Auntie Dong is incredibly warm and welcoming—she treated us like family. We really enjoyed sharing each others stories, she also made us feel right at home. The place was clean, cozy, and comfortable. It was a wonderful experience in Osaka, and we hope to come back again next time!

The host was very friendly and responsive. If I ever have the privilege of returning to Osaka I will stay here again every time. I was so impressed! Thank you so much Yuki!!

1 stop to Namba !3floors with elevator ! 200㎡!

YelenaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We visited for the Osaka expo and had a terrific time. This was a perfect home base with everything we needed at home, great location for walking around and easy public transportation access. When we needed more coffee the host got back immediately and before the end of the day coffee was seamlessly restocked - just wow! Even though we were a big family, there was plenty of room for everyone, privacy but also a common space to hang out in. Easy for entertaining - there was even a nintendo switch under the tv. Plenty of phone chargers too. I loved that there was always hot water for us all to bathe and take showers. The elevator was perfect for those of us who appreciated not having to go up and down stairs. And it was SO CLEAN! 1000% recommend this spot!

Japanese traditional house Namba!Dotonbori 難波家

CraigRating, 5 stars1 week ago
A genuine old school residence in a quiet neighbourhood. Very easy walking distance to Merica-muri for street culture and Dontonburi for your Blade Runner vibes. Same for Namba Osaka Metro/JR for uptown escapades of Umeda. Take time to understand the description, this place is exactly as it says - an older house, steep wooden stairs to bedrooms, and equal parts charm-rickety depending on your personal view point. Two couples - we enjoyed it immensely! For the best of Osaka punk rock, check out Hokage live house. Coffee at Osaru (5min walk) is 100% on point. Life Supermarket is a 4minute walk and open til midnight. All in all, hard to beat for this type of genuine, local experience in Osaka, you don’t see much of on the ol’ ABnB.

Spacious 198m2/2BA/Namba Osaka 20min/Station 2min

MayraRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The house is amazing and spacious! It’s as if you took home with you. The location is perfect—just 5 minutes walking to the train and little konbinis. The washer and dryer were impressively efficient—about 30 min each load. The baths are amazing no matter which one you use—the water pressure is so strong and soothing after a long day of walking! (Personally, I loved the tub.) Each room is cozy and has its charm, and has soft, clean beds. The kitchen was sufficiently supplied for both instant meal reheating and home cooking. Instructions were clear for recycling. Overall, a wonderful place I’d come back to. My family loved this place—hoping to book Huddleston home when I return with friends. Thank you, Chad and Jennifer!

Jessica is an incredible host. She answers to our inquiries even late at night. Easy to locate and very close to malls and train station. We really had a great time during our stay. Jessica’s place is highly recommended. My dad accidentally brought one of her chargers and we insisted to pay for it but she declined. We will definitely contact her once we visit Japan again. Thank you very much Jessica!

Kikka was truly nice to deal with. She was so helpful and patient with all my questions, which was a lot. It is my first time to Japan and I am so glad she was our host. Her accomodations are perfect for 2 persons with a beautiful view of the river. The location is great , close to the Namba station where we were able to do day trips to Korasan and Nara so easily. The restaurants on the same street as her accomodations were incredible. Simply put a very convenient location and very cosy accomodations provided by a super nice host. Would definitely stay here again in the future. Absolutely no disappointments for myself and daughter.

In Kuromon Ichiba/ New Renovated Airbnb room for 5

Ju YeongRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
I made a reservation for a family trip, and it's great to find. There are many food restaurants around, and it's located in the Kuromon market, so it's good to get groceries. It was nice to be able to take a break from time to time when traveling to the Namba area of Osaka and come back to the accommodation within a 10-minute walk if you needed a break. The accommodation is spacious and clean for a family of four to use. It's incomparably spacious and nice compared to a Japanese hotel. The kitchen has dishes, a refrigerator, and a microwave, and a TV, dryer, many hangers and washing machines, making it the best hotel I've ever stayed with a family. I think I'll make a reservation next time if I have a chance. If the host asks, please reply quickly and thank you very much.

Traveling to a new country for the first time can be intimidating, but arriving at a welcoming home can significantly ease your nerves. That’s exactly what we found when we arrived at this spacious and accessible house for our group of five adults. The location is not too close to the bustling Osaka areas, but it’s just enough to provide a relaxing oasis after a day of exploring. I want to express my gratitude to Jess and her family for going above and beyond what is expected by an Airbnb host, even helping us prepare for our next destination. If I ever have the opportunity to visit again, I will definitely be returning to this place.

JR Teradacho! 8 mins walk.

JosephRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Our family of 6 had a great stay and would happily return. The place is large and comfortable, filled with lots of helpful extras and supplies. Everything worked well and it had a homey feel. It's less than a block away from a somewhat busy street so you will hear a little traffic noise, but it did not bother me and I'm pretty noise-sensitive. Host was wonderful with enabling an early check-in. We also rented a near-new house in the same neighborhood but liked Shino's place better.

The information book provided at the property is very helpful—rich in both text and images, and includes details about the 2025 Kansai Expo. We highly recommend this place to other travelers!
