Welcome to Villa Maria, our fairy tale guest house in a calm location next to the forest and with a vast garden in the village Lauterbourg in Northern Alsace, France. It's just 5 min by foot to the heart of the village with a couple of bakeries, restaurants, a grocery store and small shops, or 10 min to the beach & lake. It's only 2 min by car from Germany, and a perfect location for exploring the Rhine border region Karlsruhe-Strasbourg, or for a rest on the way when travelling across Europe.

The workshop

Located in a small Alsatian village at an altitude of 350 m, in the heart of the Vosges du Nord Regional Park. Independent accommodation is located in a renovated old farmhouse. It includes a terrace, kitchen, living room with a bed (single bed), bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet), and a bedroom containing (1 double bed and 1 single bed). Wi-Fi access. We are pleased to host you in our accommodation which is located in a completely renovated old farmhouse. It is located in a small village in Northern Alsace, 5 minutes from Wissembourg where you will find many activities, restaurants, shops etc. Private apartment located in a quiet area, warm and tastefully renovated. It is located on the 1st floor of an outbuilding with a very nice ceiling height and exposed beams. The garden invites you to rest.

Nap corner: suite in the heart of nature

The nap corner is a 23 m2 studio located in a village. This is an independent suite with a private entrance, in our family home. It's a passive house with no need for heating or air conditioning. It consists of a bedroom with a 1.80 m bed or 2 beds of 90 cm joined with high-end bedding, TV and kitchenette, a bathroom and a separate toilet. It has a private terrace overlooking an accessible orchard. 5 minutes from the amenities of Soutz-sous-Forêt.

In a typical Alsatian village in the Northern Vosges National Park, 2 rooms of 30 m2 in a quiet area. Separate entrance. Parking. No shops in the village. The nearest supermarket is 5 km away as well as the bakeries. Fully equipped kitchen opens to living room with TV and Wi-Fi. Bedroom with 140 cm bed, separated by a curtain from the living room. Bathroom with shower. Green space with lounge area, deckchair and barbecue. Pets allowed.

In the heart of the Vosges du Nord Regional Park, the cottage (former barn) is part of an 18th century farmhouse that has been completely renovated. The 45 m² duplex has a 22 m² private terrace with views of the vineyards and orchards. The accommodation has an equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom with walk-in shower, bedroom (180 x 200 cm bed) and garage (parking for electric car). Non-smoking accommodation.

You will enjoy the tranquility of the place, the large garden, the sunrises...
