What as great place. Perfect for a family. While the beach is not huge- it is just fantastic for snorkeling. The shore along the hotel is fantastic. Swimming across the channel~300 m brings u to Boobey cay which is fantastic! Great house. No restaurant at the point but lots of great stuff close! Will come back. Recommend to any family w kids

Carol’s place felt like a home away from home: comfortable, well stocked (kitchen, bathrooms, games, hangers), nicely decorated, clean, comfortable beds. Great location on beach and walkable to restaurants and groceries. Would stay again!

Great location!! Right on 7 mile beach, but set back enough for privacy and peace. Perfect location on the beach itself, close walk to the beach bars and restaurants, and a grocery store. Plenty to do right there in walking distance, including bars, restaurants, boat charters, beach rentals, etc. Great alternative if you want to enjoy the beach without being stuck in a hotel/resort.

This wasn’t just a vacation it was a moment in time I’ll never forget. The place looked exactly like the pictures, but it felt even better: peaceful, grounded, and quietly magical. It gave me and my little brother the perfect space to laugh, talk, and just be before he heads back to his life his new, grown-up life. In the quiet mornings and gentle evenings, this Airbnb became the backdrop of one of our most meaningful memories. Thank you for giving us a place that pulled it all together so seamlessly. This Airbnb is so serene that it just melts the stress away. I woke up to sunlight and the most beautiful view in world for five days. The view alone made this place worth every single penny. I traveled with my husband and two children (11yo, 1yo). Due to us traveling with an infant, we were quite limited by activities available to us so the private beach and pool certainly saved the vacation. My infant son couldn’t get enough of the beach, he would cry for us to go out to the water and return sleepy, ready for bed. The driver assigned to the house, Daston, made the trip feel safe. He was reliable, he walked us into different establishments to ensure we were treated fairly (received decent prices) and helped us navigate. He charge very fair prices. This place was just a dream, I definitely would stay here again and highly recommend to anyone searching for a place to stay. Yes, there is not much in walking distance but that’s just the nature of Negril. BOOK NOW!

What an amazing two week stay we (2 adults 2 children) have had in this apartment! It was so spacious and clean and absolutely perfect. The facilities were fantastic, every thing you could need - literally a home from home. The lounge area was wonderfully comfortable to sit and chill, and breakfast out on the spacious terrace was just the perfect start to the day. It was about 30 paces down to the glorious beach, which had plenty of beach beds and lots of shade from the trees if you didn’t want to be out in the sun. It really is a perfect condo - so much so, we booked again before we even left.

One of the best stays I have had. Place is exactly as shown in the pictures. If you are a beach lover or just prefer a lovely scenery/sunset; This place is right on the beach. The unit is so neat, clean, comfortable & cozy. I had to extend; You will not want to leave. 10/10. Host is also quite personable and friendly. I am already looking forward to staying again! A wonderful stay and the recommendations for restaurants and guides in the guest book are very helpful! We tried many of the restaurants recommended and all were home runs. The garden and property are beautiful and peaceful. We would definitely stay again in a heartbeat!

The pictures somehow undersell this AMAZING townhouse and property. Everything was perfect, as soon as we entered the property we felt welcomed. The townhouse was spotless and there were fresh beach towels, bath towels and linens in each room. The property itself is breathtaking with amazing views and beautiful sunsets. I can't wait for our next Negril trip so we can rebook!

I had a wonderful stay here with my family. it was very spacious, clean and just as Caroll has described it on the listing. The listening mentioned coffee as one of the amenities. I informed her there wasn't any in the house and she had the house caretaker run out and get it for us right away. There was some issues with water pressure and hot water but the care taker explained the water was on a pump system. we also found out that we couldn't shower at the same time to have hot water in both showers. It wasn't that big of a deal and understandable when staying on an island. The kitchen was very clean, plenty of towels were provided and the rooms had very comfortable beds. 10/10!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described in the listing, and it was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything my friends & I needed. The host was responsive and made sure I had all the information I needed for a smooth check-in. They were also very nice & welcoming. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Kareta is always on point! Very pleasant person. Whenever I go back home this is the place i stay. Makes me feel like I’m home. I will always recommend Kareta place.

Tafari’s place was amazing just as shown in the pictures, he was very much communicative throughout our stay. The location was smack in the middle of Mobay and Negril so having a rental car definitely made getting around easier. The gym was great to have and I enjoyed running around the neighborhood in the mornings! Will definitely be returning and recommending your place to friends visiting the island!

Jeffrey’s place was the perfect place for us to unwind and simultaneously entertain our 2 young children. Everyone loved the variety and proximity of Villa Sweet J to the enormous communal swimming pool, as well as to the gorgeous local + neighbouring bay. The villa has everything you need to cook good food (e.g. pots & pans, appliances, utensils etc.), but you might be tempted to take Selina up on her offer to prepare lovely Jamaican food for you. Such a treat. The bedrooms are equipped with comfy beds and near-blackout curtains, and the temperature throughout the villa was always cooling. Everything was just wonderful, not to mention easy: no problem, mon! On top of the house itself, Jeffrey & Joy have a fantastic network of people in the form of Selina (housekeeper & chef) and Rashawn + Jermaine (drivers) to make your stay extra special. A big THANK YOU to them and hopefully we will lucky enough to stay at Villa Sweet J again.

We spent a total of 3 nights and enjoyed our stay throughout. The villa was clean, well decorated and felt like home,e. We look forward to spending more time at the villa during our next visit to Negril.

this place is great for kids and families. there is a trampoline and everything the kids need for the pool: towels, shade, chairs, floaties! there's a pack n play, lots of pillows and blankets. super soft bedding and comfortable beds. allllll the comforts of home. chefs kitchen, and a killer back patio. lucea is a great halfway between negril and Mobay. the scheme is safe and clean. community space is lovely. all in all it eas the perfect fit for the kind of trip to jamaica we were looking for.
