Ideal starting point for your day trips. Or a walk in the Franconian Highlands Nature Park and a swimming lake is also very close. Our accommodation was completely newly built and lovingly furnished to prepare a few unforgettable days for our guests. Very convenient access through your own front door with a numerical code.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes' walk from the river bank with swimming bay.

Brilliant place to stay. Quiet and peaceful surrounded by great views and lovely countryside. The house was spotless, well equipped with everything you needed and the host was very welcoming. The only downside about it was that I couldn’t stay longer! 10/10 would love to visit again.

No more romantic a stay than the 465 yr old Tower Guardians house. attached to the iconic walls of Rothenburg. All modern amenities and cleanliness while being able to take two steps out of the door and be in downtown historic Rothenburg. cannot recommend it enough!

This house is so charming. I just wanted to stay another week. The bedrooms are looking out over treetops so the bird song is amazing. Stephanie and Oliver were very responsive and kind.

We loved the location!! It was such a great town and there was so much to do! The place was the perfect size for my family. The kitchen was smaller than we realized but we were still able to cook a couple dinners there. There is no oven which I didn’t realize. Overall, we loved our stay here in Rothenburg ob der Tauber. Thank you Inge!

Very nicely equipped and cut apartment. Especially for families with children (high chair & dishes, changing mat, etc.). Just like in the pictures! Our favorite room was the conservatory with the huge couch. Unfortunately, the street is very noisy and we could only sleep with the window closed. But you're in zero-common nothing in old town. Super nice communication with Simon, we will be happy to come back.

We had a 2 night stay in Rothenburg odT which allowed us to have one full day to explore this delightful little old town. The history was amazing, the town was beautiful. The apartment of Margit & Boris was perfectly located within the old town walls, very comfortable and all you ever need for a quick night or two; communication was prompt and their suggestions for the best parking lot and to do the night watchman tour from the town hall were very practical and appreciated (night tour well worth it); Apartment was also very close by to a cute little bar named Bräustūble where we sat in the sun and had the best Aperol Spritz served with fresh fruit cascading around the top of the glass (delightful); highly recommend Boris & Margot’s apartment for a stay in Rothenburg … love to come back one day 👍G&L Melb Australia
