We have been vacationing in Georgia in late August and early September 2014 Description and photos of apartments on the site is completely untrue. The sea is really very, very close. The apartment had everything we needed, dishes, towels, clothes on the balcony. George is very friendly, we had a few requests, which she immediately complied. Thank you, George! A few words about the place - Nerantza pretty remote village, there are a couple of shops, a pharmacy, and a few small restaurants. The sea at this time of the year was very warm, the closest beach to the apartment is clean, desert, a good entry into the water, gently and without large stones, sand and gravel. The beach itself is a pebble. Best vacation Nerantze with a car, then there is no problem to get to the major shops such as Lidl, and until the Kiato, which is much busier. As an alternative, you can always call a taxi - a trip to Kiato cost 9-12 euros. If you are looking for a calm, quiet, secluded place - Nerantza is fine.

Georgia встретила нас очень приветливо. Был поздний час нашего прибытия, магазины были закрыты и было приятно, что Georgia приготовила для нас некоторые продукты. В аппартаменте было всё необходимое, чтобы чувствовать себя как дома. Дом действительно находится рядом с морем. И это хорошее место, чтобы поплавать утром перед завтраком. Но, чтобы были доступны более интересные пляжи, лучше арендовать автомобиль. Нам понравился пляж в 15 км от Неранцза за Ксилокастро рядом с хвойной рощей. Замечательно, что есть просторный сад. Для детей это хорошее место, чтобы играть там под деревьями во время жары. В описании жилья нет в наличии стиральной машины. Но на самом деле на первом этаже дома есть в отдельном помещении стиральная машина и ею можно пользоваться. Это было вполне удобно. Есть также утюг. Спасибо, Georgia, за комфортное размещение и внимание!

Отдыхали у Георгии второй раз. По сравнению с 2014 годом появились как плюсы, так и минусы. Из плюсов -- появилась стиральная машина, и это просто замечательно, поскольку мы отдыхали с двумя детьми и собакой, и стирки было достаточно. Из минусов -- кризис шагает по Греции, и магазинчики в Нерантзе стали гораздо более скудными, без закупок в больших супермаркетах уже не обойтись никак. Варианты добраться до них есть: до супермаркета Склавенитис (большой выбор и разумные цены) можно добраться либо пешком, либо на такси, обратное такси можно попросить вызвать девушек-кассиров в супермаркете, они с радостью помогают. Ну а нас очень выручила Георгия и отвезла на своей машине в магазин и обратно, за что ей огромное спасибо :) В целом мы, как всегда, остались очень довольны отдыхом в Греции: солнце так же ярко светит, фрукты и овощи прекрасны, греческие люди радушны :) Но немного подвело море -- нашествие медуз в Коринфском заливе в этом году принесло несколько неприятных моментов.

The host made us feel very welcome and the overall experience was good. For the sake of all I want to more accurately describe the place. It is not a "Vila" and it is not a " house". It is an apartment on three levels. There are three floors of apartments above the ground level apartment where we stayed. The ground level is next to the beach, and has the living room, dining room and kitchen. You then, at the back of the living room (away from the beach) step down a few uneven steps to a semibasement area that contains three bedrooms without air-conditioning and one half bath. From there, you go up a narrow winding staircase to the back of the building, away from the beach, where there are two bedrooms with balconies , facing the street, and 1 1/2 baths. The half bath on the second floor has no fan and no window so I recommend not using the toilet. The "green" areas in the front and the back of the apartment are not grass but artificial turf. The place is very large and very clean and can easily accommodate nine people as advertised. Unfortunately for a non-smoker it has the residual stent of smoking for many years. The balconies are facing the back of the building, the street, not visually appealing. To the right and left of the building are poorly kept lots. The space towards the sea with its walls and large gate opening to the sea are dynamite and made our stay wonderful. The wall towards the sea, prevents you from seeing the undesirable lots to the right and left, directs your view of the sea and keeps the space private. There is a small, sparsely used, dirt road between the apartment and the seat. The apartment is towards the end of the city and there's a nice walking path on the right-hand side next to the sea.

Our host was waiting for as we arrived late in the evening from Athens airport. They took the time to show us where everything was and how things worked in the house. The house was as described and we were very pleased with our short stay there.

Perfect place. Not in the center of the city, but very nice and really 2 steps to the beach. With a taxi from train station - 10 minutes and 5 euro. To all restaurants and shops you can get by foot- it is 7-15 minutes. The area near the house is perfect for little children. Thank you very much!!!!

The accommodation was very well described and the host during the stay, regularly asked if everything was OK. My son and his friend (for it is they who rented housing) are raved about their stay.

We felt welcome from Agathi and his family even before completing the booking. The friendliness and availability of the whole family was the same throughout our stay. The accommodation was even more pleasant and charming than we imagined, as the house, the terrace and the garden, and of course the sea a few steps ... Even with unpredictable weather, we felt on vacation, we were able to enjoy the peace and serenity of the place, to 6, including 2 children 4 months and 4 years! Recommended with family and friends eyes closed!

Agathi's place is exactly as pictured, a nicely appointed villa with big rooms left and right of the central corridor. Lots of atmosphere. And when we arrived late in the evening in the cold and dark, Agathi's mother went out of her way to help us find a good restaurant in Vrachati. I can totally recommend this place.

Dream house on the beach. What one needs to relax and comfortably spend their holidays. The hosts very helpful. The house has many amenities, with large comfortable rooms and a large courtyard on the waterfront. Very important, too, that the supermarket and pharmacy are within walking distance from home. I highly recommend.

We had a great time here! The house and location is as described. The family is wonderful and friendly. We went out to the local bar and restaurant with them and had such a lovely time. Would definitely come back again!

I think I will be the first reviewer for Agathi’s house as she is new in Airbnb. It was unforgotable stay in Agathi’s house. The house is a real jewel that you can relax and enjoy the sea as it is only 10m away from the cystal clear sea. It is also very comfortable with AC’s in each room, beds, kitchen,bath etc. It was luxuary to have sunbath in the private green yard.The sunset was great with beautiful Gulf of Corinth view from the veranda. There are several very nice restaurants around that we can enjoy excellent Greek food with good prices. Agathi made reservation for us at these restaurant as we needed. There is a small market that we can find everything you need. Nerantza is s small village, but very lovely.People living in the village is very warm and very helpful. Besides it is still close to Athens, Corinthia, Epidauros, Nafplio to see interesting places. Finally Agatha was an excellent hostess who helped us a lot for everything we needed during our stay. She was always reachable and very easy to communicate. Her recommendation made our stay easy and enjoyable . She and her family made our vacation wonderful . We will come back next year for sure. Highly recommended...

What a wonderful family to be hosting a bnb! Mom and daughters, and dogs and chickens :) all made us feel so welcome. We arrived on a dark and stormy night and all the heaters were on for us. Fresh oranges and lemons from their trees awaited us, lots of information about the area and help getting a late dinner. Even a guided tour of the small town so we wouldn't get lost(URL HIDDEN)We ate the fresh eggs from their chickens in the morning, were helped my mom and two sisters with all the odds and ends, our kids got to play with their dogs and chickens AND we loved playing in the backyard and private beach. It was exactly what we wanted and needed--just not enough time!!! Trying to find a way to come back :) Thanks so much everyone!

We are very grateful to Agathi and her family for the warm welcome and hospitality. The lovely, cozy, spacious house with a big verandah is ideal for a rest near the sea. It was a greatest holiday we`d ever had.

There is nothing like falling asleep to the sounds of waves rolling in and then waking up and drinking your coffee watching the sea. Agathi's place feels like an authentic Greek home with high ceilings, wood shutters and heavy furniture. The porch, backyard and beach are amazing. The location was great for day trips in the region. We enjoyed meeting Agathi's family and they were wonderful hosts.

The apartment is nice, with a balcony where you can eat and a private beach with the use of Kayak. Air conditioner is provided. The area is ok, full of tourist bars.

Yannis and his mum are very friendly and helpful! He picked us up near the strip, cause in greece it's kind of tricky to find the streets. The Apartment is comfortable, quiet and clean with a big balcony. In the backyard is a kind of private beach, bars are around the corner. To recommend!

unfortunately one of the worst experiences. They do not even know it was going and who we are. There was no Parking and after-topics found only for us. And because of work there was no WiFi but also with our own means there was no coverage of the corporate mobile. After much discussion we depart the same day in search of new accommodation.

Hands down these hosts are the best you will find. Picked us up from the bus station and showed us around town, brought us fesh fruit, and did absolutely everything in their power to ensure our stay in Vrachati was pure joy. Vrachati is gorgeous and the people are generous and lovely. The locals are used to Greek mainland visitors and may not speak English, but they will accommodate you or die trying! Super auper exerience, can't say enpugh about how great the whole team was!

The house Yannis and his brother is perfect to spend days at the beach. It is very complete, very clean with everything you need, is a bit tricky to get to, but they looked after us very well and by the time we got it, we spent a few very relaxed days by the sea. It has a semi private little beach and hosts great care nurse with the space and create a great atmosphere. Ideal for rejalarse outside Athens.

I had just arrived in Greece, starting on impulse and at 9 pm the previous host I had not yet confirmed the room. Fortunately Iannis was timely. He welcomed a lady too kind and nice, room with balcony and sea views, the beach practically on the doorstep. I would have liked to stay one more night but we were heading to Athens.

The beach by the apartment was lovely and it proved to be a good starting point to see Mycaene and Epidaurus. There are lots of bars and restaurants and a nice beach in the (small) town. We didn't have very clear instructions for finding the house and there weren't obvious road names or if there were they were in Greek. So: driving through town away from the main bars with the sea on your right you get to Africa (beach bar), keep going and you will see number 44 on the right, the apartments are immediately after. (Have a good look at the photos so you recognise them). It's not luxury but it's a lovely spot for a stay by the beach.

The apartment is by the sea, you don t need to cross any road to the sea. Amazing view from the balcony. The apartment was really clean and it has everything you can need! It is near to the centre of Vrachati, you can go on foot in 1 minute, in any restaurant, super market etc. Highly recommended this place!Love it and for sure i will come again. Thank you for everything!
