We had five wonderful days at Wendy and Drew's vacation cabins. The weather was a little cloudy the first few days, but our last day was full of swimming and enjoying the water. It was a beautiful place and secluded as advertised. There were some other houses on the bay but the nights sitting by the fire were quiet and peaceful. We canoed and kayaked with the watercraft provided. The lake and cabin were a wonderful place to unplug from technology and relax. John and Mollie.
Great place to spend a week-end! Wendy was a great host to deal with and was always very attentive to our questions. There was lots of room for our party whether we were sitting back and watching a movie or cooking an sitting down to a meal. The view from the deck is outstanding and the cottage is very close to some prime fishing spots. We would definitely stay again!
We had an amazing time at the cottage. We traveled from Toronto which was an easy drive with even easier directions. The cottage featured everything listed in the description and more, making for a perfect getaway from the city. We enjoyed the bikes, the kayaks, the hiking, the swimming, the dock, the deck with fire pit, the BBQ, basically everything! There was plenty of hot water which made the jacuzzi tub an awesome option on a few rainy occasions. We were very well stocked with food and beverages, which we would strongly recommend to any potential cottagers. There is very little in the way of shops in the near area. We were looking for a more secluded cottage experience and this place really delivered. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fully modernized cottage on a quiet lake with great wilderness on your doorstep.
Wendy was a great host, we didn't make it in until later at night and needed to get a hold of her, she was available as soon as we needed her. The place was very clean and cozy, it has all the basics and more, which makes you appreciate the little things even more (a hot shower after a full day of canoeing was a blessing). Very easy to find instructions and in general a pleasure, great deck with fire pit and be set up. Very comfy beds but make sure you bring your own bedding and arrange a motorized boat rental if you plan on doing a lot of fishing, it's a big lake and canoeing places just won't cut it unless you are in crazy amazing shape I guess. Can't wait to go back!
Wendy and Drew were great hosts! Super helpful and responsive leading up to our trip. The cottage itself is on a beautiful spot and packed with all the amenities one could need!
Wendy and Drew were amazing hosts, they were extremely communicative, they kept me up to date on any problems or news that may arise up to the day that we arrived at the cottage. There was only one slight communication problem, the Ad did not state that blankets were not included but since the problem was on their end, they fixed the problem in a timely fashion. We had sheets and comforters by the following morning, since we arrived late in the day. The cottage was amazing, the gift basket was well received and we utilized everything in it, thank you emensely. Kayaking, canoeing, swiming, and hiking in and around the cottage was spectacular and we had no reason to wander too far. The board games provided also lent to a few nights of entertainment and laughter around the kitchen table, drinking and catching up. The patio fire pit was also well used, and thanks again for the bug spray we put it to good use the local bug life is quite aggressive. We had no water one night due to the pump giving out, but that just gave us the opportunity to experience a taste of real camping since we had to bathe in the lake that night, an experience we joked about incesently, along with bringing up the buckets of water from the lake for the toilet. Drew had a new pump installed the following morning, thanks for the prompt service. All in all our stay was amazing, my friends and I will have many stories, pictures, and memories that include your cottage and all were positive. Thanks for taking good care of us and responding to our concerns so promptly and efficiently. Sebastian, Greg, and Doug
What a great location and the cottage was fantastic. I love having the two bunkies. The host was amazing with no hassles what so ever. We even had to change the date at the last minute and she was very accommodating. We will be going back hopefully next year. If I had the balls to complain about one thing I guess it would be the water. It was a little muddy coming out of the tap but after you ran it a bit it was fine. If you like bass then the fishing was amazing. First night I had about 45 minutes in the kayak (provided) and pulled in the first dinner with four 3 lb. (aprox) bass.
We absolutely loved our stay at Wendy's cottage on Lake Kipawa. Upon arriving to the cabin, we were greeted with a gift basket of assorted treats and thoughtful souvenirs for our trip. Wendy was very responsive to all of my inquiries and provided as much information as possible so that we could get the most out of our stay - she even provided an extra kayak to accommodate all of our guests. The cabin was charming and comfortable and the surrounding area was pristine and beautiful. I would definitely recommend this listing to anyone who would like to experience a peaceful getaway in Quebec.

absolutely awesome. Such a great place and amazing location. Suzie was so helpful and could not have asked for a better place and host

Marisol's apartment in Little Italy was perfect for what I needed. It is in a quiet, safe part of Montreal, within walking distance of Jean Talon market and the Mile End. It was very clean and had all the basics, including an adorable garden out back. Unfortunately we didn't have an opportunity to chat too much because she was out of town when I arrived, but she was very helpful and introduced herself once she was back in town. As someone with friends and family in Montreal, I will definitely consider staying at Il Destino again.
Very clean with all the amenities and no intrusion whatsoever! Will definitely be back again!
We really enjoyed our stay at Il Destino and in Montreal's Little Italy. We park the car when we get there - and either walk or take the Metro everywhere. The apartment is cozy and comfortable and feels like a home away from home to us. And Marisol and Beat are wonderful hosts!
Marisol was Very friendly! The apartment was clean, roomy and in a great location!
Nice little place on the ground floor which makes a lot of sense while travelling with suitcases. This is my fourth flat in the same area and probably my best stay so far. Very convenient location and place with all what you need inside! Super happy to go home after a working day! I'll definitely try to book it for my next trip!
Marisol was really welcoming and left me a handwritten note with the keys because I was arriving late in the evening and needed some flexibility with my check in. I met her the second day of my stay and she was lovely. The space was simple, economical, and the location was very convenient for getting to the Beaubien metro and the Jean-Talon Market.
Marisol's place was very clean and cozy with everything we needed for our short stay in Montreal. The apartment is located in the Little Italy neighbourhood and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Although we were not travelling with children, I would also recommend this place for families, as it is located directly across the street from one park and a block away from another. Marisol's place is truly a gem - conveniently located, comfortable, and super clean!

I cannot wait to go back to Montreal and stay at Esther's place:)) This was the most charming little flat. Super modern and cozy. Just like the photos. We had everything we needed. Esther is such a lovely hostess. Perfect location; we were able to walk a short distance to the fun shops, restaurants and nightlife of Plateau-Mont Royal, as well as to downtown. I highly recommend staying here:)
A wonderful loft ! Really comfortable, cozy and with everything you could need to feel at home. It is also very well located for a night out in the restaurants and bars of St Denis Street, yet quiet at night since the loft is located on St Hubert. Esther was truly a great host, always ready and available to assist if anything ! Impeccable loft highly recommended for your stay in Montreal !
Esther was an amazing host who kept in touch throughout my stay. Her place was beautiful and had everything we needed to be comfortable.
The apartment was amazing, exactly how it looks in the pictures. It's large and is in a part of town which makes a perfect place to explore the city. Esther has a host was just about perfect. She answered all the questions we had about the neighborhood and even gave a few recommendations for places to eat.
We did not meet Esther during our stay but there was good communication before and during our stay. At our arrival the place was ready and really is exceptional in many ways. The decor showed excellent taste and was a quiet, comfortable place to unwind after a long day out. It is conveniently located near the subway, restaurants, and Bixi bike rental stands. The Parc Lafontaine is a couple blocks away and a great place for a walk or picnic. A short 8-10 minute walk to the Sherbrooke subway station and you have quick and easy access to Old Montreal, Little Italy, etc. We parked our car and bought a 3-day metro pass. Non-permit parking seems to be limited to a few spaces on each block. We found a space in front of the apartment and left our car there the whole time except for Friday afternoon when cars have to be removed between 1:30-2:30 pm for street cleaning. The parking sign restrictions are in French only so take care not to park in spaces requiring a permit sticker. There is also pay parking in the area. One block over is Duluth St. with many restaurants. We liked Eduardo's Italian Restaurant with good food and reasonable prices. It along with many others is BYOB. This is one of the nicest places we have stayed at with Airbnb and would gladly return.
Esther was easy to get a hold of and was responsive to our needs. The basement unit was lovely and really well-furnished. The double shower head and the heated floor were the best-est! Would definitely consider coming back the next time I'm in town.
Esther was very accommodating. Any questions we had she addressed in a timely manner. The location was fabulous. Super quiet which was greatly appreciated, and even though there was the no air conditioning (it was a VERY hot 4 days when we were there) the fans provided kept the space cool, and circulated the air very nicely! I will certainly book with Esther for all my future trips to Montreal and keep my fingers crossed the flat is available!!!
Clean and modern basement of a beautiful Montreal apartment. We were within walking distance to food and shopping in every direction, and a quick cab ride to downtown/Old Montreal. Esther kindly awaited our arrival and was there for our early departure, while leaving us alone to enjoy our stay. The weather was perfect, the city was welcoming, and the apartment was accommodatingly lovely.

Rod and Justin were great. They were very easy to work with and frequently checked in to make sure we had everything we needed.
Awesome experience with the house. We had a group of 11 in town for a fantasy football draft (bachelor party without a bachelor!) and the space the perfect. The beds were comfortable and the location was great. The owners were very responsive and offered to go above and beyond to make our stay as fun as possible. Would definitely recommend to other groups.
Rod's place was just as advertised! My whole crew had a fantastic time, great location and great service from Rod and Justin.
This is the perfect bachelor pad for you and the boys when visiting Montreal. The space is built for large groups looking to have a good time and enjoy what this great city has to offer. The neighborhood offers great bars and trendy restaurants that are some of the best in the city. 11 of us came up for my brother's bachelor party this past weekend, and it could not have gone better. Rod was very welcoming and a pleasure to deal with. He made himself available to us from the moment we arrived until we left for the airport. Large groups who like to have fun, look no further.
This place went above and beyond our expectations! Amazing weekend with 15 guys celebrating a bachelor party. The house was exactly as described and all of the couches pull out into beds as well. Rod was a great host and was able to accommodate us in every way possible. He was a great resource for info about the city and nightlife. We would definitely stay here again.
We had a great experience at the house, which was exactly how Rod described. Lots of space, and a very central location. Would definitely stay there again.
Rod was an excellent host. When we got to the place it was exactly like the photos and very clean. It is in one of the best neighbourhoods in Montreal - great restaurants, bars and shops. I will for sure be renting this place during my next trip to Montreal.
Rod was a 5-Star host from the get-go. He provided detailed information and instructions. Not only about the house but advice on the surrounding area and places to explore. The house was as advertised and we couldn't have been happier with our stay! Thank you, Rod!

Will was a wonderful host. His quick communication and was extremely welcoming when I arrived. His place was clean and looked very similar to the photos. All of his recommendations were great including one of the best patisseries I have ever eaten at in Mt. Royal. The location was very central with a easy bus ride from the airport. Thank you Will for an amazing stay.
Wills apartment in simply immaculate, seriously. Will is everything one looks for in an Airbnb host. It was truly a great experience and I hope to stay at will's place in the future.
Will's place was great - very clean, well-equipped, and well-decorated. The bed is comfortable, and the high ceilings and big windows make the apartment feel spacious and breezy. The location was also perfect - we walked all throughout the neighborhood and to Old Montreal, which beat driving by a long shot! Will provided travel-sized toiletries like toothpaste and soap as well as towels and closet space to store our bags and clothing. Although we only stayed one night and didn't interact with him beyond our initial meeting, Will was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a great experience!
Me and my friend stayed at Will’s lovely condo for one night and absolutely enjoyed our stay. The place was modern, super clean and in the great location. Will prepared a set of fresh towels for us and a mini kit with soap, shampoos, tooth paste, mouth wash, gum, etc. The bed sheets were crispy clean and the bed was very comfortable as well. Even though the condo is located in the heart of Montreal, the street itself is quite and the room was facing a cute courtyard. Me and my friend had a great sleep and were never disturbed by any noise. Will was very friendly, hospitable and flexible on check-in and check-out time. I would not think twice about staying at his place again. Thank you very much for hosting us!
Will was a fantastic host! He was very easy to contact and the place was beautiful and impeccably clean! We loved the area too. It was a very convenient location with plenty of great places to eat and drink in short walking distance from his place. We felt very safe and comfortable there and would stay there again in a minute. We especially loved the Nepresso machine!
Wills place was amazing. It's cozy, amazing atmosphere and Will provides an amazing experience. He was the first airbnb host I ever had that provided things like mouthwash toothpaste and shampoo. The tub is also top notch. To add to that list Will also answered my texts about where to go for dinner and I told him where I was in Montreal and he just started listing places off. 10/10 experience.
Will was an excellent host! His apartment is beautiful and close to everything that you'd need. Thanks for a lovely stay.
My stay at Will's place was great. There was a metro stop, grocery store and pharmacy within walking distance. He provided tons of maps and resources. The room was very comfortable. Will was very hospitable and made me feel comfortable in his space. I would highly recommend staying at Will's place in Montreal.

Great home, lots of space, the beds were endless. Evgeny was a gracious host with great communication. I would definitely come back and stay at this location. Thank you!
Evgeny is an amazing host and his house was an amazing find for our Toronto crew of 13 people. We all had more than enough space and the beds and linens were fresh and comfortable. Check in was very easy and Evgeny even accommodated an earlier check in time for my group at a small rate increase that we had zero issues paying. If you are looking for an amazing place for a large group of 10-16 people I would HIGHLY recommend this place. Thank you for the experience Evgeny.
Great place! Close to downtown, park on street or in the back, separate building so no noise from neighbors, very clean, code on door so no complicated meeting time to get keys, perfect!
What a beautiful experience, I've never had such a fantastic Airbnb host and the house is beautiful. I will definitely be booking here again. All around perfect experience
This house is amazing for large groups and I would definitely stay here again. I arrived a little late in the day, but Evgeny provided me with the code to the house so we could get in and unpack immediately. The house looks exactly like the pictures and has so many different things to entertain your guests like a pool table, foosball and a cute glass chess table. The house is about a 10-15 minute walk from a couple cute small bars and about a 15-20 minute drive from downtown, which made it super easy for us to go out at night. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone with a large group.
The house was very nice and spacious. The owner was very friendly and easy to reach. I highly recommend staying here. Glenn
Thank you Evgeny, Check in was very simple, and it is very similar to a Chalet experience only 10mins from downtown!! Your house accommodated us very nicely!
This listing has plenty of space for a large group to stretch out and relax. We had a group of 10 and everyone could have a bed to themselves. The pool table and fooseball tables were a great additition. The location doesn't have much to walk around to, but it was a quick drive to downtown and the bus stop was a short walk away. Overall, I would recommend this place for larger groups. What a great value!

Beautiful place, exactly as described and pictured --- perfect location! Thank you Ratha and Kelly!
Rotha and Kelly's apartment was in the perfect location in Montreal's Old Port that was close to so many restaurants, shops, and the exciting waterfront. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and larger than the photos show it to be. It was perfect for our larger group. I would stay here over every time I visit Montreal if I could. Thank you so much for your hospitality and welcoming us to your home!
We had a wonderful 2 nights and our hosts were very helpful. The loft is beautiful and very clean. It is located right in the center of Old Montreal. Everything was right out the door. Our hosts had thought of everything from snacks in the fridge to maps and tourist information. We highly recommend this loft to everyone. One of the best Airbnb places that we have stayed in!
The place looks just as great as it does in the pictures. What a very cool space. The location could not have been better! Loved it! Ratha was always so quick at answering my questions too. Highly recommended!
We stayed here for 2 nights and had a great experience. The place was clean and exactly as described. The location was wonderful with great access to Old Montreal. The master bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend booking here.
This was a great apartment in an even better location. Ratha was very accommodating and kind. I would highly recommend.
Ratha and Kelly were amazing! They were very welcoming and flexible with checking in. Their duplex apartment was absolutely beautiful and huge! I would recommend their place for anyone looking to stay in the center of Old Montreal. Thanks!

Roger was great. He text a few days before with all of the directions and "the need to knows" about the apt. The apt itself was just as pictured, shower was amazing and the brand new washer and dryer were an added plus. Highly recommended!
We had a great stay at Roger's modern apartment! We loved the ability to park our car in his garage, and the place was roomy and comfortable. Roger was also great with communication and quick to respond to questions. Thank you, Roger!
Rogers's condo was lovely. Very clean, open concept, no clutter. So much better than a box hotel. Neighbourhood was colourful & close enough to a metro station. We also had a mishap with a misplaced key, but Roger was very helpful & prompt & most memorably, concerned for our safety. We would not hesitate to stay here again!
Roger's place was perfect. Clean, bright and a perfect place for our Montreal get-away. The parking spot was very secure. The condo is walking distance to some great restaurants, bars and parks- but located on a quiet residential street. Highly recommend and would stay here again.
Roger was great ! He let us check in early so we had a place to get ready before our dinner. The place was great ! Simple, clean and close to everything. The neighbourhood had a lot of character. I would 100% stay in his place again if visiting Montreal.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Roger. Although we didn't have the opportunity to meet him, he was always available by text, and responded quickly. The condo is exactly as it appears in the pictures, is immaculately clean, and is in an area that is being revitalized with more condos. The location was very convenient to the metro, which we used daily. We also used Uber, and never had to wait more than two minutes for its arrival. We highly recommend staying in Roger's condo.
Roger has a wonderful unit and that is spacious and has a large amount of natural light. The unit is located on a quiet street with easy access to all of montreal, either by walking, a bixi stand nearby, or a quick uber. The included parking space is great as the parking on the street is tight. Will definitely be staying here again on future visits to Montreal.
We spent 2 nights in Montreal and Roger's place was perfect for our trip: it was a short walk from the old city and had everything we needed. It was just as the pictures and very clean.

I have lived in Old Montreal for 30 years and am probably it s oldest resident in terms of years. I know the area like no one else. I am very happy to share my love for one of the oldest neighbourhoods in North America. I do travel often but am always available to direct you to interesting options to help you enjoy your vacation. One of the Oldest neighbourhoods in North America. Where Canadian Banking, Trading, Printing, Transportation, and Nation were conceived. Montreal was an American city for 7 months from November 1775 to May 1776 (the yankee occupation) when Benjamin Franklin concluded it would be easier to buy the province of Lower Canada than to conquer it. The Chateau Ramsey (1705) (around the corner and left on Notre Dame street) was home to the American parliament during the war for independence and briefly of American Generals Richard Montgomery and Benedict Arnold and American diplomat Benjamin Franklin, sent to convince the French Canadians to join the rebellion against England, during the brief Yankee occupation of Montreal during the American Revolution. Benjamin Franklin set up the first printing press in Canada when he was here. Fleury Mesplet was sent here by Franklin to print pro revolutionary propaganda meant to convince francophones to join the cause of the United Colonies. He found lodging in a tavern and set up his printing press in a building on rue Capitale (a lane running from St-Sulpice to St-François-Xavier, South of St. Paul street, north of de la Commune street). There used to be a plaque in the lane that for some reason is no longer there! Fleury did not leave with the revolutionaries and ended up founding the Montreal Gazette, it is still printed today, pick one up. The old Montreal GAZETTE building on St Jaques street now a hotel. LaPresse still have their offices on the corner of St. Laurent and St Jacques street. Le Devoir started on St. Vincent street as did the first publishing houses in Canada. Old Montreal started as a religious mission and later a fur trading post. It was founded by the Sulpician order from France. They built a copy of Notre Dame Church in Paris on Notre Dame street. I have been to both and can tell you that our interior is much more impressive. Montreal was home to many Blacksmiths in the early days as to produce metal instruments to trade with the natives for fur. The furs were traded around present day Place Royale and the lanes to the east and west of the square. Samuel de Champlain founded Ville Marie in 1642 at Pointe De Caliere where a small stream met the river, today where Pointe a Callier museum sits. A statue to him sits in front of Notre Dame church on Place D Armes in the middle of a modern version of Place D Armes which used to be a Victorian Park. In front of Chateau Ramsey sits Montreal City hall (1872) a smaller version of Paris City hall and the first in Canada to be built solely for Municipal governance. In front of City Hall stands (Horatio) Nelson s Column(1809) on Place Jacques Cartier predates Nelson s column in trafalgar square In London England (1843). Across the street you will see bonsecours Market which was the parliament of Canada for a brief time. Also Notre Dame de Bonsecours Church founded by Marguerite Bourgeous. Walk out the door ,turn left and down the street from the apartment sits one of the founding fathers of Canada s residence. Sir George Etienne Cartier's residence in Montreal, at 458 Notre-Dame Street East, which is now the Sir George-Étienne Cartier National Historic Site dedicated to his life and achievements. It also serves to recall the architectural heritage and lifestyles of the upper middle class of 19th century Montreal. He helped found Canada along with Sir John A. Mcdonald, The CP railroad, The civil code (still used today), Grand Trunk Railroad (Old Head Office on Mcgill street), and have British Columbia join confederation, Creating the Province of Manitoba, Negotiating the purchase of Rupert s land and The Northwest Territories. You are in his neighbourhood, along with Jacques Viger, Joseph Papineau, Renee Levesque, Pauline Marois, to name a few. Canada s wall street (St Jacques street formerly St James street) where all the first head offices of Canadian banks were opened. the first on Place D Armes the Bank of Montreal (1847) Pantheon like building. Open a bank account at this branch, the transit number is 0001 as it was the first bank in Canada! The birthplace of Canadian banking on 113 St. Paul street east, where you will find a plaque commemorating the site of the first Bank of Montreal and the birthplace of Canadian banking. Still with me? This is only minutes from the apartment...get the picture? Well Old Montreal today is a lot like Old Montreal of yesterday. Politics, cafes, culture, Social events and life. The Old Port hosts the Igloofest in February which is a four weekend Techno party outside in the winter weather with ten thousand Vintage ski suit clad partiers dancing to the finest techno on the planet. I know un imaginable you should see the look of disbelief on the artists faces when they see the scene before them. Montreal's Cirque du Soleil World Premieres all it s new shows in May every year here in the Old Port. We are home to the best nightclubs in the city along with lively bars and Parisian style outdoor cafe s and yes some tourist traps that are not so bad. We are home to some of the best chef s in the country concocting their wizardry in the most antique and unique of settings. There is an impressive list of Art galleries starting around the corner on Bonsecours street and rounding onto Rue St. Paul all the way to Mcgill street an impressive display of Art in the windows of these galleries as we walk along this Art gallery route. Old Montreal In very recent years it has been developed in some cases the right way in other cases for pure greed. It started to be torn down until Mayor Jean Drapeau ( there is a statue of him in a park in front of city hall) protected it. A fight that carries on today! Unfortunately over the years dull minded individuals have not respected it when trying to make a profit. Luckily much of it is intact and a well kept secret I would like to share with you. Stay away from the overpriced hotels here as their greed is destroying the first Cold Storage facility and super market in Montreal the Gunn Langlois dry goods and cold storage market between St. Vincent street and Place Jacques Cartier. Don t encourage them please, they are destroying my neighbourhood. A nine story blemish in our old neighborhood completely against the zoning laws, and our protected heritage. Other s like the Gault Hotel on ste Helene street which is housed in North America s first YMCA, did a commendable job of restoring a heritage building. Ste Helene street is the only street in Montreal to have gas lanterns of yesteryear a little known fact. I invite you to visit, daydream, fantasize about the past, live for the present in my neighbourhood which I dearly cherish. Stay in the shadow of the Angels guarding our port atop the Notre Dame de Bonsecours church sandwiched between art Galleries, Celebrity chef s, founders of nations, Parliaments of nations, on the step to the gateway to the New World! There is a bixi stand right near the flat where you can rent bicycles by the hour and drop them off in other parts of the city. We are right next to the bike path that connects the city and continues along the Old Port and Lachine Canal. There are a metro and bus stops close by. St. Paul street pedestrian walkway is 1 block from the apartment. Take a water taxi across the street in the Old Port to St Helen s Island. Great outdoor patio very rare in Old Montreal!read more
A great place to stay in Montreal. Place was as described. Clean and comfortable. Nelson and Steven were great hosts - very accommodating with my arrival time that kept changing! Highly recommended :)
The listing was accurate, the apartment very nice. It's in a terrific area, lots of things going on, lots of restaurants and galleries. Easy walk to the Palais des Congres, where we were working. Catherine was there to meet us and had the apartment sparkling. With two bedrooms and two baths, it was perfect for coworkers of different genders. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The patio was a nice extra. The fridge was stocked with an assortment of drinks and snacks; a very nice touch. I would definitely book this place again.
Nelson's place is a gem in the heart of Old Montreal. Steven met us at the place to show us all the amenities and made us feel very welcome. A great location, very clean and most importantly warm and cozy during a very cold winter.
Great stay at Nelson's flat. Location couldn't be better - very walkable and near many bars and restaurants. Apartment was spotless and very cozy. Thank you for a great stay!
We (a family of 5) had a wonderful stay in Montreal, thanks, in large part, to having chosen to stay at this apartment. The location is perfect for exploring the old city and there are dozens of interesting restaurants within a 10-minute walk. Nelson was a gracious host, and it's clear that he's willing to go the extra mile to see to his guests' needs. Our only regret was not staying a few more days!
Had a fabulous time at Nelson's apt. The location was wonderful. Loved spending time out on the terrace.
Lovely apartment. Good Host.
Exactly how the airbnb post describes it. Check in went extremely smoothly with Nelson and he proved great suggestions for restaurants and activities. Extremely clean unit in an ideal location. Everything was just footsteps away. Planned a long weekend in Montreal to take in the sights and get in the Christmas spirit- that's exactly what I got. I will definitely be staying here again, and suggesting it to my friends and family.

Svetlana was a great host. My friend's flight arrived early and she let my friend drop of her bags so that she could explore the city. The apartment was very clean and looked exactly as it was described. There were plenty of towels and she even had bottled water, bagels and a Keurig. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.
Very nicely set up place. Easy to use and access, very clean and friendly hosts who made the stay perfect! Highly recommend!
Our flight arrived after midnight and our host was great about accommodating our extremely late check-in. She was available for all questions and provided detailed instructions. Parking is provided; However, it is very narrow and if you rent a car make sure its a small one but after awhile parking gets easier. Once in the garage you have 2 options 1 door is a staircase the other you will find a lift to the apartment. Once we arrived to the apartment it was spacious and very clean. The bedroom and wash room were stocked with fresh linens. The kitchen had all basic essentials such as general appliances, plates, silverware etc... The host also provided beverages, bagels and breakfast muffins as a welcome gift. The apartment is conveniently located near markets, shops, restaurants or just nightlife. Overall experience was fantastic!
Karim and Svetlana were nothing less but great host ! Everything was ready in the appartement when we came, towels, utensils etc. they even left two umbrellas for use in case of rain. We really appreciated the extra attention. The appartement was clean and tidy. The appartement description was completely accurate. A nice one bedroom apartment downtown Montreal and close to everything ! Saint-Cathrine street, Maisonneuve and major metro station. The neighbourhood itself was very multicultural which was nice. But also calm and secure. Karim and Svetlana maintain communication throughout the whole trip making sure to always make us feel welcome and ready in case we needed anything. Overall, for a first time using Airbnb I am nothing less than completely satisfy with my experience and highly recommend there place for anybody visiting Montreal for a few day. I’m sure with these two, you won’t have any unpleasant surprise and you’ll always have somebody to help you in case you need anything. Once again, great experience and thanks a lot !
Great location and value. Easily accessible to the metro. Parking garage was a tight fit. Apartment was clean and fully stocked with towels and toiletries. Owner even left us a box of chocolates, water in the fridge and a candle. Very nice and pleasant stay
Really enjoyable place. House is neat, clean, and prepared! Located in the middle of famous landmarks such as old Montreal, churches, downtown, etc. Host keeps checking if you need anything and always informs you first if she needs to visit the place. I definitely want to stay here if I have another chance to visit Montreal again :) thumbs up for 3-4 travelers!
Karim was very friendly and extremely helpful. The place itself was fantastic, very spacious, clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided for us. The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown with some great restaurants in bars right around the corner and the shopping district only a 10 minute walk away.
My daughter and I loved the convenient location! The apartment is clean and cozy and the hosts are welcoming and provided all of the necessary information for our stay.. Well worth it!

The place was great! Close to everything we need to go! We had total of 6 adults and fit all! We have no complaints about the apartment. Thank you again.
This was a really great experience. Jing was super responsive. Like they were waiting by their phone for my texts. I thought the apartment looked exactly what the photos made it look like. The place was really clean, perfect for sharing with friends or family and super convenient. The subway is only a few blocks away, there's a Car2Go parking lot right outside the front door. The building is also attached to a hotel, so there's lots of amenities there, and there's always taxis outside. This was one of my favourite finds yet!
Flawless experience. Great location. Very accommodating and easy to communicate with.
Very clean and contemporary looking place - exactly like the pictures. Great location. Jing is very fast at replying to messages. Didn't have any issues. Would return and recommend this to anyone.
Jing's apartment is modern, quiet, nicely furnished, and in a great location for exploring Montreal. We were a party of four adults - one couple and two singles - and the space worked well for us. We didn't meet Jing but her communications were prompt and accurate and we had no problems accessing the apartment even though we arrived late in the evening. We have raised a few minor issues directly with Jing - they did not significantly detract from our overall experience.
It's a really good place. Pretty, clean and safe. It's near the university and metro, so it's easy to find what we want. Also, we can find everything in this condo. Highly recommend it.
This is a great apartment in a very convenient location for accessing so many different quartiers of Montreal. It was very warm and cosy and well-equipped with excellent cooking facilities and a very useful washer and dryer. The block is very quiet and it was easy to park our rental car in the lot. The PA supermarche is about ten minutes walk away and had a great supply of fresh fruit and veg and there are lots of restaurants/coffee shops within very easy reach. Jing was a great host, and very accommodating in helping us with all our queries. We also appreciated not being rushed to check out on our final morning! Thanks so much Jing, we had a great time!
Jing's apt is spacious, beautiful, comfortable and clean. The location is superb and I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Diane was a gracious host easy to contact and delightful to coordinate with. The house was very functional, in a good location. I really liked how easy it was to use the home - we had keys in each door for all guest, had wifi and a land line - just things that make life easier when traveling. And, added bonus, the home has a really nice aesthetic. Plenty of art to enjoy. Thanks for a great weekend!
Excellent location and a terrific deal.
We had an amazing time in Montreal this past weekend. A group of ladies all went down for a bachelorette party. The house was just as shown on the listing and Diane was such a pleasure to work with. She was professional and very kind. Our flight didn't leave until late Sunday night so she allowed us to leave our baggage behind so we didn't have to lug it around the city with us. The location is absolutely perfect! There are so many little restaurants, cafes, a grocery store, an SAQ (similar to a LCBO) all within a 5 minute walk if not less. Downtown Montreal was a mere 20 minute walk and with such fabulous weather we walked EVERYWHERE! The festivals were in full effect so we were able to roam around and enjoy those too. When coming back to visit, I would not hesitate to contact Diane again. Merci beaucoups Diane, we had such a great time!
The host was extremely helpful, welcoming and flexible. The location was excellent and great for exploring old Montreal and finding everything you need within a short walking distance. The pictures displayed are a very accurate portrayal of a fantastic place to stay! It was spacious and easily met our needs of a big family group of eight adults and two young children.
Great house. Great host. Plenty of space and very clean. We walked to most destination or quickly caught a cab on St. Laurent a few blocks away.
Diane was fantastic. Great host and very responsive. The place is centrally located to clubs/bars/restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.
We were a group of 6 guys coming for a get together...Diane met us, showed us around...gave us suggestions about the location...and was just tremendous....very thorough in her orientation to the house...and we felt both welcomed and encouraged to relax and enjoy ourselves...the place itself was great....the living room had a round table where we congregated....the kitchen was both functional and easy...a nice sandwich shop across the way...close to so much: liqour store, big grocery sore, corner store, metro, restaurants, shopping...was better than we had hoped...upstairs bathroom was great (downstairs was cramped)....beds were comfy...if diane will have us, we'd come back...had a great time!
Diane welcomed us soon arrival and provided enough instructions to make the most of our visit. In fact when we hadn't arrived she phoned my Dad to make sure everything was ok!

I had a wonderful time with Kim and Will in their gem of an apartment. They were extremely hospitable even inviting me out with their friends on the weekend. Kim and Will and the other people I met in Montreal were inviting, friendly and a great great laugh. Made some friends :)
Kim and Will were very helpful in finding places to eat and for places to see. Their place was very cozy and beautiful. They were very welcoming and have the cutest dogs! They're such talented and wonderful people.
To describe Kim and Will as hosts would be inaccurate, it felt like we were staying with friends. They were extremely accommodating and gave us excellent recommendations on how to enjoy Montreal. Their apartment is incredible -- this is definitely the place to stay in Montreal!
Kim & Will were great hosts. They provided a clean, warm room in their spacious and well designed apartment. They gave us plenty of information and suggestions that allowed us to find several excellent activities and restaurants we never would have known about otherwise. I would definitely recommend this apartment to friends.
Want a warm welcome, great condo and fantastic St Henri location Kim and Will share with their guests. Although we hardly saw them, their place is completely comfortable the experience was effortless in every way. We loved our little moments with Rosie and Billie-Jean and meeting Kim's great mom, too.
Great place to stay, had a wonderful time in Montreal! I brought my puppy with me and he also had a wonderful time playing with Kim andWill 's puppies. I felt welcomed.
Very accommodating and welcoming hosts. Enjoyed the 2 dogs as well
Thank you!we had a great stay!!!

We are repeat customers because we like the apartment and we like doing business with Andrei. The place is always nice and clean, Andrei responds quickly to messages, and the location is convenient. I hope we can return soon!
Andrei is a wonderful host! Very friendly, professional, and helpful. He was very accommodating of our schedule and gave us excellent recommendations on things in Montreal. The apartment is very clean, organized, and has all what is needed, is exactly as described in the posting, and is very centrally located in a lovely neighborhood. We would certainly be delighted to go back.
Andrei was there to let us in when we arrived and showed us where to park. We ended up parking in a free spot on the street and didn't move our car the whole weekend and it stayed safe. We stayed for three nights. The cable wasn't working so we had no internet/tv for the first two nights, but the cable guy came on the third day and fixed it and Andrei checked in on us to make sure that it was working. We used the free wi-fi at Starbuck, which was close by, until it was resolved. The apartment was just as pictured. I like to cook when I'm away from home and we had dinner with some friends that went very well and we used the big screen to play PlayStation and have a relaxing evening. We loved the deck and the view of the city. The kitchen was very usable; I cooked in it for almost every meal. The apartment was lovely. Thank you Andrei!
We enjoyed staying at Andrei’s apartment. It was the perfect apartment for two. The open kitchen was plenty big enough to cook in and is well equipped, including coffee and tea and a few “extras” Andrei had in the fridge that he offered us. Basically he welcomed us to help ourselves to whatever supplies he had, kitchen and bath. Very generous, and very appreciated, especially for the things we didn’t want to have to run out and buy for just a few days. The living/dining area was also spacious for two - and what a view! I loved watching the downtown area light up at night. Too bad it wasn’t warm enough to sit out on the balcony. The TV is up-to-date, and the wifi worked first time with the password provided. I think that’s a first in all the airbnb rentals we’ve stayed in! The bed is a bit creaky (I was afraid to wake my husband every time I rolled over!), and some fluffier pillows would be welcome - not only for sleeping, but also for reading in bed. There were plenty of clean towels. Also, the washer and dryer are coin-operated and down the hall from the apartment, so if you plan to use them you should arrive with a collection of loonies and quarters. We loved the location. Great neighborhood for walking around! There’s plenty of shopping and restaurants on nearby Blvd. Sainte-Catherine; walking and shopping and eating on nearby Rue Crescent and Rue de la Montagne are a must! Marché Atwater along the Lachine Canal is a bit farther, but still an easy walk and lots of fun. Go there first if you plan to cook. Also, Parc Mont-Royal is a nice walk from the apartment. The park is beautiful, and you can climb “the mountain.” There are also Metros stops just a few blocks in every direction from the apartment, so in minutes you can be in Old Montreal or anywhere else on the Metro lines. Thank you, Andrei, for a very pleasant stay!
Andrei was extremely accommodating and nice! We took an earlier flight and he offered us an earlier check in since the place was ready for us which was very appreciated. His place is incredibly clean and the view is just great. We would stay here again the next time we're in Montreal. Thanks again!
Our experience was great!! First time using Air BNB and Andrei was very accommodating we ended up staying an extra night. We have been to Montreal several times and his location is in a great spot with lots to do. Best weekend get away we have had in a long time! Thanks Andrei. Kevin and Joey
Everything was ready when we arrived. Had no problem parking and getting in. Beautiful condo and all was laid out nicely. No complaints at all.
Andrei's apartment is a perfect home away from home in the heart of downtown Montreal. We had a great vacation and really appreciated the comfort and convenience of his beautifully furnished and maintained home. He provided everything we needed for a really enjoyable stay. Minutes from St. Catherine's Street and the Bell Centre, and an easy walk to the beautiful Atwater Market. We'll definitely book it again on our next visit. Thanks Andrei

Absolutely gorgeous! Exactly like the pictures! I stayed in Francois' loft while in town on business. Francois was very accommodating and quick to respond to any question I had. The loft itself was amazing. Clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was unbeatable in the heart of Old Montreal. I highly recommend this property to anyone whether on business or leisure wishing to be in the heart of this vibrant city. Thank you Francois!
Very pleasant experience, everything was exactly as described, simple and easy to check in and out. Francois was responsive to questions and helpful when needed. The loft itself was in a great location and well maintained. I would definitely return.
The booking process was very easy and Francois responded immediately. The loft is beautiful! It is exactly as shown in the photos. The loft was extremely clean upon arrival. It was so helpful to have all the needed amenities provided. The location of the loft is perfect. It is close to restaurants, shops, galleries and only a few minutes from the closest Metro station. We highly recommend the loft!
Great place, terrific location. Well furnished, very clean. We loved the placed. It is in walking distance of Cathedral of Notre Dame, and Old Montreal and Old Port. Lots of restaurants close by. Cooked a couple of meals at the loft Parking is a bit of an issue. I parked on the apartment side of the street during the day and until 7:00 a.m. each morning. then moved to the other side of the street from 7 to 8, then back. Kind of a hassle, but free!!!
Francois was a great host, and his loft is beautiful and super clean. The location is perfect when visiting Montreal, walking distance to everything with access to Metro nearby. Many amenities within the loft including high quality bedding, fast WIFI and a washer and dryer. Great value and a great location. 5 Stars.
Francois was a great host- flexible with my arrival time and always available to answer questions. Unfortunately I had to leave earlier than expected due to illness but I look forward to staying at his amazing place again.
The place was beautiful exactly like the photos! The location was ideal a few blocks from all major sites. Towels were nice, bed was comfy, had an iron and the kitchen had played etc. The host was easy to communicate with. Thank you!
This loft was absolutely stunning and in the most perfect location. You cannot find a hotel or any other accommodation that has the same location, vibe, or price. Amazing! Francois was a great host and was very accommodating to our needs. The loft was in perfect condition and had everything we needed in terms of cooking supplies, towels, etc. Skip the hotel and really be a part of Montréal while you're here!

This loft is fantastic! Spacious, bright, and immaculate! Just as gorgeous as it is shown in the pictures. Maybe even more so! It was the perfect place for my friend's bachelorette weekend! There was plenty of room for the six of us. The location was great! Lots of restaurants, bars, and clubs to choose from and all within walking distance. Lauren was a wonderful host! She was always readily available to answer any questions I had prior to the trip. She also left a guide to the city that was very helpful! I would recommend this loft to anyone interested, and would definitely stay here again! This was my first experience with Airbnb and it was definitely a success!
Lauren's loft was spectacular, honestly... I was amazed when I walked up the two flights of steps and entered such an open and tastefully done place. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the showers and jacuzzi tub were relaxing, the terrace, grill, air conditioner and everything worked well and was more than I could have asked for. Lauren was sweet and responsive- even meeting us on the day of check out per my request! The location is great, though we could have taken the train to save on time, my group and I did a lot of walking. I would say it's about a 25 minute walk to Old Port and the other major areas. The neighborhood is safe despite the look of some buildings and a few homeless around- which is what you'll see in any big city really. I would definitely rent from this place again, I had a small group of 4 so it was almost too big!
The loft was perfect for a long weekend with a group of friends! There was 7 of us who stayed, and the apartment could definitely have accommodated even more. Super spacious, we all had our own space if we needed it. It was on a street that had a ton of restaurants, shops, and bars. It was a quick drive or nice walk to most of the places we wanted to see in Montreal.
The loft was everything we had hoped for. Clean, spacious, well equipped, and a great location (only a few blocks from the jazz festival and other key spots on our itinerary). Lauren was very pleasant to deal with. I will definitely look to book this place again next time I am in Montreal.
Great spot, huge amount of space. Comfortable beds and fun location. Would definitely stay again.
What a great place and host. Directions were great and the place was in tip top shape upon arrival. All the necessities were there as well. Lauren was a great host who let us in and her accommodations were top notch. Definitely recommend her place and her hosting abilities. Location was great as well! Great experience.
Lauren met my group of 11 with a warm smile and some serious hospitality. Lauren and her boyfriend Antoni were super down to earth and polite. From the moment we stepped into her beautiful loft to the day we checked out my group of 11 had nothing but awesome things to say about Lauren, the loft, and the location! walking distance to all 3 night clubs we went to during my bachelor party.
Lauren was an excellent host. Upon arrival the loft was ready, clean and was much more spacious than expected. The loft is well located on saint laurent street right near a ton of restaurants and bars. Lauren responds very quickly and will help you in any way she can. I would definitely stay here again.

On a secluded alley like street, only meters from iconic Park Lafontaine in the Heart of trendy Plateau Mont-Royal (Parking included). This is it ! In the heart of the Plateau on a quiet alley like street, only meters from Park Lafontaine, Montreal’s Central Park – ok, it’s not as big, but we’re a smaller city. Although you don’t have a view of the Park, the advantage is that you are on a quiet street; technically it’s a street but functions more like an alley. (The Streetview version is inserted by Airbnb and not the host - the shot you see is actually nearby and not a view from the apt.) The apartment is a first floor 500 square foot loft style open space apartment, ideal for two. It was completely renovated in 2007 and upgraded in nov 2013. I have lived in the neighbourhood for over 25 years and have seen its evolution over the years, I actually live next door. The floors are hardwood and marble – new furnishings and fully stocked kitchen. (New added feature: expresso/cappuccino machine, and I don't mean the capsule type). You are 4 minutes away from the trendy restaurants and boutiques on Mount-Royal Avenue and a 18 minute walk to iconic St Denis Street – outdoor cafés and boutiques. There is a Bixi communal bike service (april - nov) 2 minute walk –the bike lane is on Rachel, the neighbouring Street. Velo Québec is 2 blocks away – for bike enthusiasts. The Metro (subway) is short distance (15 min) on Mount-Royal or if you prefer a longer route, you can walk through the park and catch the Sherbrooke St Station (18 min). Although Montreal hosts a series of outdoor festivals in the summer, Jazz, Just for Laughs, Francopholies in the downtown area ( 50 minute walk) - all the amenities you need are available on Mount Royal Avenue – restos , bars, liquor store, boutiques - the beer store, what we call Le Dépanneur is a minute away… Reserved Private Parking, in front of the studio, is included in the rental (unfortunately, only until June 30, 2017 - lease is not renewed) Free reserved parking till June 30 2017. Very vibrant If your driving or coming by cab remember that Bureau is just behind (north of) Rachel - approx 50 ft - since Bureau St is not a major street, it is common for taxi drivers not knowing it - important focal point would be Rachel and Garnier or Rachel and Fabre, in front of Park Lafontaine.read more
A pretty good and warm welcome ! Joseph is a nice person , he gave us a lot of advices. The appartment is quite big, confortable and central located. I just can suggest you to spend your holiday in Montreal, in this appartment.
The listing was very accurate for this place. Joseph made us feel very welcome, and had left folders with suggestions of places to eat and drink in the area. The place was very clean, tidy and warm. There was even a great little espresso machine! Joseph was very kind when we messed up our booking and thought we were leaving a day late, making him late for his next booking. We're so sorry about that!
We really enjoyed our stay at Joseph's place. It was in a great location where we were able to walk and bike and see all the wonderful places in Montreal. We highly recommend Joseph's place to stay. It was clean, cosy, comfortable and well stocked. Joseph was very helpful. It was perfect.
Joseph's place was excellent. Perfect location, great setup for the apartment, and Joseph was a wonderful host! I would absolutely recommend staying at Joseph's apartment!
Joseph's place in the Plateau was one of the nicest places we've ever stayed in through AirBnB. It was impeccably clean and perfectly laid out; he had thought of all the small details, and it felt like coming home to a lovely apartment while in a different city. Joseph was communicative, friendly, and made the whole process so easy and fun. He came by to say hi and check in on us, and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be messaging him again to stay here on our next trip to Montreal.
This space was just perfect! Beautifully appointed and very clean. The location was excellent, and Joseph had local restaurant information as well as other information, which was very helpful. If you're looking for somewhere in Montreal, it is true, "this is it!"
We had such a wonderful stay at Joseph's. The location is perfect and the apartment is extremely comfortable. It looks exactly like it does in the pictures. The beer, fruit, and coffee you left for us were great too- thanks! Your tips and recommendations were very helpful. We appreciate how responsive you were before and during the trip. Really couldn't have asked for more from you! Thank you! Tess and Pierre
We loved Joseph's apartment! It is perfectly located in the Plateau neighborhood and made a great base for exploring the city during our 4 night stay. The apartment looks just like the pictures, and the coffee machine, the super hot water, the backyard bbq grill, and the firm mattress were delightful ways to begin and end our days in the city. We fell in love with Montreal as we explored on bike (Bixi rental plus metro rental were THE way to see the city during beautiful summer days). The old city, Jean Talon market, Mont Royal park, and other sites are easily accessible, but our favorite part was just wandering through the Plateau and Mile End neighborhoods. Joseph left a great guide to the city and his recommendations didn't lead us wrong: burgers at L'Anecdote, bread and pastries at Mr. Pinchot, and smoked meat at Schwartz's were affordable and delicious. Montreal is a fabulous city, and this was the perfect place from which to see it. We just wish we had stayed longer!

Had a great time at Alex's and Eva's place. Perfect location - safety and food! And Alex is a perfect host.
Had a wonderful stay in the Montreal. Eva and Alex were very easy to communicate with, no issues with the key exchange, and the house was as described, clean, and without issue. The neighborhood is great and we were able to find parking for the weekend very easily. Very positive experience and would definitely stay with them again.
We had a great time at Eva and Alex's place this weekend. It was nice and clean upon our arrival. Situated in a great location close to trendy shops and delicious food. I would recommend this location for people visiting Montreal.
Our family had a wonderful stay at Alex and Eva's. The location is fantastic, we really enjoyed the neighborhood and nearby shops. The home had everything we needed. We high recommend this rental and would certainly stay again in our next trip to Montreal.
Alex is super! Superfriendly, super arranging, super easy going! The place was great! Great location in the core center of the plateau Mont-Royal! I recommnend it without any hesitation! Thank you!
I would like to stay here again. I came here with 3 friends, it was my first time to visit to Montreal. Thanks to Alex's hospitality, we had a really fantastic time!
We go to Montreal quite often (my husband's French-Canadian) and have always stayed with family. But since we came with our baby, we decided to stay in town to cut down on travel time. The apartment was very comfortable, well-equipped, tons of storage for clothes and clean. Plenty of space for a family of 4 - we came with a 7 year old and an 11 month old. The little courtyard was bonus, which our eldest took advantage of! The location was super, right in between 2 parks (one with swimming pools which was a hit with the kids). It was conveniently situated on the plateau, tons of restaurants, groceries, coffee shops and shopping. The metro was just 5 minutes away as well, so it was easy to explore the rest of Montreal. I would definitely rent this apartment again! Alex and Eva were excellent hosts. They were prompt to answer questions and communicating with them was very easy. They even bought a crib, baby bath, and highchair for our baby! After a long flight, it was nice to just crash and not have to worry about those little things. Thank you, Alex and Eva, for making our stay as comfortable as possible. It was much appreciated!

Eva and Alex were great hosts - they were incredibly responsive and helpful, but completely hands off and let us have our space. The apartment is big and clean, and in a great location. We were three people so they brought in an air mattress in addition to the two (very comfortable!) beds already there.
We absolutely enjoyed staying in Le Plateau neighborhood. There is a huge cultural scene which is exactly what we were looking for. Eva and Alex were extremely accommodating and their apartment was fantastic! We look forward to staying with them when we come back in the summer.
Eva and Alex's place is perfect! Close enough to the city that it's easy to pop on over. Mont-Royal is a really cute town, some great food spots. We'll definitely be back!!!!
Very convenient, spacious, and unique :)
The apartment was great, exactly as described. We loved the neighborhood- lots to see, safe, and many restaurant options
We had an amazing stay at Eva and Alex's place. The apartment is ideally located and extremely clean. We didn't had the chance to meet them as they were out of town but we got the key easily and every things went well. I highly recommend it.
Very responsive host. Cozy place and amazing location. Great shops around and very lively.
Place was cozy and very close to shops, restaurants and bars yet still in a quiet residential area. Had a great time there would recommend to anyone who wants to discover the best part of Montreal. Eva & Alex are great hosts and super accommodating. Recommend.

I reached out to Ludovic & Sylvie to host an exchange dinner for a group of French executives I was bringing to Montreal for business meetings. They graciously agreed to cook them dinner and host them for an evening of conversation.
Wonderful people! Ludovic came to get me at the station even late at night, and it was only a few minutes walk to their place in a nice new building. The room was clean, roomy, well-decorated and perfect for me, with a nice bed for sleeping, and it's nice to have a private back entrance also. It's very close to Jarry Parc and the train station. I only heard the trains passing a couple of times, and it didn't wake me up or bother me at all. It's also close to good bus and subway connections to downtown Montreal. Ludovic's home=made bread should be famous in a city known for good bread. Everything was great, and I only wish I had more time to spend with these wonderful people.
Ludovic and Sylvie are such a wonderful couple! We were very lucky to stay with them. From the very first moment they made us feel welcome. The room is exactly as they described it. They made sure to give us all that we need to make our stay comfortable. They took the time to print information with the wifi password, indication of bus numbers, taxi phone numbers, a map of near by stores, etc They gave us a map of the city and they sat next to us to explain us how to get to different parts of the city. Next day they went out with us to show us around. We had a blast with them! It was a great experience! Don't miss the opportunity to host them or stay in their place, you will have a great time for sure =)
Ludovic and Sylvie were really nice host and the place is awesome like in the picture if it is not more! Easy communication with Ludovic to prepare arrival. He was here upon arrival and gave us information and advices on place where to go in Montreal. Using the balcony door is very convenient especially when coming back late in the night and it also give privacy. Room, bathroom and other common place were very clean. Place close to the subway and really safe area of Montreal. I definitively recommend this place.
Wow! Ludovic and Sylvie were great. Friendly and super helpful with showing me things to do and see in the city. They were a really flexible and laid back couple with a perfect balance of conversation and privacy. Place was as described with private entrance meaning I wasn't disruptive coming back late in the evening. Bed/couch was comfy, no problems there. Very close to shops and transport.
The host were excellent. I felt like home. The listing was very accurate and the neighborhood was very quite. The place was very clean and organized. Ludovic and Sylvie are very nice people. I felt from the first day like I knew them for long time. Their hospitality was excellent. Their smile was brilliant. Within few days we have become friends. We discussed many things. They were very caring, They cared about my confort. They cared about the goal of my trip to Montreal and helped me achieve the goals of that trip.
Ludovic and Sylvie have a beautiful house, easily reachable with the subway and located in a quite neighborhood. They are very nice and helpful; they were extremely patient with my bus delay and Ludovic came to pick me up at the subway station..they offer me a coffe and a homemade bread. The room is big and luminous, moreover the bed is really comfortable. Although it was for one night only, I had a perfect homestay! Thanks a lot :)

All of these Montreal attractions are easily accessible by Montreal's metro system (Station Préfontaine), located just a couple of blocks away from our home. Driving to our home from the North, Boulevard Saint-Michel is usually the fastest. Note: It is unlawful to make a right-hand turn at a red light on the island of Montreal. Parking: There is plenty of street parking on our street (Wurtele). Watch for restricted parking directly in front of the house, which is PERMIT ONLY PARKING. Other than that small section, the entire LEFT side of the street (opposite from our house) is FREE PARKING, or on the right side, outside of the permit only section. Just be sure to read the parking signs, as is true for the entire city of Montreal! Vehicle Rental: It's a 2 minute walk to a local vehicle rental (Location Jean Légaré; 3035 Rue Hochelaga). Bixi bicycle rental is one block away (seasonal). Since the bicycle stands are moved periodically, go to Montréal's Bixi website and view the map to see bicycle stand locations and real-time bicycle availability. Don't forget your swimsuit! The backyard jacuzzi hot tub is the perfect way to relax and unwind after a long day of wandering around the city. Here are a few simple guidelines to follow if you decide to use the spa: 1. GUESTS MUST SHOWER BEFORE ENTERING THE HOT TUB. Lotions, oils, hair products and soaps quickly pollute the water. Changing the water and cleaning the filter is a costly and time consuming chore, so please don't pollute the water. We change the water regularly and check it's condition after every guest, but please let us know if you have any questions. 2. We kindly ask that no glassware or breakables be used in or around the hot tub. Plastic cups or water bottles are fine. We do not want guests to injure themselves and future guests in any way! 3. Due to the hot tub's location underneath a staircase, we unfortunately do not have a cover lift system. Therefore removal of the hot tub cover requires a specific technique: • Facing the cement wall, lift and pull the cover towards you, away from the stairs. • Flip the left side of the cover over the right side, clearing the stairs, towards the shed. • Push the cover back towards the cement wall, flush with the tub. • You can enjoy the tub half-way open for a quick and easy soak, or you can slide the cover down to rest vertically in between the shed and the hot tub. • Replacing the cover may require a 2nd person to help lift the cover up from the side closest to the cement wall. It is easiest to lift the cover up and half-way back on while you are still standing in the hot tub. If you are unable to remove or replace the cover, please let us know right away, or if our upstairs neighbour is around, he would be happy to assist you. 4. Ensure the hot tub cover is completely closed around the entire tub after you are finished.read more

Christine was friendly and accommodating, even for a special request. Her flat was very comfortable --it had everything we needed-- and was within easy access to downtown. Highly recommend!
We had a great time at Christines and Vincents place. The Appartement is clean and has everything you need to make yourself at home easily. The contact was very friendly and the recommendations for the local area (like Restaurants) were great.
Listing description was accurate, apartment was lovely and well equipped. Convenient location and free parking across street. Hot tub is fantastic. Would highly recommend and stay again.
Christine is a wonderful hostess and very quick to respond to any questions and email. There were four in our party and we had a wonderful time in Montreal. The location was perfect, nice quiet street with plenty of parking and close to everything. Christine's home had everything we needed to make ourselves at home and the beds were so comfy. If we had stayed longer, we would have made good use of her wonderful backyard. We definitely recommend staying here. 5 Stars from us.. Thank you, Christine! :)
