Very friendly host and available to give good advice on places to visit in the region. Well-equipped accommodation. Small appreciable attentions in particular for our 2 year old daughter (games available, chair and cot, etc.).

On a driving holiday through Belgium we chanced upon Caroline’s wonderful cottage. Caroline and Bruno were warmly welcoming and went way beyond what was expected in their hospitality. The cottage is very old and quaint, but very comfortable and clean, with all the amenities. All-in-all, a charming place with lovely hosts.

Lovely AirBnb apartments equipped with everything you need. Great beds and linen. Caroline and Bruno are great hosts and there when you need them. We had a great stay at their B&B, would definitely recommend!

The place is very silent, cosy and clean, ideal if you want to visit Brugge, Gent and surroundings. Caroline is a very nice, friendly and open person. She provided us with everything needed. We felt like we were visiting our old friends. Everything is done with love. We are looking forward to coming again.

We spent a night on a business trip (Church activity) with a group of five men. The place is very clean, quiet and you may excellent hospitality from the hosts. We recommend Jan's place for a business trip as well.

great place for one night stay if you drive. The couple has 2 beautiful cats. Breakfast was toast with home made jams and coffee/tea. All in all a wonderful place.

This is a great location from which to visit Bruges.

If you want to be consented, you have to stay here. They are a love and very attentive to your needs. Although the house is a little far away, they pick you up at the train station and give you the exact instructions so you can arrive without problems. Super recommended! :)

We loved the cozy farmhouse within easy driving distance for our two day trips (Bruges and Ghent). The weather was pretty horrible all weekend but the house stayed warm with the wood burning stove and plenty of firewood ready to go. Moira was there to greet us and had a pack&play for our son. Traveling with our dogs this was a perfect spot to relax in the evenings after touring the city during the day.

The cottage is even nicer than expected and the hospitality was great. We really enjoyed the campfire and the wood stove. A very cozy, cozy and peaceful atmosphere in the house. There was a bottle of cava ready on arrival and the house was clean. Lots of privacy, you don't actually see each other and you have a closed part of the garden to yourself. Fast and clear communication with the landlords, who are immediately ready to help with tips, supplies, etc. They even kept the heater warm for us while we went hiking during the day. The dogs also enjoyed it very much, we did not hear any fireworks. We are happy to come back next year with new years eve, and possibly also in the spring!

The house is totally nicely decorated. Really quiet location with large windows, so that you have the feeling that you are sleeping in nature. Everything you need in terms of furnishings is there. Lots of space. And Moira is really nice and open. She even threw us the stove so that we always have it warm when we get home. Bruges and the sea are only 40 minutes away by car. Ideal for a vacation with your dog. We were always there in late autumn :-)!

Super nice house! With beautiful use of natural building materials. The wood burning stove was on when we arrived, so it was nice and warm. Moira is a super good hostess! We were with our 11 month old daughter, that went really well. We will definitely come back!

Pleasant reception by Moira despite the 'airbnb given'. Enough privacy with a reassuring feeling that someone is nearby if you have questions. Get up and stay in the middle of nature! Felt enormously welcome in the cottage.

Without a doubt he nicest and friendliest AirBnB‘s that I have had in a long time! I enjoyed every second of my stay. The look and feel of the location is stunning (a >100 year old farm, but with all the comfort of a modern home). The hosts were very inviting and I really felt right at home from the very first moment. I got great insider tipps (especially regarding Brügge/Brugge and local beers 🍺 ). Would go there anytime again, especially when traveling through to the ferry in Dünkirchen/Dunkerque. 11/10 would recommend 👍👍👍

Over and over again messages, texts. Arrive in a surprise of beautiful trees. Bart is walking towards us through the rain. Entering in a feeling like home. Jan about books. Nina, Fien and I are overwhelmed with Bart through the farm, through the garden where beautiful little cats and males parade. We took a shower, bathed in foam, relaxed in the guest room, slept like roses. Stretched morning feet, grabbed delicious baguettes from the bakery nearby, a bowl of strawberries. Had breakfast at the kitchen table, turned on the radio. An embrace, departure. On ever returning.

Jan and Bart are very hospitable, we felt completely at home. It is a beautiful place near the station and not far from a nice square. The farm is very nice and the rooms too. Everything was spotless and in the morning we had a delicious breakfast, after which Jan brought us to the station. Very nice airbnb, definitely recommended!

A fantastic little holiday home in a beautiful setting! This house is perfect for a family to stay in with children, and equally for an adult couple!- it is detached and next door to the owners house- with its own driveway etc. The owners house is close enough should you need something, but far enough away still to feel private and that you have your own space. The house: It was well set up with all of the amenities you could need! It was very clean, beds and bedding were very comfortable, and the general style of the house is so lovely, tasteful and fresh. To note: there is a toilet upstairs but no sink (which was actually fine! But just to be aware of)- and the stairs are quite steep. So if you have small children I believe there is a staitgate you could use.) The house has a private garden area for your use only which looks over the surrounding fields which is brilliant- and you have access to part of the owners garden down the lane too which houses (while we were there) a large trampoline and swing, which we had to ourselves when playing there. It was so hot when we were there (unusually so!), and the house did get warm- but Vera even went out and bought us a fan to use! (But I recommend if coming in an extreme heat wave to bring another fan with you perhaps!) We paid a deposit on arrival, which is returned promptly minus electricity costs. Children: Children staying here are well accommodated for! Vera has thought of everything including a cupboard of games, highchair, some plastic plates/ cups, and a bedroom suitable for kids. The hosts also give good advice on local things children might like to see. The little lane / main driveway is safe as well (my daughter learnt to ride her bike while we were there on this lane!) Vera was very thoughtful in making sure our daughter enjoyed her holiday! Thank you! The location: The house is really close to so many sites and places to visit. So close to Brugge and many other towns, World War I sites and interest points (can recommend going to see the Last Post ceremony at the Menin Gate on at 8pm most nights I think!), the Belgium coast and beaches, lots of countryside, and really handy for the Calais or Dunkirk ferries/ tunnel, and drivable from Paris in 3 -3.5hrs or so. There is even a small ice cream farm shop literally at the end of the lane! Hosts: A lovely family who are in the house next door. Vera was on hand should there be a query, but kept our privacy. She went over and above to ensure we had a good time and everything we need. A lovely family break. Thank you!!

Another fantastic stay at Filip and Vera's beautiful cottage. This is the second time we've stayed here and we hope to be back again in the future. The cottage is lovely. Everything was perfect, the reception charming and attentive. The house is very well located to visit the area, while being quiet. Very well equipped. The stairs to go upstairs are a little steep (not obvious with a baby in the arms) but if there are children 'Veronique provides and installs a barrier at the top of the stairs.

A fantastic place to stay - 5 stars all round! Veronique and Filip are very welcoming and accommodating hosts. Their cottage is perfect (it looks even better in real life than in the pictures!). It's beautifully furnished and is very homely. We stayed for two nights to watch the Ronde Van Vlaanderen - the location was great. Thanks for being fantastic hosts - we'd love to return again in the future :)

We have been very comfortable in Vera's house! the welcome has been fantastic, the house clean and has everything. Very quiet despite having a road nearby, but no noise. Walking and cycling on the doorstep of the house. All very well!

A great host and a great apartment! We were greeted with outstanding hospitality, had excellent conversation with Noël and had a delicious breakfast in the morning. Great spot!

I had some delays with my travel which means I turned up quite late, but Noël was really accomodating and welcoming. the facilities are basic but all good.

Noel is a very friendly and hospitable owner of a B & B. I experienced my stay as if I was home. Very nice new room, where nothing is missing. With a fine breakfast. Sure I'll come back here.

We had a great time with family! Very comfortable and modern cottage. My children have enjoyed the pool (we too), the large trampoline (we too;)) and the small park ... very nice nature around us and cows! ... TOP, Children never trouble :)

Celine and Nico were very welcoming. We had no problems with communication or access. The room was immaculate with very thoughtful additions including water, tea and coffee amenities. The room offers privacy being the only one on the 2nd floor and you have access to a private bathroom The location was quaint in this small town outside of Brugge. It’s a great place to stay if you want access to Brugge or Ghent.

We thoroughly enjoyed our accommodation in Celine's place. It's roughly 20 mins drive from Bruges central. The space is very clean with a lots of amenities. We were welcomed home by Nico who was very hospitable and friendly. Would recommend this place if you are planning to visit Bruges and is looking for a quiet and comfortable stay!

This is an outstanding property, with character features, so cosy and welcoming .Plus ,travelling with my child I was thrilled to see my daughter over the moon with this place, it was the first Airbnb where she did not want to go home!- perfect location, quite and relaxing , I wish I could have stayed longer and enjoy reading some of those interesting books in such a special scenery!!!

This house is beautiful with really lovely and stylish finishes. The bath is a particular favourite as is the upstairs area and grounds. The children loved the table tennis table and being able to look at the wildlife in and around the pond. We had a great time here and would highly recommend it.

Very good stay, excellent responsiveness and explanations for everything related to the house ... Beware of the presence of mosquitoes ... mandatory because of the pond but it is also what makes the charm and a good anti mosquito and we think more ;-) I really recommend !!

The house was very charming and well appointed for such an old house. They had lots of things for kids and spaces to enjoy hanging out.
