We'll start at the Plaza Mayor and then make our way through the old village, stopping at a local market to enjoy some entrees and drinks. Then continue our historical journey through the most ancient and interesting parts of the old town, to finally end before the majestic Royal Palace. After putting aside the history we’ll finish the tour at a really classic local restaurant where you'll get to taste different, mouth-watering food and local drinks. Of course, aside from the food goodies, we will get an opportunity to chill, know each other better and share some laughs. We'll do all the work to create perfect croquettes, and then make some of the most characteristic tapas in Madrid. We learn all the tricks for every step: prepare the dough, wait times, make and fry. We'll learn how to make a special brava sauce, and the potato tortilla, which you can't miss at a tapas table and it's great with the brava sauce. To complete we will taste some artisan cheeses from Madrid. Drinks are included, beer, wine or soft drinks, water during the cooking workshop and during the tasting. It is an ideal workshop for all kinds of public, because in our school we do many courses and we know how to adapt to their interests and tastes. We are in a popular neighborhood, something secluded from downtown. Our workshop is an opportunity to get to know a neighborhood in the south of Madrid and get to know the authentic local customs.
