We had an amazing time at the cottage. We traveled from Toronto which was an easy drive with even easier directions. The cottage featured everything listed in the description and more, making for a perfect getaway from the city. We enjoyed the bikes, the kayaks, the hiking, the swimming, the dock, the deck with fire pit, the BBQ, basically everything! There was plenty of hot water which made the jacuzzi tub an awesome option on a few rainy occasions. We were very well stocked with food and beverages, which we would strongly recommend to any potential cottagers. There is very little in the way of shops in the near area. We were looking for a more secluded cottage experience and this place really delivered. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fully modernized cottage on a quiet lake with great wilderness on your doorstep.
Wendy did a magnificent job communicating with my wife and me. She answered our questions quickly and honestly every time we asked something of her. The cabins were as described and the location was beautiful. Your outdoor deck that connected the cabins was spectacular space for outdoor time both day and night, and the dock was wonderful for sunbathing during the magnificent weather we enjoyed. It made for a super spot for jumping into the cool depths of the lake beyond! Watching and listening to the kingfishers, gray jays and warblers was incredible. The lake was wonderful for swimming, kayaking and canoeing, though you do have neighbors in the Baie Dorval who should be more polite when moving through such a bay. FIshing in a lake like Kipawa was an experience that taught me much. Drew's map was a blessing and very helpful. If only my boat motor would not have failed on me at the end of week one! We were fortunate to get to stay in such a wonderful place as your cabins, and were grateful for Wendy's responsiveness and information. Many blessings to you and your family as you enjoy this location for years to come. We will always think fondly on our time at Lac Kipawa and in the Baie Dorval!
Great place to spend a week-end! Wendy was a great host to deal with and was always very attentive to our questions. There was lots of room for our party whether we were sitting back and watching a movie or cooking an sitting down to a meal. The view from the deck is outstanding and the cottage is very close to some prime fishing spots. We would definitely stay again!
What a great location and the cottage was fantastic. I love having the two bunkies. The host was amazing with no hassles what so ever. We even had to change the date at the last minute and she was very accommodating. We will be going back hopefully next year. If I had the balls to complain about one thing I guess it would be the water. It was a little muddy coming out of the tap but after you ran it a bit it was fine. If you like bass then the fishing was amazing. First night I had about 45 minutes in the kayak (provided) and pulled in the first dinner with four 3 lb. (aprox) bass.
We had five wonderful days at Wendy and Drew's vacation cabins. The weather was a little cloudy the first few days, but our last day was full of swimming and enjoying the water. It was a beautiful place and secluded as advertised. There were some other houses on the bay but the nights sitting by the fire were quiet and peaceful. We canoed and kayaked with the watercraft provided. The lake and cabin were a wonderful place to unplug from technology and relax. John and Mollie.
Wendy and Drew were great hosts! Super helpful and responsive leading up to our trip. The cottage itself is on a beautiful spot and packed with all the amenities one could need!
We absolutely loved our stay at Wendy's cottage on Lake Kipawa. Upon arriving to the cabin, we were greeted with a gift basket of assorted treats and thoughtful souvenirs for our trip. Wendy was very responsive to all of my inquiries and provided as much information as possible so that we could get the most out of our stay - she even provided an extra kayak to accommodate all of our guests. The cabin was charming and comfortable and the surrounding area was pristine and beautiful. I would definitely recommend this listing to anyone who would like to experience a peaceful getaway in Quebec.
Wendy and Drew were amazing hosts, they were extremely communicative, they kept me up to date on any problems or news that may arise up to the day that we arrived at the cottage. There was only one slight communication problem, the Ad did not state that blankets were not included but since the problem was on their end, they fixed the problem in a timely fashion. We had sheets and comforters by the following morning, since we arrived late in the day. The cottage was amazing, the gift basket was well received and we utilized everything in it, thank you emensely. Kayaking, canoeing, swiming, and hiking in and around the cottage was spectacular and we had no reason to wander too far. The board games provided also lent to a few nights of entertainment and laughter around the kitchen table, drinking and catching up. The patio fire pit was also well used, and thanks again for the bug spray we put it to good use the local bug life is quite aggressive. We had no water one night due to the pump giving out, but that just gave us the opportunity to experience a taste of real camping since we had to bathe in the lake that night, an experience we joked about incesently, along with bringing up the buckets of water from the lake for the toilet. Drew had a new pump installed the following morning, thanks for the prompt service. All in all our stay was amazing, my friends and I will have many stories, pictures, and memories that include your cottage and all were positive. Thanks for taking good care of us and responding to our concerns so promptly and efficiently. Sebastian, Greg, and Doug

absolutely awesome. Such a great place and amazing location. Suzie was so helpful and could not have asked for a better place and host

My stay at IL Destino was perfect. Marisol met me at the door, showed me the apartment and made sure I had everything I needed. The apartment was spacious, very clean and very quiet. There are loads of local stores, restaurants and of course the wonderful Jean Talon Market. I would definitely stay there again!
Marisol was Very friendly! The apartment was clean, roomy and in a great location!
Marisol was very responsive to all my questions from the beginning of the process. She really does cater to families. We have a 20 month old, and she procured a travel crib and bedding for us. The apartment is literally across the street from a fantastic park and wading pool that we enjoyed every day during our visit. We were pleasantly surprised to find Montreal has so many nice playgrounds, pools, and splash pad, but to have one right across the street was special. The location near the subway and Jean-Talon Market is exceptional. We walked there in the mornings to get breakfast and groceries. The apartment is clean and modern and has everything you need without having to deal with a lot of personal items. We'd love to come back for another visit next summer!
Marisol's apartment in Little Italy was perfect for what I needed. It is in a quiet, safe part of Montreal, within walking distance of Jean Talon market and the Mile End. It was very clean and had all the basics, including an adorable garden out back. Unfortunately we didn't have an opportunity to chat too much because she was out of town when I arrived, but she was very helpful and introduced herself once she was back in town. As someone with friends and family in Montreal, I will definitely consider staying at Il Destino again.
Marisol's place was very clean and cozy with everything we needed for our short stay in Montreal. The apartment is located in the Little Italy neighbourhood and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Although we were not travelling with children, I would also recommend this place for families, as it is located directly across the street from one park and a block away from another. Marisol's place is truly a gem - conveniently located, comfortable, and super clean!
Very clean with all the amenities and no intrusion whatsoever! Will definitely be back again!
Marisol was really welcoming and left me a handwritten note with the keys because I was arriving late in the evening and needed some flexibility with my check in. I met her the second day of my stay and she was lovely. The space was simple, economical, and the location was very convenient for getting to the Beaubien metro and the Jean-Talon Market.

Really nice basement flat in a great area, close to lots of cafes and restaurants. Lots of space and very modern.
The place was stunning! Super clean, very stylish and provided all the comforts of home. Esther was a wonderful host and so informative. I would definitely stay there again. I loved Montreal, it was my first time there and the accommodations made the experience really personal n special.
Listing was exactly as described in the perfect location. The house had everything we needed and was open, clean, and well lit. Great selection of books and games too. Check in and out couldn't have been easier and the place was well worth the cost. We would definitely stay again.
My husband and I stayed here for four nights and we absolutely loved it. It was like a cool cave that we felt so comfortable in. We walked so much because everything is so close. The restaurants around here are great and Mt Royal is also within walking distance. Esther was so nice. All we wanted was time to enjoy together and that's what we got. We hope to come back one day. Aloha!
Esther's place was perfect. All five stars. Such a pleasure to step outside and be right in the Plateau. Esther was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. Thanks again!
Angela & Chad
Esther's condo was fantastic! Exactly as pictured. It is spacious, has great finishes and everything you need for a very comfortable stay. It is located a short walk to the subway and many restaurants and bars. Check-in and check-out were seamless. We would absolutely stay here again!
Translate this flat into a five-star Soho suite costing $3,000 a night, move it about 400 miles north, reduce the price by $2,875 and you will have this exquisitely appointed nest in the heart of the Plateau. With an exceptional kitchen! And a garden entrance. And a dreamy bed. And a fabulous shower. And everything you would ever need because Esther has already thought of it. Flawless. Fabulous neighborhood, amazing restaurants, super friendly residents, four blocks from the Metro. Yes.
We stayed with Esther over a 4 month period. Our stay was more than extra ordinary! Esther was inviting, attentive, caring and thoughtful throughout our entire stay. Esther always went the extra mile to ensure that we felt comfortable and welcome. The apartment is immaculate and in one of the best suburbs of Montreal! We really felt like we had a home. We will be back for sure!

Awesome place that is perfect for a big group. We were there for a 50th birthday party and the place had everything needed to tear it up. I recommend it to anyone, and Rod is a great host. Thanks
We had a great experience at the house, which was exactly how Rod described. Lots of space, and a very central location. Would definitely stay there again.
This place went above and beyond our expectations! Amazing weekend with 15 guys celebrating a bachelor party. The house was exactly as described and all of the couches pull out into beds as well. Rod was a great host and was able to accommodate us in every way possible. He was a great resource for info about the city and nightlife. We would definitely stay here again.
Great space! Rob's spot was exactly how described. He made himself available over email and phone leading up to the event to answer any questions we had. We were able to stay in touch when in Montreal and he made the communication easy and excellent
Host was very welcoming and was easy to get in contact with. Location is great for a bachelor party as it is walking distance to many bars and a quick Uber ride to other areas of interest. Highly recommend.
Rod was a pleasure to deal with from the first inquiry about booking through the end of our stay. We booked the house for my friend's bachelor party, 10 guys in total. Everyone had a bed to sleep in with plenty of room to hang out. The pool table, ping pong table and projector were a huge hit. We even had a huge bbq one day on the roof deck. The house is great, but the location is even better. We were able to walk to Old Montreal to cool bars and restaurants and take a cab out to the clubs at night. Rod was super accommodating and very responsive, he got us an awesome deal at a club on Saturday night. Definitely a great choice for larger groups!
Rod was very quick to answer all my inquires prior to arrival. He was also very welcoming and available to any questions or request during our stay. Rod made sure the place was cleaned and ready for our groups use before we showed up.

Will's apartment is not only as it's described but actually exceeds expectations in my mind. Communication was easy with Will from my initial inquiry through to departure. The apartment is in a super convenient area and Will explained where the local shops were form things such as pharmacy, supermarket, liquor store etc... all within a 5-8minute walk max. It was a really simple check in process at the apartment and, coming from a central NYC apartment, it definitely provided the "wow" factor upon arrival. Spacious rooms, fabulous kitchen and bathroom, a contemporary look and feel, all set in a peaceful location with excellent facilities. It left me with the feeling of wanting to move right in permanently. This is the perfectocation for getting around on foot or the subway is a little over a block away. For me personally this was the perfect apartment and I have nothing but praise for everything: communication, location, amenities and the apartment itself as well as the host! You won't regret a stay at this apartment
My stay at Will's was excellent. Very cozy bedroom, the apartment feels like home, and one cannot beat the location. I really enjoyed staying at Will's place.
The apartment has the perfect location and is close to nightlife, shops, restaurants and clubs. Will is a great host, very smart and knowledgeable and knows Montreal in and out. Its a stylish apartment and super clean. We loved to stay there and would certainly come back.
Will was an excellent host! His apartment is beautiful and close to everything that you'd need. Thanks for a lovely stay.
Will was great in communicating how to get to his place. After taking the 747 to the apartment, I let myself on and was impressed. The whole place is very modern and clean. Better than staying at an upscale hotel. I did not meet Will, but he was very responsive via messaging. He also suggested eating at Schwartz when I visited Mont Royal. Great suggestion. Great stay overall.
Great location, great host with plenty of helpful information.
Will´s place is great for a stay in Montreal! It´s a very nice and modern appartment. Youll find everything you need at his place. The room was spacious and very clean. Will prepared some small amenities like tooth paste, mouthwash, Q-Tips and shampoo. He also offered some towels. The location of the appartment is peferct. Nearly everything (like pubs, groceries and POIs) are in walking distance. The Metro (Berri-UQAM) is less than a 5 min walk. The train station (VIA RAIL) is 4 stops away. The greyhound station is around a 10 min walk. Unfortunately Will wasn´t there when we arrived, but he was giving us all the information we need via text. He was very helpful with everything and gave us recommendations where to go. He is a very nice, warm and calm person. :-) We had to leave very early for our train, but Will rised to say goodbye. Will is the perfect host! We felt very welcome and really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend this place and would like to come again.
Even though didn't get a chance to meet Will in person he was very helpful and able to assist me when I requested information in a friendly attitude. His place was awesome is exactly as the pictures and spotless was super clean and close to everything and well located. Flew in and Will recommended a shuttle that drops you off 3 minutes walking distance from his place and that is a metro (subway)station. This is my first experience with airbnb and was great if I go back to Montreal I will defiantly try to book this place again. Thanks

Great place to stay! House was very clean and comfortable to stay in. Plenty of space for everyone. I would recommend this place and would stay here again. It was close to the highway so everything was easy to get to. Plenty of free parking which is a great bonus!
Thanks Evgeny! You were very awesome host. Your place was very clean and had all the things we needed.. Lots of space, big backyard, big porch, and very organized. Short drive to downtown Montreal entertainment district. Enjoyed time spent this long weekend at your place. Go job Evgeny!
Place was great really clean very spacious everything you needed to have a great stay with a big group of friends
We stayed here with a group of 8 friends. Even for a group of this size, the house was really spacious, cozy and comfortable. Only downside might be that it is located a fair distance away from the centre or the nearest subway station (20 minute walk). Even taking that into account we would really recommend this place.
This house was fantastic! Very clean and plenty of rooms to stay if you are staying with a large family. All the appliances were new and the living space had a nice large tv. We also enjoyed the quiet patio out back that led into the grassy backyard. There is a nice little cafe just walking distance from the house that we had breakfast at almost every morning and the at water market was only a little more than a mile away. The owner of the home was great and was quick to respond when we had any questions before and during our stay. We would definitely recommend this home if you are planning to visit Montreal.
Very nice place. We did have a great time:)
Great home, lots of space, the beds were endless. Evgeny was a gracious host with great communication. I would definitely come back and stay at this location. Thank you!

Our stay was a wonderful experience. The hosts went above and beyond to be helpful during our stay. The condo itself is very nice, and thoughtfully designed. Little touches such as board games, and netflix, sleeping options, etc. go a long way. The location itself is perfect. My only initial confusion was on parking but I found that overnight parking in the parking garage at the nearby Marriott 2 blocks away was great as well.
We had a wonderful 2 nights and our hosts were very helpful. The loft is beautiful and very clean. It is located right in the center of Old Montreal. Everything was right out the door. Our hosts had thought of everything from snacks in the fridge to maps and tourist information. We highly recommend this loft to everyone. One of the best Airbnb places that we have stayed in!
The ideal place for a visit to Montréal. Wonderful and very cosy apartment, ideally located. Add to that the both very professional and friendly welcome from Ratha and Kelly. This makes their place THE place to pick for a visit to Montréal.
I cannot say enough positive things about Ratha & Kelly. They were both extremely welcoming -- quick to respond to any questions we had, very accommodating with the check-in time, and they were sweet enough to meet us at the door and give us a personal tour of the whole loft. The loft itself was even more beautiful in person, and filled with extra touches that really made our stay so comfortable (extra towels, blankets, super comfortable mattresses, beverages, etc.). You can't ask for a better location in Old Montreal! The door opens right onto Rue Saint-Paul and is steps away from restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. Perfect location! Amazing experience! Will definitely be back. :) Thanks!!
We had a great time in Montreal, and it started with this condo. Its in the heart of Old Montreal and in walking distance to many sights. Ratha was so responsive to all my questions and requests. They allowed us to drop off our many bags before check in on the day we got there and did give us a little extra time at check out as well. And we needed a travel crib...they had it waiting for us! The condo was very clean and very well appointed. There was plenty of high quality bedding and the beds were all comfortable. And plenty of towels as well! It was lovely! The only thing that was a surprise was that the first floor is not air conditioned and it got pretty hot the days we were there. They did have fans and they helped. The upstairs was cool and comfortable!
What an amazing place to stay, right in the heart of Old Montreal! Netflix was great and all food recommendations were sublime.. Highly recommended!
We visited Montreal to celebrate an anniversary and stayed in this condo for 3 nights. The condo is bright, comfortable, and attractive, nicely decorated, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. It was surprisingly quiet and peaceful for being in a very central and convenient location. We were impressed by the detail with which the condo was appointed with a comfortable bed and furnishings, and a fully stocked kitchen. We would have enjoyed cooking some of the great food we saw at Marché Jean-Talon if we had stayed longer! There was also a lot of helpful information about the subway, local restaurants, parking etc, provided and Ratha and Kelly were very responsive and communicative. Really, they were simply great hosts, very thoughtful and helpful. We had a great visit and are already looking forward to a return trip in the near future.
Beautiful apartment and perfect location. Well organized process and home. Great experience.

The apartment it's very nice, beautiful and very quiet if you are looking for peace nights. Very well located as well. We didn't meet Roger but he left the instructions and was easy to access the apartment.
Rogers apartment was exactly what I we expected it too be. It was very clean, spacious, and close to all the fun. We hope to come back soon. Thank you Roger for your hospitality. P.s. There's a bar down the street called Grenade with a very fun atmosphere and staff!
A very clean and comfortable suite in a safe neighborhood. Underground parking is a plus - say goodbye to driving around in the street desperately for a spot. All the utilities and supplies in the suite are of high quality. The host is very helpful and responsive. Will choose to live here again if we are coming to Montreal in the future =D
Very clean and convenient
It was an amazing experience from start to finish! We felt welcomed when we arrived, the host showed us around and provided us with under ground parking. The apartment was clean and had all the necessities and even extra amenities! The host even left guide books for us for the festival that was in town. Would highly recommend to any couple looking for a get away in the heart of Montreal!
Roger is a great hist and the check in sas super easy. The flat is awesome. Very clean and spacious. The parking place is also perfect. Definitely the best appartment we ever had.
We had a great stay at Roger's modern apartment! We loved the ability to park our car in his garage, and the place was roomy and comfortable. Roger was also great with communication and quick to respond to questions. Thank you, Roger!
Roger was communicative and responded quickly to questions. Entry was very easy. The neighborhood is quiet, and in a great location just a little outside of downtown Montreal. Lot's of coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. The parking garage was SUPER helpful since we didn't have to figure out Montreal's confusing parking spots - we knew we could leave our car in one spot in confidence. Apartment was as listed, clean, and suited our needs. Our two year old loved the windows and we loved that there wasn't much in the apartment for her to mess with or break. Would definitely recommend for families.

I am very happy to share my love for one of the oldest neighbourhoods in North America. I do travel often but am always available to direct you to interesting options to help you enjoy your vacation. One of the Oldest neighbourhoods in North America. Where Canadian Banking, Trading, Printing, Transportation, and Nation were conceived. Montreal was an American city for 7 months from November 1775 to May 1776 (the yankee occupation) when Benjamin Franklin concluded it would be easier to buy the province of Lower Canada than to conquer it. The Chateau Ramsey (1705) (around the corner and left on Notre Dame street) was home to the American parliament during the war for independence and briefly of American Generals Richard Montgomery and Benedict Arnold and American diplomat Benjamin Franklin, sent to convince the French Canadians to join the rebellion against England, during the brief Yankee occupation of Montreal during the American Revolution. Benjamin Franklin set up the first printing press in Canada when he was here. Fleury Mesplet was sent here by Franklin to print pro revolutionary propaganda meant to convince francophones to join the cause of the United Colonies. He found lodging in a tavern and set up his printing press in a building on rue Capitale (a lane running from St-Sulpice to St-François-Xavier, South of St. Paul street, north of de la Commune street). There used to be a plaque in the lane that for some reason is no longer there! Fleury did not leave with the revolutionaries and ended up founding the Montreal Gazette, it is still printed today, pick one up. The old Montreal GAZETTE building on St Jaques street now a hotel. LaPresse still have their offices on the corner of St. Laurent and St Jacques street. Le Devoir started on St. Vincent street as did the first publishing houses in Canada. Old Montreal started as a religious mission and later a fur trading post. It was founded by the Sulpician order from France. They built a copy of Notre Dame Church in Paris on Notre Dame street. I have been to both and can tell you that our interior is much more impressive. Montreal was home to many Blacksmiths in the early days as to produce metal instruments to trade with the natives for fur. The furs were traded around present day Place Royale and the lanes to the east and west of the square. Samuel de Champlain founded Ville Marie in 1642 at Pointe De Caliere where a small stream met the river, today where Pointe a Callier museum sits. A statue to him sits in front of Notre Dame church on Place D Armes in the middle of a modern version of Place D Armes which used to be a Victorian Park. In front of Chateau Ramsey sits Montreal City hall (1872) a smaller version of Paris City hall and the first in Canada to be built solely for Municipal governance. In front of City Hall stands (Horatio) Nelson s Column(1809) on Place Jacques Cartier predates Nelson s column in trafalgar square In London England (1843). Across the street you will see bonsecours Market which was the parliament of Canada for a brief time. Also Notre Dame de Bonsecours Church founded by Marguerite Bourgeous. Walk out the door ,turn left and down the street from the apartment sits one of the founding fathers of Canada s residence. Sir George Etienne Cartier's residence in Montreal, at 458 Notre-Dame Street East, which is now the Sir George-Étienne Cartier National Historic Site dedicated to his life and achievements. It also serves to recall the architectural heritage and lifestyles of the upper middle class of 19th century Montreal. He helped found Canada along with Sir John A. Mcdonald, The CP railroad, The civil code (still used today), Grand Trunk Railroad (Old Head Office on Mcgill street), and have British Columbia join confederation, Creating the Province of Manitoba, Negotiating the purchase of Rupert s land and The Northwest Territories. You are in his neighbourhood, along with Jacques Viger, Joseph Papineau, Renee Levesque, Pauline Marois, to name a few. Canada s wall street (St Jacques street formerly St James street) where all the first head offices of Canadian banks were opened. the first on Place D Armes the Bank of Montreal (1847) Pantheon like building. Open a bank account at this branch, the transit number is 0001 as it was the first bank in Canada! The birthplace of Canadian banking on 113 St. Paul street east, where you will find a plaque commemorating the site of the first Bank of Montreal and the birthplace of Canadian banking. Still with me? This is only minutes from the apartment...get the picture? Well Old Montreal today is a lot like Old Montreal of yesterday. Politics, cafes, culture, Social events and life. The Old Port hosts the Igloofest in February which is a four weekend Techno party outside in the winter weather with ten thousand Vintage ski suit clad partiers dancing to the finest techno on the planet. I know un imaginable you should see the look of disbelief on the artists faces when they see the scene before them. Montreal's Cirque du Soleil World Premieres all it s new shows in May every year here in the Old Port. We are home to the best nightclubs in the city along with lively bars and Parisian style outdoor cafe s and yes some tourist traps that are not so bad. We are home to some of the best chef s in the country concocting their wizardry in the most antique and unique of settings. There is an impressive list of Art galleries starting around the corner on Bonsecours street and rounding onto Rue St. Paul all the way to Mcgill street an impressive display of Art in the windows of these galleries as we walk along this Art gallery route. Old Montreal In very recent years it has been developed in some cases the right way in other cases for pure greed. It started to be torn down until Mayor Jean Drapeau ( there is a statue of him in a park in front of city hall) protected it. A fight that carries on today! Unfortunately over the years dull minded individuals have not respected it when trying to make a profit. Luckily much of it is intact and a well kept secret I would like to share with you. Stay away from the overpriced hotels here as their greed is destroying the first Cold Storage facility and super market in Montreal the Gunn Langlois dry goods and cold storage market between St. Vincent street and Place Jacques Cartier. Don t encourage them please, they are destroying my neighbourhood. A nine story blemish in our old neighborhood completely against the zoning laws, and our protected heritage. Other s like the Gault Hotel on ste Helene street which is housed in North America s first YMCA, did a commendable job of restoring a heritage building. Ste Helene street is the only street in Montreal to have gas lanterns of yesteryear a little known fact. I invite you to visit, daydream, fantasize about the past, live for the present in my neighbourhood which I dearly cherish. Stay in the shadow of the Angels guarding our port atop the Notre Dame de Bonsecours church sandwiched between art Galleries, Celebrity chef s, founders of nations, Parliaments of nations, on the step to the gateway to the New World! There is a bixi stand right near the flat where you can rent bicycles by the hour and drop them off in other parts of the city. We are right next to the bike path that connects the city and continues along the Old Port and Lachine Canal. There are a metro and bus stops close by. St. Paul street pedestrian walkway is 1 block from the apartment. Take a water taxi across the street in the Old Port to St Helen s Island. Great outdoor patio very rare in Old Montreal!read more
We were welcomed to this lovely apartment by Steven. There was a little confusion upon check in but Nelson made it right very quickly. The apartment is EXACTLY as described and seen in the pictures - just perfect. We loved the location and the access to parking and all of the beauty and history that Old Montreal has to offer. While we had big plans to do a lot of sightseeing outside of Old Montreal - we never made it beyond the old city! We highly recommend this apartment and this host and this vacation destination! Thank you Nelson, for sharing your lovely home with us!
Wonderful stay. Thanks Nelson for your place and great visiting tips!
Although our schedules never lined up so that we could meet, Nelson still succeeded in making us feel very welcome by the thoughtful amenities with which we were greeted...chocolates on our pillows, dinks in the refrigerator, tourist map and brochures for Montreal, etc. The apartment was just perfect, spacious, very clean and comfortable. And let me not forget to mention the wonderful location. There was such a wide variety of cafes, restaurants, boutiques and cute souvenir shops all on the same street. And Nelson, thank you sooooo much for having good quality beds...they were very comfortable.
Nelson was an excellent host, who gave us great tips about neighborhood resources. Very kind and conscientious, we will definitely be back!
We had a wonderful stay at Nelsons place in Montreal. The location was perfect and the apartment was really comfortable! Nelson was really helpful too!! We had some technical difficulties during our drive up and he was full of solutions.
Nelson is a nice guy. His apartment was as described in the ad and the neighbourhood is fantastic. Montreal is fantastic.
Nelson's apartment in the Old Montreal is gorgeous- bright and clean, warm and welcoming in the cold winter days. We were in town for a wedding and arrived late (after 10PM), but Catherine greeted us gracefully and explained where things were, then left us to unpack. The bed was very comfortable and we had a good rest there. We walked everywhere and were reminded why Old Port of Montreal is such a wonderful place, both old and modern, filled with delicacies from both worlds. From afar, Nelson was the most gracious and welcoming host and we wholeheartedly recommend his apartment for your future stay.
Very nice apartment, extremely well decorated, and conveniently located in the Old Montreal. Our host was very friendly and helpful. It would be great to come back again !

We had a wonderful stay at Jing's place. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The view was beautiful and the apartment was very conveniently located. It was a less than ten minute walk to the metro and a five minute walk to Catherine street which had lots of shops and restaurants. Overall, our stay was perfect and we will definitely plan on staying here again when we return to Montreal. Jing was responsive and kept in touch prior to and during our trip. She was a great host.
Such a well designed and cozy apartment. It's the perfect size and well equipped for a stay of any duration. We miss staying there already! Jing is a great host and very easy to get in contact with if necessary. Highly recommended!
This apartment was absolutely perfect, a wonderful, cozy stay!
Excellent communications; Jing was in touch with me through emails and texts and responded to each of my questions very quickly. The place is perfectly clean and comfortable! White and clean bed sheets and towels. Everything you need for your stay!
Great experience at Jing's apartment which is modern, uncluttered, super clean & beautifully decorated. Jing is also very responsive to messages. Overall A+++ experience. Thanks!!!
Absolutely loved the place, it was very clean, tidy and great use of space. Perfect location in downtown with great links nearby. The air conditioning does need an update, quite hard to sleep in high heat. Jing gave easy to follow instructions and was able to answer quickly any questions I had. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely return when back in Montreal. Thanks Andrew
The apartment is well done up, very clean, has great views, and has everything you need. It was easy to communicate with Jing and she provided the details for a smooth check-in a few days before our stay. The apartment is located near a metro stop, and fairly close to Musee des Beaux Arts and one of the main shopping streets of Montreal (Rue St Catherine), which has many great restaurants, mostly Asian. For tourists planning to stay here, the old part of Montreal is not within walking distance, although it's not far by taxi or metro. The apartment has air-conditioning, but it wasn't able to fully cool down the apartment on the days we were there when it was around 26 degrees Celsius (85 F). This obviously isn't a problem when staying here during fall, winter or spring. With the apartment facing east and with light curtains the apartment is not conducive to sleep in or for an afternoon nap.
The appartment was exactly as described, clean, well stocked with all basic house keeping equipment. The views are spectacular and bed very comfortable. The weather was great too and I used the pool. Centrally located to endless shopping and very easy to use metro/bus/taxi/uber to get elsewhere. Thank you Jing for entrusting us with your penthouse appartment. Highly recommend to everyone

Excellent overall experience. Everything was as described and the host made sure we were comfortable while we were there. Would recommend to anyone.
My stay at this apartment exceeded my expectations. The hosts were very accommodating. The location is AAA. And the underground parking was a very convenient amenity. Do not hesitate to book!
My daughter and I loved the convenient location! The apartment is clean and cozy and the hosts are welcoming and provided all of the necessary information for our stay.. Well worth it!
Our flight arrived after midnight and our host was great about accommodating our extremely late check-in. She was available for all questions and provided detailed instructions. Parking is provided; However, it is very narrow and if you rent a car make sure its a small one but after awhile parking gets easier. Once in the garage you have 2 options 1 door is a staircase the other you will find a lift to the apartment. Once we arrived to the apartment it was spacious and very clean. The bedroom and wash room were stocked with fresh linens. The kitchen had all basic essentials such as general appliances, plates, silverware etc... The host also provided beverages, bagels and breakfast muffins as a welcome gift. The apartment is conveniently located near markets, shops, restaurants or just nightlife. Overall experience was fantastic!
Svetlana was an exceptional host. She was always welcoming and accommodating. She went above and beyond her role as host to provide us with everything we needed. She was always available by phone, and treated us very well. 5 stars.
Svetlana, was a great host. She was able to accommodate an early check in and was there to greet us. The place was comfortable and close to downtown. Easy access to highways and many attractions. Definitely would stay here again in Montreal.
I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment, we really liked the location and the hosts were very nice to work with. I would highly consider coming back.
Svetlana was an extremely responsive host who made our stay in Montreal comfortable and easy. She accommodated our relatively late check-in and was in touch to be sure that we didn't have any problems. The instructions given on how to access the apartment and the parking were clear and there were no problems. Just an FYI: you need the parking fob to exit the parking garage on your way out and the parking garage is narrower than you may be used to. There was clear attention to detail in the apartment itself, including Kleenex boxes, lots of linen and towels, body soap in the shower, slippers for the both of us, and Keurig pods for the morning. The apartment was very clean and very centrally-located. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Svetlana's place and would highly recommend it to other people.

The apartment looked just like it did in the pictures. It was immaculate! We had everything we needed for the week. Also, someone was there to drop off the keys right after I texted Jing, which was fantastic.
There was a group of us in town and we rented two of Jing’s apartments. They were both lovely and very nice. Easy walking distance from several great shops and restaurants. Both apartments were recently updated and had nice finishes. There was plenty of room and the beds were very nice. Great bang for your buck. I would highly recommend these listings to anyone and would be happy to return. Jing was very responsive and made the stay logistics seamless.
Everything was just as described! Very clean and chic place. Jing's step-by-step instructions were very helpful for getting into the apartment and finding parking during my one night stay. I definitely recommend staying with Jing if you ever find yourself in Montreal :) !
Flawless experience. Great location. Very accommodating and easy to communicate with.
Jing was so accommodating! She gave excellent directions to find the key, and her place looks exactly like it appears in the pictures. Conveniently located a few blocks away from Catherine Street. Looking forward to another stay here!
Listing was accurate. A great experience.
This was a really great experience. Jing was super responsive. Like they were waiting by their phone for my texts. I thought the apartment looked exactly what the photos made it look like. The place was really clean, perfect for sharing with friends or family and super convenient. The subway is only a few blocks away, there's a Car2Go parking lot right outside the front door. The building is also attached to a hotel, so there's lots of amenities there, and there's always taxis outside. This was one of my favourite finds yet!
We took a Greyhound Bus into Montreal and then followed by taking the metro to a stop very close to the condo. Jing was very helpful with directions from the Greyhound Station. The space was absolutely beautiful. All appliances worked and everything was in really good shape. The condo is located one block from one of the busiest streets in Montreal so finding groceries, restaurants, and any other shopping was very easy. If you rent this place, you will love it!

Great house. Great host. Plenty of space and very clean. We walked to most destination or quickly caught a cab on St. Laurent a few blocks away.
Diane was a great host! There to greet us when we arrived and help us with the settling process. Parking, directions to staple locations, etc. After that, she was there if needed but not in the way. The house was great for a large party. We had 11. Individual keys for 5 of the rooms which was nice. Great location for those looking for good entertainment and night life as well as for families, with a park about 200 meters away. Overall 9 out of 10.
Diane was a great host! Listing was accurate, and location was close to all amenities.
This property and location were perfect for a reunion weekend for seven girlfriends and we had the most wonderful time. We felt like we were in the heart of the city; just a short (5-30 min) walk to most landmarks, museums and shopping, as well as restaurants and bars. This character home is pleasant and well stocked. The beds were comfortable with plenty of linens. The dining/living space provided a convenient common area for our group to share breakfast and socialize. Temperatures were a little too chilly to take advantage of the outdoor patio, but imagine this would be a great addition to warmer stays. Diane was a gracious and generous host. She responded quickly to questions leading up to our reservation, greeted us with a warm welcome upon arrival, and left us to truly make ourselves at home. Our reservation and stay was seamless. I highly recommend Diane's property for group stays in the heart of Montreal.
The apartment (top two floors) was wonderful! I rented out the whole place with six others for a week, while we were in Montreal for a conference. It was extremely comfortable and classy -- both well furnished and well maintained. I would recommend staying there just for the art work. (oh naked bear-man...)
Great house for a large party (we had 8 people) with comfortable individual rooms. No issues desipte changing check in time the day of arrival. The proximity within Mile End was perfect for getting to the subway, and also great for walking around the city. I would reccomend staying here for any large group.
7 of us spent the weekend there for a bachelor party and I have to say, it surpassed every one of my expectations. The townhouse is gorgeous and Diane and Fred are two of the nicest people I've ever encountered. They made sure to be readily available for anything that we might need, but for the most part, they were barely visible and left us to share their home at ease. There was more than enough space for all of us to relax inside and out on the deck. The location couldn't have been better with so much to see and do within walking distance. The nearby butcher shop was fantastic and provided us with excellent cuts of meats to cook up in the house's kitchen. A few of us will make sure to keep Diane in mind when planning our next trip to Montreal. Highly recommended.
Is a nice place, good for a group of people spend their weekend for. the house is close to everyplace is very convenient. Diane is a nice lady, give us some good suggestions about where to visit~

I really liked Will and Kim´s appartment, it´s really close to two subway stations, there are all kind of restaurants close to it. Will and Kim were always willing to help us, they even have a little map with all the restaurants close to the house. And their dogs are really adorable :)
Kim and Will were more than accommodating from the get-go. They were easy to reach and extremely helpful. Kim even helped me get set up with makeup and hair appointments for the wedding I was attending. The loft is beautiful with lots of space and light and looks just like it does in the pictures. I felt instantly comfortable here, had lots of privacy but also felt welcome to hang out in the living area too. I would definitely recommend staying here as St Henri is also such an interesting and vibrant neighborhood. A little map of the area and some great recommendations is ready for you in the room if you're not familiar with the area. If you're lucky enough and this place is available, book it!!! Thanks so much guys for a great stay, all the help with the appointments and suggestions. The Tequila bar is excellent! Cheers!!! I will definitely try and stay here again when I'm back in town.
Kim and Will are awesome hosts! They made me and my girlfriend feel super at home, and made it feel like we were just staying in a friends guest room! Their dogs are super cute and cuddly and love to play with you too. The couple is very friendly and will suggest to you awesome places to go in Montreal They were super welcoming the second we met them. There was never an awkward silence while they were in the apartment with us. We immediately connected and we felt as if we had known them for years. We would gladly come back in the future, and we plan to this summer. We've never been to such a comforting Airbnb before. We made great memories not only outside in the city, but inside with this amazing family as well. 1000x recommend Kim and Will! Look no further for a stay in Montreal! You seriously wont regret staying here. There are no other places like it in Montreal.
I had a wonderful time with Kim and Will in their gem of an apartment. They were extremely hospitable even inviting me out with their friends on the weekend. Kim and Will and the other people I met in Montreal were inviting, friendly and a great great laugh. Made some friends :)
Kim and Will were great hosts and offered us lots of tips for exploring the city. Communication was good throughout. It was also great to meet their very friendly little dogs! The apartment is in an amazing building and finished to a high spec. The room we had was clean and comfortable with good wifi coverage. We had free access to their kitchen and living area if we needed it but didn't really make use of it during our stay. Would definitely recommend!
I had an a fabulous time when I stayed at Kim & Will for five days. Both are very welcoming hosts. I definitely recommend them. Thank you very much.
Really nice hosts with amazing dogs, the room was perfectly prepared and all very uncomplicated - perfect place to stay!
Kim and Will have a great place with very good public transport to the city center. Kim was a lovely host and very welcoming. The two small dogs were adorable.

Very clean, cozy and full of homey details, Andrei's place is indeed located in a perfect location in downtown Montreal: close to two metro stations (orange line and green line), a 747 bus stop (the one that goes to the airport and the central bus station), many museums, and a vast array of dining and shopping options. Andrei was always thoughtful and welcoming in our correspondence and on the phone, and gave me detailed and useful instructions on how to get around. Just one thing, though - the place wasn't exactly as described: it was BETTER than the description. That's a big plus, because we don't get such pleasant surprises everyday. Thanks again!
Andrei's flat is, just as described and photographed, an attractive, efficient, clean, comfortable, and conveniently situated base in the heart of the city. It's thoughtfully equipped with everything one or two guests might need. Andrei's a great guy whose good advice gave us a quick, easy orientation to Montreal. We found all his suggestions and recommendations good ones. The 11th-floor flat with a view was a quiet, hospitable refuge after busy days in the city. We'd be delighted to return sometime.
I booked this apartment two days before my arrival into Montreal and was very lucky to find this gem. Andrei was such a wonderful host and knows his city well. He replies to every message in a timely manner with thorough instructions and offers very helpful suggestions with transportation from the airport. The apartment was very easy to locate and is exactly was described in the pictures and was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend the same to anyone who is visiting the city.
My month-long stay (for business) at Andrei's place was the ideal Airbnb experience. The space was clean, modern and well-appointed. There is coin-operated laundry on the same floor. The building is conveniently located to transit, downtown and the shops and restaurants of St Catherine street. Although I did not get to meet Andrei, he was readily available to answer questions and attend to small issues. Whether you are making a short or long visit to Montreal, Andrei's place is a great home base.
The apartment was beautiful and clean. It had everything you would need from towels down to maps of the town! Walking distance from good restaurants and coffee shops. We loved staying here for our first trip to Montreal.
Great location and perfect apartment for a short vacation! Very clean and relaxing! Andrei was such a great host! Thanks!
Andreis place was fantastic. The location was central and convenient. The check in system and privacy made it feel like a hotel. Would reccommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in such a beautiful city.

The loft was even more beautiful in real life. Francois was an amazing host! Very accommodating.
The apartment was really special. The layout of the loft was exactly as presented. Everything was clean, organized and welcoming. It was very relaxing to come home to after touring the city, and we would definitely return! (The place gets very bright in the morning, even with the curtains closed. But that's part of why we liked the place. It was very cozy.)
all the pictures are very accurate and the location was great!
Great place, terrific location. Well furnished, very clean. We loved the placed. It is in walking distance of Cathedral of Notre Dame, and Old Montreal and Old Port. Lots of restaurants close by. Cooked a couple of meals at the loft Parking is a bit of an issue. I parked on the apartment side of the street during the day and until 7:00 a.m. each morning. then moved to the other side of the street from 7 to 8, then back. Kind of a hassle, but free!!!
Incredible loft in a convenient Old Montreal location. Didn't meet Francois but he was a great host.
The apartment was exactly like the photos, lovely high ceilings and lots of character, the bed was very comfortable and the location was just great. Though we were there a very short time, it fit our needs perfectly.
Francois did a great job communicating with us and got us all set up in his wonderful loft with ease. Easy walking from here through Old Montreal and Chinatown. A little more of a hike lands you in the awesome restaurants of the Mile End neighborhood. We had a great stay in this beautiful loft and would most certainly stay here again!
What a beautiful place!! Francois was great to have as a host- very quick to respond to any questions! High windows with tons of light, great location for going pretty much anywhere in Montreal, and huge kitchen with all amenities (little store across the street with basic grocery and beer/wine was great too!). The large bathtub was definitely a plus for a total relaxing getaway :) quiet building and very comfy bed- absolutely would stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful space, great for our group of 5 adults. Fantastic location. Lauren is also a great host - answered all my questions quickly, and gave me all the info I needed to have an excellent time. This was my first AirBnB experience, and it was a great success!
The apartment was fantastic, very spacious and comfortable. The location was good, the road goes directly to downtown Montreal. Overall, great experience and we'd definitely come back!
Best place to stay in Montreal. Host is amazing and very knowledgeable and accommodating. Laurent Blvd has so many amazing places to offer and things to do. You are a short walk from everything and maybe a $10 cab ride to everywhere else you want to see. The place is an amazing. Many beds in this place, as we were there for a bachelor party and 7 of us all had our own bed. Can't wait to visit Montreal we will definitely stay here again.
SUPER SUPER This place is a perfect locale for all that is Montreal. I spent 4 days here and want to come back to this spacious place . It is in the heart of it all and the hosts have a heart for it all. Just relax here. The hosts are great with communicating. The parking is such a plus.
Lauren was such a great host; very easy to communicate with, very accommodating, and just easy to work with overall. The Loft was exactly as described, very spacious and in the heart of the city. All the restaurants and hot spots in Montreal were literally doors down from the Loft. We had a group of 8 people and the place fit our needs perfectly. I would definitely stay here again if I had the opportunity.
Awesome loft in the heart of downtown Montreal. Large open area perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Great location and convenient to walk to many sites. For those that prefer cabs they are conveniently located across the street. Even though it is on a busy street, the loft is very quiet! Lauren and Anthony were the best hosts and made check-in very easy. I highly recommend this listing!
This was a STUNNING apartment with gorgeous high ceilings, huge windows, and skylights. I rented it as a home base for my cousin's bachelorette party. She was really impressed and happy. The king-size bed is crazy comfortable, the decor is gorgeous (I think I saw one of Lauren's own creations!). It's in the middle of the city: we walked to all the activities I had planned (old port, gay village, underground mall), and when the nightclubs finally sapped our energy, we could crash here easily and fast. All the instructions (wifi) were easily available, and Lauren was very responsive when I asked her questions in the Airbnb chat. I really recommend this place and this host. I would definitely go here again.
the loft is actually bigger then showed in the pictures. Very nice place with 2 bathrooms at your convenience. WE really had some good time, my girlfriend was delighted. Everything was simple. Very well situated. At the heart of montreal's night life.. Thank you Lauren. I would definitely recommend and would definitely rent again Le logement est actuellement plus grand que sur les photos. On a eu du bon temps. Rien de compliqué. Très bien situé. Au coeur de la night life du centre-ville. À relouer.

On a secluded alley like street, only meters from iconic Park Lafontaine in the Heart of trendy Plateau Mont-Royal (Parking included). This is it ! In the heart of the Plateau on a quiet alley like street, only meters from Park Lafontaine, Montreal’s Central Park – ok, it’s not as big, but we’re a smaller city. Although you don’t have a view of the Park, the advantage is that you are on a quiet street; technically it’s a street but functions more like an alley. (The Streetview version is inserted by Airbnb and not the host - the shot you see is actually nearby and not a view from the apt.) The apartment is a first floor 500 square foot loft style open space apartment, ideal for two. It was completely renovated in 2007 and upgraded in nov 2013. I have lived in the neighbourhood for over 25 years and have seen its evolution over the years, I actually live next door. The floors are hardwood and marble – new furnishings and fully stocked kitchen. (New added feature: expresso/cappuccino machine, and I don't mean the capsule type). You are 4 minutes away from the trendy restaurants and boutiques on Mount-Royal Avenue and a 18 minute walk to iconic St Denis Street – outdoor cafés and boutiques. There is a Bixi communal bike service (april - nov) 2 minute walk –the bike lane is on Rachel, the neighbouring Street. Velo Québec is 2 blocks away – for bike enthusiasts. The Metro (subway) is short distance (15 min) on Mount-Royal or if you prefer a longer route, you can walk through the park and catch the Sherbrooke St Station (18 min). Although Montreal hosts a series of outdoor festivals in the summer, Jazz, Just for Laughs, Francopholies in the downtown area ( 50 minute walk) - all the amenities you need are available on Mount Royal Avenue – restos , bars, liquor store, boutiques - the beer store, what we call Le Dépanneur is a minute away… Reserved Private Parking, in front of the studio, is included in the rental (unfortunately, only until June 30, 2017 - lease is not renewed) Free reserved parking till June 30 2017. Very vibrant If your driving or coming by cab remember that Bureau is just behind (north of) Rachel - approx 50 ft - since Bureau St is not a major street, it is common for taxi drivers not knowing it - important focal point would be Rachel and Garnier or Rachel and Fabre, in front of Park Lafontaine.read more
A pretty good and warm welcome ! Joseph is a nice person , he gave us a lot of advices. The appartment is quite big, confortable and central located. I just can suggest you to spend your holiday in Montreal, in this appartment.
Fantastic stay at the studio! Perfect location and really convenient with parking. Joseph was great and so hospitable during our stay. Definitely recommend!
We were made to feel very welcome as Joseph was very friendly and knowledgable about the area. It was a nice touch to be provided with complimentary beers and juice! The photos didn't do the place justice. Enjoyed our stay
It was perfect, we had all we need and Joseph is a great guy. I just can recommend it.
Best ever!!! Dont look any further!!! We felt like home and Joseph is the best
Joseph's apartment was absolutely beautiful and in an excellent location as well. Even though we were there for only 2 nights, he made sure to come around and say hi and to make sure we had our bearings when it came to Montréal. The notebook he had in the apartment with restaurants and local stores really helped us out as well! I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who is looking to come to Montréal even just for a day or two.
Well, what a great place to stay in Montreal! Joseph was very helpful in quickly replying to messages, making a booking and offering detailed directions to his lovely place. On arrival, there was even a book full of recommendations and tips. The apartment is in a great location, within easy walking distance from many attractions and all of the great local boutiques and independent coffee shops and restaurants. The parking spot is a ideal, situated right outside. Inside his apartment was invitingly warm and cozy with all we could possibly need for a few days in this city, including some little extras such as coffee, juice and water. The bed was super comfy and everything was very clean and tidy. Really, everything was just as I would have wished. What a great place to stay when enjoying this city. Would definitely recommend this great little find to anyone. Helen
We had a comfortable stay at Joseph's apartment. It was clean and tidy. It was a close walk to the park and local restaurants. Joseph provided all the small amenities we needed such as shampoo, towels, extra bed sheets, a few drinks in the fridge etc. Thank you for hosting us Joseph.

Great lovely apartment in the Plateau. Had a great snowy weekend enjoying Montreal. Hosts were prompt, helpful and flexible. Would rent from them again!
Eva and Alex were incredibly welcoming. Although we did not get a chance to meet them in person, they were quick to respond to our questions and were very accommodating. The space has an incredible clean and simple style, with ample room. They even had a little package of tourist information for us to look through. It's perfectly located near bus and metro routes, with nearby cafes, restaurants, convenience stores and all the amenities you could need. Highly recommended!
My friends and I throughly enjoyed staying at Eva and Alex's apartment. The location is prime, right off of Mont-Royal, and the apartment has everything one might need. The hosts were available via phone for any questions or concerns and that made us feel more comfortable while being in a foreign country. We definitely recommend their digs.
My friends and I had a lovely stay here. I wouldn't hesitate about staying here twice. The apartment was clean and exactly like the pictures. Eva and Alex are great host that will make your stay as comfortable as possible and they will answer any questions. Thank you Eva and Alex
Had a great time at Alex's and Eva's place. Perfect location - safety and food! And Alex is a perfect host.
Everything was great, clean, and just as advertised. The neighborhood is amazing. My friends were all blown away. So much better than staying in a hotel, and made us feel more like we actually got to know the city.
We had a great time, thank you so much. Everything was clean and anything we needed was right in the apartment
Although we did not get to meet Eva and Alex, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in their lovely apartment. The beds are warm and cozy and everything we could have needed was provided: extra bedding and towels, lots of kitchen utensils and glasses, lots of backup tp, guides to the city; they've thought of everything! The place is close to everything you could possibly want to be close to. Just wish we'd gone in the summer so we could enjoy the enormous backyard! Instructions for the keys and care of the apartment were very thorough and easy to understand. Thanks to Eva and Alex we had a wonderful time during our stay in Montreal :)

I reached out to Ludovic & Sylvie to host an exchange dinner for a group of French executives I was bringing to Montreal for business meetings. They graciously agreed to cook them dinner and host them for an evening of conversation.
Wow! Ludovic and Sylvie were great. Friendly and super helpful with showing me things to do and see in the city. They were a really flexible and laid back couple with a perfect balance of conversation and privacy. Place was as described with private entrance meaning I wasn't disruptive coming back late in the evening. Bed/couch was comfy, no problems there. Very close to shops and transport.
Ludovic and Sylvie were really nice host and the place is awesome like in the picture if it is not more! Easy communication with Ludovic to prepare arrival. He was here upon arrival and gave us information and advices on place where to go in Montreal. Using the balcony door is very convenient especially when coming back late in the night and it also give privacy. Room, bathroom and other common place were very clean. Place close to the subway and really safe area of Montreal. I definitively recommend this place.
Wonderful people! Ludovic came to get me at the station even late at night, and it was only a few minutes walk to their place in a nice new building. The room was clean, roomy, well-decorated and perfect for me, with a nice bed for sleeping, and it's nice to have a private back entrance also. It's very close to Jarry Parc and the train station. I only heard the trains passing a couple of times, and it didn't wake me up or bother me at all. It's also close to good bus and subway connections to downtown Montreal. Ludovic's home=made bread should be famous in a city known for good bread. Everything was great, and I only wish I had more time to spend with these wonderful people.
The host were excellent. I felt like home. The listing was very accurate and the neighborhood was very quite. The place was very clean and organized. Ludovic and Sylvie are very nice people. I felt from the first day like I knew them for long time. Their hospitality was excellent. Their smile was brilliant. Within few days we have become friends. We discussed many things. They were very caring, They cared about my confort. They cared about the goal of my trip to Montreal and helped me achieve the goals of that trip.
Ludovic and Sylvie are such a wonderful couple! We were very lucky to stay with them. From the very first moment they made us feel welcome. The room is exactly as they described it. They made sure to give us all that we need to make our stay comfortable. They took the time to print information with the wifi password, indication of bus numbers, taxi phone numbers, a map of near by stores, etc They gave us a map of the city and they sat next to us to explain us how to get to different parts of the city. Next day they went out with us to show us around. We had a blast with them! It was a great experience! Don't miss the opportunity to host them or stay in their place, you will have a great time for sure =)
Ludovic and Sylvie have a beautiful house, easily reachable with the subway and located in a quite neighborhood. They are very nice and helpful; they were extremely patient with my bus delay and Ludovic came to pick me up at the subway station..they offer me a coffe and a homemade bread. The room is big and luminous, moreover the bed is really comfortable. Although it was for one night only, I had a perfect homestay! Thanks a lot :)

Clean and cozy apartment with artistic finishing touches. Awesome backyard surrounded by shrubs and trees, stone patio + BBQ and year-round therapeutic hot tub make for a relaxing and enjoyable outdoor space! 2 queen beds + large sectional sofa. This home is close to everything you need in Montréal! Built in the early 1900s, this garden-level 2-bedroom 1 bath house has undergone many renovations in the past few years. That being said, it's original charm has still been retained. This home is comfortable, with a large L-couch in the living room for relaxing. The two bedrooms both have queen-size beds, one soft and the other firm, with plenty of blankets and thermostats to keep you warm during Montreal's chilly months. The backyard jacuzzi hot tub is the perfect way to relax and unwind after a long day of wandering around the city. Here are a few simple guidelines to follow if you decide to use the spa: 1. GUESTS MUST SHOWER BEFORE ENTERING THE HOT TUB. Lotions, oils, hair products and soaps quickly pollute the water. Changing the water and cleaning the filter is a costly and time consuming chore, so please don't pollute the water. We change the water regularly and check it's condition after every guest, but please let us know if you have any questions. 2. We kindly ask that no glassware or breakables be used in or around the hot tub. Plastic cups or water bottles are fine. We do not want guests to injure themselves and future guests in any way! 3. Due to the hot tub's location underneath a staircase, we unfortunately do not have a cover lift system. Therefore removal of the hot tub cover requires a specific technique: • Facing the cement wall, lift and pull the cover towards you, away from the stairs. • Flip the left side of the cover over the right side, clearing the stairs, towards the shed. • Push the cover back towards the cement wall, flush with the tub. • You can enjoy the tub half-way open for a quick and easy soak, or you can slide the cover down to rest vertically in between the shed and the hot tub. • Replacing the cover may require a 2nd person to help lift the cover up from the side closest to the cement wall. It is easiest to lift the cover up and half-way back on while you are still standing in the hot tub. If you are unable to remove or replace the cover, please let us know right away, or if our upstairs neighbour is around, he would be happy to assist you. 4. Ensure the hot tub cover is completely closed around the entire tub after you are finished.read more
Christine's house was very cozy equipped with everything one might need during the travel. We especially enjoyed the tranquillity of the backdoor patio. Christine is an attentive host always ensuring that her guests feel comfy.
Our stay in Christine's wonderful home was absolutely marvelous. This place has everything you need for a pleasant stay and more - plus it looks the part! Our interactions with Christine were also very pleasant and she was of great help with everything we needed. I would recommend this listing to anyone staying in Montreal!
We had such an amazing time in Montreal! Christine's home was very inviting and accommodating. Close 5 min walk to corner store, and subway.
Christine was a very thoughtful host. Always kind and prompt at replying. Her apt is very pretty, neat and clean. It is just a 5 min walk from the metro and 2 metro stops from the Botanic garden and the Olympic Park. Inside it lack nothing.. it even had an iron which came very much in handy to my friend who forgot to iron his shirt before leaving for the trip! Oh.. the hot tub is great after a day of touring the city on foot! ;)
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Christine's place.she was super helpful and communicative to all our questions. She has every single thing listed in her listings which really helps.I would definetly rate my stay at her place 5/5.We would love to visit montreal again , it is such a beautiful place.Thank you Christine for accommodating us.Cheers.
This was absolutely amazing. Accommodation was really, clean, there is only new furniture, nice hot tube, great location close to subway... well I really do not know what to say, cause really everything was amazing. The host was out of the city so we did not meet personally, but she was so helpful all the time. We had a problem with buying tickets to NHL game, and she has not hesitate to help us - she called to so many places, to the stadium, to the shops ... wow... It was a long time ago since I have met so kind and friendly people. Thank you very much for everything ! If I am in Montreal next time I wanna definitely come to your place again! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !
Christine and Vincent were wonderful hosts. Easy to reach for any questions, and gave great recommendations. Their place was very clean and homey, and the kitchen was well stocked for the nights we weren't out exploring and wanted to cook in. The location was great, short drive to downtown or a long walk which we enjoyed. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to a friend.
It was fabulous! Clean, quiet, fully stocked and...hot tub! Christine did everything possible to make the experience great (I'm sure Vincent had something to do with it, but she did all the writing to us as we never got to meet them). My partner and I took the blue room with the softer bed--it was a good space for two people. The smaller room's bed was kinda hard, but luckily our tallest member of the group liked it, and the third one was fine on the couch. The manual was very helpful, as were Christine's messages before & during our stay. Also, the location to the Metro was excellent. That system is so simple!
