see the ocean from the hot tub or house. Otherwise it was perfect!

    Raela2016-12-24T00:00:00Z
  • Was as advertised, though found the open kitchen/living/dining room area bigger than expected. Hot tub worked great. Beds were very comfy. Kitchen was well-stocked. No view of the ocean, but it's a short walk from the backyard along the brick path. Had a large stretch of the beach pretty much to ourselves.

    Ielleen2017-08-12T00:00:00Z
  • This was our first experience renting a house and we were surprised by how accommodating it was. It came not only stocked with essentials, but had things like a hair straightener and even some coffee supplied too. Also looks even better than the pictures on the inside and the mattresses were very comfy. She has put in a new hot tub that was amazing and stayed hot on those rainy nights. We did have to use the bedroom heater that was tucked away in the closet the second night. The place come packed with extra towels and blankets though. We also enjoyed the quick walk to the beach and the fire pit in the backyard. Overall a great time and would stay again!

  • Home had all the essentials. Extremely convenient access to the beach. Would recommend to anyone with a family or a private getaway for a couple.

  • Our family of four was looking for a quiet get away. This house was perfectly situated on the northern end of the Long Beach Peninsula. The home is very simple looking from the outside but incredibly cozy inside. We love the layout and the beachy feel. The beds were very comfortable. We found during the first night that there is no direct heat into the bedrooms and left the doors open. In the summer this would not be a problem. If your group wanted more privacy, you might want to add one of the many extra blankets. There were linens and towels galore. The kitchen has everything you need to make a meal, large or small. It's worth noting the house has an upgraded spa and the four of us enjoyed sitting in the spa in the rain. The walk to the beach from the back yard is very quick and we spent a good deal of time combing for shells (this is effortless by the way) and flying kites. Make sure to check out Jack's Country Store when you're in town. We also recommend Lost Roo's in Long Beach for a fun family meal. The customer service was excellent. We truly appreciate Tamara being willing to share this gem of a getaway with us.

    Wendy2017-03-03T00:00:00Z
  • The house was the perfect place for us to relax after enjoying the beach front access. We were able to get cold and soaked at the ocean and head to the hot tub at the house to warm up. We really enjoyed our trip to Long Beach, and the home!

    Ken2017-12-03T00:00:00Z
  • 2 minute walk down a private path to the beach. Lots of eagles and big wildlife. A good stay.

    Robert (Bob)2017-05-17T00:00:00Z
  • We loved the place! Everything was clean and comfortable! We were thrilled to find the hot tub had been upgraded. It was sparkling clean and felt amazing! From reviews we prepared for the bedrooms to be cold, but the entire house was very cozy. There was PLENTY of extra blankets and pillows if we had needed them. The house was so wonderfully stocked. We loved the kitchen! The beach was amazing too and we got so lucky to have great weather while we were there.

There are two seasons at WorldMark Surfside Inn, located in a quiet neighborhood a quarter of a mile away from the beach. Westport and ocean beaches are 12 miles away. This cabin is great for a romantic getaway or a family looking for a cozy place for a few days. Approximately 800 feet of riverfront and 6 secluded acres with old growth forest. Cut throat trout, Coho Salmon, Steel Head and some King Salmon can be caught out of the river as well as Big and Small Game hunting within a 1/2 mile of the property. RV hook ups also available. We hope to see you soon! Thanks!
  • Mike's place was amazing!! Beautiful, peaceful, secluded; very short drive to ocean beaches. The cabin is cute and immaculately clean, lots of considerate little touches. Was so very pleased, didn't want to leave!

  • We had a great time staying in Mike's clean, cozy place. Our favorite part was having a huge grassy area for our kids to ride bikes while we relaxed on a blanket. Great place to check out from busy life and enjoy time together. Close enough to Westport and Twin Harbors for lots of fun beach time, including surfing, kite flying, sand castles, sand dollar hunting, and driving on the beach. Not great cell coverage at the house, but it was nice to unplug for the weekend. The kitchen was well stocked for us to cook most of our meals at the house, including hotdogs on the bbq. The dvd player and tv were nice for a movie night for the kids. And the sauna got nice and hot for the adults.

  • My family and I enjoyed our family trip. Mike provided all of the essentials that we would need during our trip . My only complaint was that the pillows were not comfortable at all, and the stairs down to the river are not very kid friendly. We would love to stay again next time we are able to plan another family vacation .

  • It was very cozy and well put together. Definitely worth staying there for the price. Will definitely look up this place next time when we are in the area.

  • What a wonderful time my family had here. It was nice, quiet and very close to the beach. I would recommend anyone to stay there!

  • The name says it all. This is a great spot to set as your vacay base of operations. From here you can venture further down to the Oregon coast, or head into Long Beach. If you're looking for a stretch of beach where you may not see another soul, this spot is for you.

  • We had a quiet and comfortable stay. Just a short walk to the beach and close to Long Beach with lots of restaurants & shops. Great hosts that went the extra mile to make our stay quite memorable.

  • It was the perfect space for a get away. We've stayed in Airbnb RVs before and this was really exceptional. Plenty of space, great location, many beds...Anthony was a spectacular host to boot. Thank you for the great stay! Another Airbnb 5* adventure.

  • Antone and Rosas place was perfect for us and a quick little get away to the beach. There was plenty of room, it was fully equipped and it was very affordable. There were nice little touches all throughout the place, including clamming supplies, dvds, fireplace, etc which we took advantage of! We will Definetely be staying again!!!

    Cara2017-12-04T00:00:00Z
  • This 5th wheeler is in a quiet neighborhood not far from the beach. While it lacks some of the conveniences of a house, it is clean and well equipped. Anthony was quick to respond to communications, and was happy to show us the place and explain the operation of the various appliances.

  • We drove up from Colorado to rendezvous with our son and grandchildren from Seattle for Thanksgiving and our 5-day visit was a huge success. The house was spotless and full of amenities. Our grandkids loved the foosball and ping pong, and we all got into sampling the wide array of games and puzzles available. My wife reported the kitchen was very well equipped. TVs were positioned in the living room and each bedroom. A very short walk down the road brings you to a huge beach.

    David2017-11-26T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely space with a great floor plan for large groups. But don't count on the grill for cooking.

    Megan2017-07-30T00:00:00Z
  • This retreat house has all you need for a lovely family vacation. It is comfortable, clean and has great amenities. Grocery store is a mile or so away, Long Beach is 10 miles, and the beach is a short, pleasant walk. The sand bikes are great.

    Siri2017-08-25T00:00:00Z
  • This is a beautiful, tastefully decorated home with lots of space for a family or couples to stay. It is a few houses back from the beach, though an easy hike to get there. You do need to drive to get to groceries or town, and it was a great location to relax with my family.

Looking for a quiet get-away? An escape from the busy city life? We'd like to invite you for a comfortable stay in our newly-renovated apartment. It has an open living room and eating area, a kitchenette, and walk-in closet. The bedroom has a brand new Queen Sized Bed and a 55" television. Planning to wake up hungry? The famous Bailey's Bakery couldn't be closer! While there is sometimes some morning noise from the bakery, we think you'll find the fresh-baked pastries to be well worth it!
This property extends clear down to the bay. Nature-lovers can enjoy an early morning swim, kayak along the shore, walk to the Nahcotta Port, then spend the evening enjoying a picnic on the lawn. If local culture is more your thing, search 'Long Beach Peninsula' and click on the first result. We think you'll agree, it's a remarkable area. We recommend checking out the Saturday Market at the Port of Ilwaco, the trails at Leadbetter Point State Park, the Cape Disappointment Lighthouse, the infamous Garlic Festival, and of course the Wiegardt Studio Gallery.
Nahcotta is a quiet neighborhood at the north end of the peninsula. To one side is the beautiful Willapa Bay, and only five minutes away is the Pacific Ocean. You can continue your drive north to explore our sister town, Oysterville, and to check out the great hiking and beaches of Leadbetter State Park. The main peninsula areas of Long Beach and Ilwaco are only a short drive south along Highway 101, and a little further south is the (relatively) big town of Astoria, OR. Plenty to do and see, but also plenty of peace and quiet!
  • Place was awesome. The pictures of this place don't do it justice. Cause when we got there and saw our actual view from our place was way more impressive then displayed online. Our host Melaine was a wonderful host. Warm, informative and very helpful. I dropped some coffee on my new kicks and I ask for baking soda to clean them and she did not hesitate to invite me in to have some and chat me up a bit. A nice personal touch. I would def come back if permitted.

  • Great place! Would recommend and stay here again.

    Brent2017-09-11T00:00:00Z
  • I think this location is wonderful whether you are in the area for the International Kite Festival or your own plans to kayak and launch out of the Port of Peninsula. The property is centrallly located within the community and the Post Office and bakery are a part of the same structure. It is a gathering place. Visit the Cranberry bogs, Oysterville, the beaches and bring your bird guide because you will be able to add to your bird list. The apartment is lovely and well appointed with modern finishes added to the original structure which inlcudes clear fir floors and a comfy bed.

  • The hostess was WONDERFUL. She was very sweet and accommodating. The house was cute and clean. She left us beverages and snacks, and even a birthday card! Very kind. I will say, however, that while this home has beautiful (URL HIDDEN) is not a quiet getaway. The owners home is next door, it is behind a bakery, and the neighborhood is active. The bakery customers sometimes use the picnic table behind the house....which can give them a birds eye view into the living room. Basically, the host treats you extremely nice, but don't expect a nap.

  • Melanie's apartment was the perfect place to stay if you're looking for a quiet, secluded weekend! It's near the beach and Cape Disappointment (which is beautiful). Melanie was helpful and very accommodating with any requests we had but gave us privacy as well. Thank you for everything!

    Jenny2017-08-20T00:00:00Z
  • This place is fantastic! The stars at night were breath taking. Plenty of things to do and even better the bakery is right next to you. The host were awesome and We felt so comfortable

    Megan2017-11-25T00:00:00Z
  • Melanie thought of everything for our weekend getaway! This is a very private beautiful spot with water and rolling hills. Get up early to enjoy wildlife, fog and the beautiful sunrise. The apartment is very clean! The Keurig was a plus! Nice TV to relax and watch movies with a view out the window from bed! Thanks again Melanie and Aaron! Oh and the bakery is delicious. My sweet puppy Lillie loves their dog biscuits!

    Laura2017-08-21T00:00:00Z
  • Airbnb totally tricked me into thinking the apartment was in Astoria, but it's many miles away on Washington's scenic Long Beach Peninsula. The rooms are a bit spartan but it provides all the essentials. If you watch TV (I don't), there is an enormous one facing the bed. The space is not provided with a lot of lighting options, but it's very cozy to sit by the window lamp and view the beautiful vista of Long Island on Willapa Bay. The rural setting is quite serene.
