Shawn was a great host , guided me through everything for check in + parking , place is how it’s described , nice clean apartment , good view, good places to eat around , nice and quiet , no noisy neighbors , and there’s a breakfast spot in the building to me that’s a ++

This space is such a beautiful gem! We are locals who had to leave our home for a plumbing issue and this place made it feel like a vacation. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. The backyard pool/spa, BBQ and several seating areas made it perfect for family time. My children especially loved the slide and smores by the fire. Wish we could have stayed longer, may book again for a staycation ;)

Great accommodations with lots of attention to detail to make your stay very comfortable. Location is terrific just steps away (less than 2 blocks) from beach and a great section of the boardwalk. Host was very responsive, helpful and flexible. Definitely recommend!

Great location. Really close to the Santa Monica Pier. Walkable neighborhood. The bathroom was more like a spa, can definitely spoil yourself. Deb was responsive and proactive with suggestions, even though she was out of town. Checked in on me, just because. The only regret I have is I didn't get to meet her doggo.

Place was quiet, peaceful, and met all of our needs! Jenny was kind and very thorough with her communication. The place was very clean and comfortable, and definitely made our vacation all the more memorable!!

Modern, clean, and well-appointed condo in a great location. Sam was a very attentive and helpful host! i highly recommend this place.

We had the best time at this place. Joe was very helpful and prompt to answer any questions we had. We loved it so much we checked to see if we could extend a day. Our girls loved the hot tub and pool area. Joe gave us great directions on checking in with thorough diagrams that made it simple. I would recommend this place to anyone who was staying in this area. We absolutely loved it and didn’t want our stay to end.

Thank you Sam and Juan for hosting this lovely place. The location is superb! Great walking distance to Chinese Theatre and Ovation Mall even with three young kids. The place itself is very comfortable with fully equipped kitchen and plenty of bathroom amenities that made us want to extend another night. The beds are comfortable and for plenty for three families. The free parking is a big plus! We interacted with the building manager and a cleaning lady who were both very sweet and friendly. Sam was very responsive at any hour of the day. Thanks so much for letting us stay at your property.

Just as described. Kim’s place was clean and had everything that we needed for a short stay. Not too far from Disney and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. I’d stay here again.
