Fast response, great check-in, house is very quiet, a wonderful Zirbenduft in the room, everything was very clean, breakfast was adequate, trail goes directly behind the house and the bus stop from the ski bus to Mellau can be reached in 5 minutes.

Wonderfull stay. The family is very kind, and the appartment is in one word excellent. It surely was above our expectations. We stayed for 4 nights, and there is a lot to do in the region. Beautifull hikes, good food, also the public swimming pool nearby is very nice and had magnificent views of the surroundung mountains.

The accommodation is great on the valley run and the Mellaugondel. We were able to drive to the front door with the snowboards. That was great. The agreement and accessibility of Emanuel was also very good.

Emanuels room is conveniently located near the talabfahrt Mellau. It is great value for 3 persons. Also the heated location for shoes and skis is perfect.

Emanuel is a great and very hospitable person. The room is next to the ski slopes so no walking/driving necessary. Very good value for what you pay, 10/10 would visit again.

Excellent place for a group with kids and equipped with all the amenities. The view is also very nice and surrounding is very quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to visit again.

Very convenient location in the centre of Mellau, close to shops and restaurants and under five minutes' drive to the gondola. Private parking for two cars and a room for skis and boots. Furnishings are a bit old-fashioned but the house is sparkling clean and well equipped, particularly the kitchen. Really convenient to have two shower rooms with toilets, plus a separate toilet for six of us. Easy communication with host. Would stay here again any time.

Nice apartment, nice hostess and fair price - gladly again!

Astrid was a wonderful hostess and has always provided us with quick answers with answers to our questions as well as always available on site for any queries. The apartment was also very good, the low ceiling height of 1.90 / 1.85 we did not feel as disturbing - the apartment appears live even more spacious and airy than in the photos. Also on the equipment and cleanliness everything was wonderful, good was also that the toilet is separated separately from the bathroom (although the toilet rather a wooden curtain than a door in front of him). The apartment is very quiet in Au, a small idyllic village in the Bregenz Forest. The place is not very busy, which did not bother us, since we were skiing there anyway. What you need to know is that there is a ski bus stop 100 meters away, but it is only approached once a day (at 9.39) with a valley bus that serves as a feeder to a 700 meter bus stop in the center of Au, from which the "right" ski bus to the ski resort to Damüls leaves. Since we were 700m too far away with the ski boots, we finally used the car to the center. Overall, it was really a warm and nice stay and we can recommend the accommodation.

We were as a family with 3 children (7-13) and grandma + grandfather to seven in Christine's apartment and had a very nice time there. The apartment was clean and well equipped and optimally sized and distributed. We were very warmly looked after and got good hiking tips. We felt comfortable and will gladly come back when we are on the road again in Vorarlberg.

Christine and her family were super hospitable. We felt immediately comfortable. The transaction was straightforward and the apartment really spotless and equipped with everything you need for your daily needs. Christine had a lot of tips about things to do with family in the area. For paragliders, the apartment is particularly recommended: The gondola is 10 minutes walk away and you can land directly on the lawn behind the house. We loved our stay at Christine’s. The apartment is located in the center of a quaint little town with easy access to a grocery store, little shops, and within a short drive of the chairlifts and other towns. We have stayed at many Airbnbs and this one was really nice and comfortable. Christine was very helpful and friendly and we are hoping to come back again soon!

We really liked the apartment. A special highlight is of course the whirlpool. But the apartment also offers a lot of space and is well equipped. Communication with the host was quick and easy. The location is also very good as you can easily reach the skiing / hiking areas in Vorarlberg by car. All in all very recommendable.

We had booked the apartment for a week, but would have loved to stay much longer. The apartment is super nice and nothing was missing. The absolute highlight was to relax in the whirlpool after skiing :-) We can only recommend this apartment. Thank you for the great hospitality!

The apartment at the family Brenner is excellently equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. Barbecue equipment and wood were provided. Our children were allowed to use all the children's toys of the Brenner family and felt very well. In the run-up to the stay we had a great exchange with Tanja, who fulfilled us all wishes with cot, high chair or other wishes! In order to make the best possible use of the precious holiday time, Tanja gave us valuable tips for excursions and gave tips to make the most of the Bregenzerwald map! The apartment of Tanja and Gottfried is awesome. Stunning, lovingly furnished and with a wonderful view from the balcony. The location is great too. In the middle of nature and close to the cable car Bezau. Tanja has provided a high chair, a cot and a Kraxe for our little one. Toys, books and a great garden with lots of animals and toys were also there. In addition, many information what you can do around Bezau. A big thank you to our dear hosts!

This apartment is a little paradise perfectly located. You can start directly from the apartment and go hiking with child and cone. The cable car starts 5 minutes walk from the house directly to a beautiful panoramic view. Fantastic. We were there with our two children and totally surprised by the beautiful place Bezau, which has everything you need as a family on a summer holiday. Including outdoor pool, river bathing and damn good food !! Tanja and her husband are super nice and our two children had a lot of fun with their three children especially at the trampoline jumping in front of the house. The apartment is sparkling clean and very comfortable. The great books about the place and the many hiking route explanations I appreciated very much and often sat reading on the balcony and watched the deer! The apartment is hidden behind a group of trees, so you are wonderfully away from the tourist groups in the hotels and feels more like you live there and not "just" there holiday! Really great! Wonderful place to enjoy the mountains. Quiet location, very close to the mountain railway and dear family. The apartment is spacious and nice.

The apartment is located at the end of a driveway so that children can play in the yard and in the meadows undisturbed. Nevertheless, the shops such as dairy, butcher, bakery and supermarket can be reached in a few minutes by car or on foot. The mountain railway is in the immediate vicinity and a ride is definitely worth it. The apartment is equipped with everything as indicated. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking. In the bathroom there was a large shower, but also a bathtub and a separate toilet. Everything was neat, very clean and lovingly furnished. There is enough room for luggage and also for shoes. For younger children, there are vehicles and many other toys. There is a trampoline available for larger children. The excursion possibilities are numerous and varied!

We had wonderful days in Mellau. The accommodation is extremely beautiful and completely quiet on the outskirts. The view of the Kanisfluh at the morning coffee on the terrace was already the first highlight of the day. The house is simple, but nothing is missing. The beds are good, you wake up very rested. The kitchen is also basic, but everything is available for breakfast or simple dishes. As a starting point for hikes, the house is ideal. I think we were not there for the last time. Many thanks to Sabine and her contact person on site, who was also very friendly and helpful.

There is a lark and a birch in the garden. The house is very simple, just a bungalow.

A cosy house with mountains all around. And with a Bregenzerwald card you can visit all mountains!

The holiday was very nice and exactly as we had hoped. The accommodation is as described and shown in the photos. You can do a lot in the area and above all find peace. Of course you have to take the cowbell noise into account. But who makes holiday in this area, has already taken into account.

It was so great in Sabine's hut! We had a wonderful summer vacation time, our two children could enjoy the nature to the full, the communication with Sabine was faultless and uncomplicated. Too bad that the time so fast pass. We sincerely hope that we have been able to visit Sabines again soon.

We had the best time at Caroline's place. It was super clean, cosy and well furnished with a well equipped kitchen and lovely shower. Communication and check-in was a breeze and it was amazing being so close to the local ski resorts! We'd definitely stay again :-)

The accommodation, which is situated in one corner of a larger house, was more spacious than we expected: each of the three rooms - bathroom, bedroom and living room / kitchen - provide sufficient space. Additionally, there is a balcony with views over the valley. For people who bring skiing equipment: we were allowed to store our skis in a separate room in the basement. The accommodation is very clean. The village of Au is easily reachable from the main highway - no need to drive narrow, windy mountain roads. We visited two skiing areas during our visit: Damuls-Mellau and Diedamskopf. The trip to Damuls-Mellau takes 15-20 minutes by car. Diedamskopf is significantly closer by - about 5 minutes by car, and with the possibility to take a ski bus that leaves from ca. 200 meter from the accommodation. Additionally, there is a cross-country skiing track that passes close by the accommodation - due to lack of snow in the valley (mid-December), we were unable to use it. For those who prefer hiking: several clearly-marked trails are reachable by foot from the accommodation. The owner of the accommodation is very friendly - she received us and helped us out when we looked for a piece of additional cooking equipment. We had a very enjoyable vacation in Au.

Our stay in the apartment was wonderful. The hostess is incredibly warm, had many great tips for us and was always to reach. We hiked there and went skiing. The apartment was clean and we felt pretty comfortable overall. It is also great that the rooms are separated, so you can pull back. We will definitely go to Bezau again :)

Top central location, shopping facilities within 5 minutes walking distance. Very clean ! Tip: We rented a ski locker at the valley station and were able to walk in comfortable footwear in the morning in a relaxed 10-minute walk and walk back after skiing. Very relaxing ! The apartment was very well maintained, comfortable and furnished with everything you need. The location in the middle of the village is perfect, as cable cars, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. There is a well-equipped ski cellar. Booking and key collection were uncomplicated. I would book the apartment again at any time and recommend it.

The house is great, the location very idyllic. We were 10 people and had enough space. The rooms are very cozy and the kitchen is perfect for cooking. Birgitt has prepared for all of us guest cards with which we could use the cable cars. Great for exploring the whole region.

We highly recommend the farmhouse. It is a unique property in a beautiful setting. The house provides a view of the mountains, the river and the waterfall. Birgitt was a fantastic host who gave us lots of great tips about the area. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything we needed was provided. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The town is a two minute walk with shopping and great restaurants. Make sure to stop at the Kase Haus for local alpine cheese!

Large spacious cabin with everything you need. Very comfortably furnished and located directly at the bus stop. In 3 minutes you are with the ski bus at the mountain railway Mellau. The smokers in the group were also very happy about the covered terrace with radiant heater on the ceiling. :-) Would we book again anytime!

I can only recommend this accommodation. We stayed for the ski holiday and had a very enjoyable stay - Dora is a gracious and attentive hostess. Thanks to its proximity to several ski areas (5-10 minutes by car to Mellau-Damüls & Diedamskopf, 25-35 minutes by car to Warth-Schröcken), the location is perfect for skiing.

Simple but great accommodation in the immediate vicinity of the Damüls-Mellau ski area. We were welcomed very friendly and even said goodbye with a small gift. The room was perfect for us, very comfortably furnished and everything was clean. On request we also got a hair dryer because we forgot ours. The breakfast was served to us at the desired time prepared adjacent cafe. The village of Schnepfau is quite remote, so traveling by car is recommended. In less than 10 minutes you are at the valley station in Mellau, so the accommodation is ideal for skiers.

We booked a long weekend for skiing and felt very comfortable with Dora and Darren. We had a room with a private bath, it looked exactly like the photos and was spacious and clean. We had a beautiful and unobstructed view of snow-covered meadows, the next houses were far away. The hosts were very friendly, uncomplicated and always approachable and when we had to go home earlier because of a ski accident, they even refunded us a partial amount. We will be back. Mathias place is just the perfect, cosy base for exploring the Bregenzerwald and Arlberg region by ski. It is a small appartment with a kitchen/ dining room, a bathroom and one double as well as two single beds in the dorm. Amazing for a few days skiing with friends. Definetly will be back!

We had wonderful 4 days at Mathias farm. The ideal place for a family vacation, there is a lot to do in the area and the public transport is great. We visited during the summer and had fantastic weather, all in all a perfect holiday if you like the outdoors. The Bregenzerwald Card gives you access to public swimming pools, the cable car and public transport.

The location in Andelsbuch is convenient and there are many things to do nearby. In the apartment were flyers and tips ready for us, which was great for a first orientation! The house is well located for excursions both by car and bus (we have used the generous Bregenzerwaldkarte much). The center (shopping and bus stop) is about 5 minutes walk. We can only recommend the accommodation of Maria and Luke! We had very pleasant days there.

We spent a nice time with Maria and Luke. The apartment is really big and attractively decorated. In the kitchen everything is there, what you need. At the reception there were flowers and sweets, coffee, tea, oil and vinegar were also available. What more do you want?

We had not informed ourselves in advance about the Bregenzerwald region, but thanks to a stack of selected information material, which was provided by the hosts and good tips, we came to the most beautiful places that has to offer this idyllic landscape. In the apartment we felt very comfortable, as at home ... it is equipped with a very good and large kitchen, where every dish can be conjured up, which you can enjoy either in the kitchen or on the balcony. In the evening you have a wonderful view of the sunlit mountain of Andelsbuch. The living room is large, has 3 armchairs, a sofa bed and a flat screen TV on the wall that allows you to watch TV from any position in the room. The toilet, the bathroom and the bedroom are very clean and well maintained. We can warmly recommend this property and always repeat ourselves: what a beautiful, simple and modern, spacious apartment in a wonderfully beautiful surroundings with very friendly hosts, who are always happy to help and advise. Anna, 43 years old: If you are looking for rest and relaxation, Maria and Lukas are just the right place. A tastefully furnished apartment with many lovely details. The kitchen has everything you need, so it was a delight to cook in the evening after a challenging day trip. Even for spiritual food is taken care of (appealing magazines) ...
