I didn't get to meet or talk with Jim, but the staff that oversea's the Condo was absolutely wonderful, from check-in to check-out they were there, offering places to visit, and just seemed genuine in their conversations. The condo itself was exactly as advertised. It's on the corner, and it's probably the most quiet unit, great views, peaceful, and just the right amount of space for one or two people. Would highly recommend, I will be back!

It was so clean and everything we needed was at our fingertips including a beach blanket and lanterns for a night walk. Esmeralda answered my call right away when I had a question prior to arriving. The property was clean and cute and exactly as expected. There was not a lot of noise from other residents and we felt right at home. The general neighborhood was well kept and felt safe. The on-site managers were wonderful! They gave us great advice about where to eat and were there to answer any questions we had. There was a cute covered patio and nice courtyard space. We were just steps from the promenade and the beach area. The promenade is well lit at night.

Everything about our stay was perfect--from Bonnie's excellent communications to the place itself. The spacious studio is spotless and charmingly decorated with a bicycle theme. There is even a view out over the estuary to the ocean and the breakers. Bonnie seems to have thought of almost everything, from a Keurig coffee-maker with supplies to nice toiletries (although we had brought our own). We liked the cheery electric fire--very romantic--and the nice shower. The beach outside, though on the river estuary, is sandy and uncrowded and is a little more protected from the wind than the places directly on the ocean. Bonnie even generously left us a gift certificate to a shop in town, but sadly, because our stay was so brief, and we were visiting family, we did not get to use it.

Tammy's place is the absolute perfect beach getaway. 2 blocks from the beach and within that two blocks there is a burger and beer place and a sweet and delicious cafe. It was clean and she was so friendly and easy to communicate with. She has fun games upstairs for kids and very nicely set up outdoor areas as well. Our overnight at the beach was amazing, I highly recommend it!

It might not be the best place for people who prefer pretty immaculate spaces that are free of clutter. There was a lot of decor. The kids' room upstairs is marvelous, and the games were especially fun for the whole family. Tammy was also very easy to get a hold of when we needed help figuring out the fireplace and how the heating system worked.

The beach is super close (just across the street) and the waves are visible, but the view of the ocean is somewhat blocked by the dunes. We loved sitting by the window as the stormy beach weather rolled through. I highly recommend visiting this cool little beach town in the off season!

Kimberly was such a great hostess! Very friendly and welcoming. She even made us muffins for breakfast :) My friend and I really enjoyed chatting with her during our stay. Her house is absolutely adorable and we loved our room. We chose to sleep in the upstairs loft-style room, but Kimberly also offered us a room downstairs. The house is in a FANTASTIC location. It's only a few blocks away from the beach and downtown. I had a great early morning walk. I've heard Seaside can be crazy during peak tourist season, but it was nice and quiet when we were there in December. This listing is a great deal and I will come back if I am in Seaside again!

Plus the bed was incredible! More than that, though, Kimberly's hospitality went above and beyond. She had food waiting for me on arrival and provided breakfast when I woke up! (Seriously, the best oatmeal I've had yet!) My only regret is that I couldn't stay longer. I'll be planning a trip to Seaside again just so that I can stay at Kimberly's! Thank you!

I loved the chocolates littered around the place and the daily refill on coffee beans was an added plus. I'm recommending this spot to everyone travelling to seaside.
