This place is perfect if you want to stay in downtown and be walking distance to everything including the bus stop. It was super quiet, cute and had great amenities! Highly recommend!!

It's an amazing apartment in one of the best locations in the city. It has everything you need, and you will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here. Everything is close by, we came in by bus and walked from the station, takes around 10 minutes and then you are right next to the castle, cathedral and everything else you might want to see in Ljublana.

The Tiny Garden House is very cute, well furnished and displays some beautiful art from Eva. It is private, easy to access and has a little terrace for the sunny days. The parking space is very practical and the location is quiet but nonetheless close to the city center (15 minutes by foot). The highlight of this property is Eva herself: very nice, responsive and helpful! Highly recommended

It's really a very good choice. The host is very welcoming. The room is very large. There is a kitchen to cook. There are simple condiments. The tableware is complete. There is a four-person dining table. There is a large living room. It is beautifully decorated. Each bed has a desk. It is very thoughtful. Wooden stairs. The loft has a window. Sleeping on it is a very interesting experience. The house is very clean. There is no odor.The small drawback is that the bed is a little short. I am 1.73 meters tall, and if I am a little taller, it will not be very comfortable.

This apartment was the perfect location and very walkable to everything we wanted to do. Our hosts were great at communicating and we had a great experience. I would love to come back and visit again!

Klara was amazing host, just be mindful there is no lift and the apartment is 4 floors up, no problem unless you have fitness issues. Other than that great location and great value for the area also worth free parking which is rare in Ljubljana. Thankyou Klara for a pleasant experience.

Perfect location and spacious apartment. Everything was very clean and modern.

The apartment is right downtown, close to restaurants, cafes and all sights. It has all the needed amenities while also being cosy and clean. A wonderful highlight is the roof yard with the swimming pool. It was too cold for us to swim but we still enjoyed the outdoors and amazing nature surrounding it. The host is highly responsive and helpful. I definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Ljubljana!

Just book it! Lovely studio flat in the most perfect location, you will have everything you need. Ales was very kind to let us check in as soon as the flat was ready which was so appreciated.Highly recommended.

As they in real estate: "location, location, location"! You do need to follow Mateja's instructions exactly as provided, especially if arriving with a car - but goodness, as soon as we stepped out of the car we were surrounded by lush greenery and chirping birds, there was absolutely no road noise. You feel like you are in an isolated sanctuary when in fact you are a 10-12 minute walk to "old" Ljubljana or a 15-min walk to the new part of town. The place looks exactly like the photos, the kitchen was very well equipped; Mateja was extremely responsive to my inquiries and I would not hesitate to return there.

What an absolute treat to pull up to this Lakeside home at the foothills of Bled Castle. Every angle offered an amazing view and it was walkable to many things!

The location is beautiful, has a fantastic view. Our stay was very relaxing, the jacuzzi in particular was a great feature. The hosts were also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, modern and clean apartment. Host was really responsive. There is a slight smell from the drains in the bathroom but other than that no problems at all!

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a grand old building with 81 steps from the street. But so long as you can do those stairs, the location is unbeatable, right behind the Franciscan Church in the main square. Apartment had everything we needed, and so it was pleasant just being there, soaking up the sounds of the city. That sound includes church bells, every 15 mins, but it also means you are 5-10 mins from everything, in a very walkable city. We walked to/from the bus/train station on arrival and departure. And we cooked at home most nights, with a Lidl only 400m away. Would definitely stay here again
