This cozy house, located in a calm and relaxing village, completely renovated, is adapted for couples and families with kids. Located in another neighboring property, via a private road, we offer you bonus access to an outdoor spa (all the year) and swimming pool (between April-Sep) Located near the Marne river, 20min from DISNEY and airport, 5min from the train station linking PARIS, the house have all equipment to past a nice moment. As we are in a small village, a car is highly recommended!

Very pleasant, recently renovated detached house situated at the bottom of the garden, quiet, 60 square meters. Benefits from a private entrance and parking, and a roof covered with grass. 5 minutes walk from the train station that, every 30 min, takes you to the centre of Paris, or to Disneyland in 20 min. Walking distance to the town centre and its shops. Close to Lagny and its farmers' market (three times a week and Sunday) and its many shops. The garden is big, common with our own house.

This cottage sheltered from the passage and traffic is a peaceful place to relax. It is ideally located next to the fields while being 25 minutes from Disney or Paris. A small garden allows you to enjoy the beautiful days, to have a barbecue, or to have breakfast, a meal, or an aperitif outdoors. The little extras of the accommodation: garden, pets allowed, king-size bed. Small disadvantages: non-smoking accommodation, no blinds in the living room.
