  • Michelle was a great host. Great communication, and the location was perfect. It can’t get any better than being above a cafe with great food and coffee. We can’t wait to visit Dingle again!

  • Best bnb I have came across so far! There was literally nothing to complain about! Every damn thing in the house was in good working condition and very well kept. Way more than what I expected for this price. Also, the owner let us a late check-out to avoid bod weather. Definitely recommended!

Enjoy a lovely sea view conveniently located only one and a half miles from Dingle. Take a three minute walk to a local cove beach and come back to enjoy a cup of tea on the patio or relax by the fire. One king bed in the main area and two single beds in a small low ceiling loft with steep stairs. There is a full kitchen open to the sleeping area.
The studio has a lovely view from the kitchenette table of the sea and out to Skellig Michael. There is a king size comfortable bed and there are steep loft stairs to two single beds. The loft has a railing and is open to the room below and has a low ceiling. No small children under 6 please.
Beenbawn is a quaint hamlet of 19 farmhouses a mile from Dingle. You can walk to town along the seaside by the lighthouse which takes about 45 minutes. The road the house is on is a fuchsia-lined narrow road past the track of the annual Dingle Races and then the main road is narrow with fast traffic and no footpaths and I don't recommend walking it into town. We are a cluster of family homes by the sea with horses, dairy cows, and sheep on the hillside.
  • You will not find better hospitality than with Maureen. She took great care of us and the location of her home was absolutely perfect! We could walk down to the ocean in 5 minutes and enjoys the sounds of crashing waves. In the same amount of time we could drive to the beautiful little town of Dingle. She is easy to communicate with and offers great suggestions. You should seriously consider staying with Maureen.

    Stephen2020-03-06T00:00:00Z
  • The location was great...just up the hill from Dingle town so that you are close to everything but still feel like you're away from the bars and bustle. Beautiful views even though we landed there in the midst of a storm that stayed with us. The storms made the wood stove and the entire cottage on the hill even more cozy. Maureen had helpful tips for places to dine even though she was sick throughout our time there. The animals are great too...loved having Molly milling around and glancing through the window.

    Marie2020-02-10T00:00:00Z
  • We were a group of 3 friends looking to stay at a nice place for some relaxing time off and this house was just perfect! It had all the amenities as promised with spectacular views. People who are driving there won't have any issue with the location but for those who don't you can still conveniently hire a cab to get to the city. Maureen too is really helpful with quick responses and made sure we enjoyed our stay.

    Shaileja2019-12-29T00:00:00Z
  • Sparkling clean, Maureen is friendly and helpful, responds quickly to emails. The place is exactly how she described, would happily visit again

    Ciara2019-11-23T00:00:00Z
  • I loved staying at Maureen's place. I was looking for a place that was both very close to Dingle AND off the beaten path and Maureen's place fit the bill perfectly. It was so lovely staying there. Maureen was great at communicating with me and giving tips about the local area. The bed was extremely cozy and it was so nice to light a fire each night and snuggle in bed listening to the wind. I really enjoyed the decor as well. In the morning I woke up, made some tea and looked out at the sea. When I stepped outside I was greeted by Teddy the dog and saw a beautiful rainbow. It was really a magical, enchanting locale and Maureen is a lovely host. Her place is a treasure. I truly hope to return one day.

    jennifer2019-11-18T00:00:00Z
  • We can only have good words for Maureen and her place. It was in a perfect spot, with sea views, but pretty close to Dingle town. Her hospitality was great and the place has everything that you need for having a wonderful stay and Maureen really makes sure that you feel like at home...or even better!! We can only recommend this place and will come back again soon for sure!

    Estefanía2019-10-28T00:00:00Z
  • Maureen’s place is a great spot made greater by Maureen herself. She was very helpful and made our late check-in an easy process. A beautiful location within a 5 minute drive to downtown Dingle. Would definitely stay again if we should find ourselves back in Dingle.

  • This place is really off the beaten path, but well worth the trip! These suites are so cute and has everything you need. They’re a bit rustic, but the location is STUNNING.

    Emily2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • Absolutely the best view in Ireland! Avoid Dingle and just spend time here and the surrounds!

    Juan2020-02-22T00:00:00Z
  • Peter was a great host. After arriving very late at night after a long journey he woke up and came out to make sure we were ok. The views and secluded beach were amazing and we will certainly be back summer time!

    James2020-02-08T00:00:00Z
  • This was the most beautiful place we have stayed in our travels this far! Peter was so pleasant and we loved every part of this wonderful spot on the peninsula!

    Samantha2019-12-27T00:00:00Z
  • This is the perfect little getaway. A private entrance with a private bathroom and bedroom and the perfect little sitting area to listen to the waves crash and read a book or drink some tea (which Peter lovingly provides). We wish we could have stayed for more than a day. It was truly a dream.

    Chanel2019-11-27T00:00:00Z
  • For everyone who likes to venture off the beaten path, this place is for you! Absolutely amazing. Gorgeous views!

    Emmanuel2019-11-26T00:00:00Z
  • Peter’s place is unique to say the least! The view is spectacular and totally worth it. Even tho we were in November, we were able to sleep well and warm with the heater Peter put in place for us in the cabin. It’s vintage and perfect for a stay of a night or two. We won’t forget it anytime soon.

  • Katrina's place was wonderful! We were lucky enough to stay here for 2 nights and the view when we arrived, even in rain and fog, was absolutely beautiful. There was plenty of room throughout the house for our group of 4. Katrina recommended a place for dinner and even let us know they had a shuttle that would come pick us up to take us so we didn't need to worry about driving. She also recommended us taking a drive around Slea Head Drive and on our second day our weather was perfect for site seeing and we were able to see all that the Dingle Peninsula offered. We spent the evening enjoying some wine from the patio which overlooked the Atlantic and the Blasket Islands. Such a beautiful atmosphere to refresh and recharge for the second leg of our trip through Ireland. I wish we could have stayed here longer and if we ever make it back to Ireland, we would definitely stay here again!

  • The pod was absolutely incredible! We hadn’t heard about Glamping until a few days before, found one on Airbnb, and it exceeded our expectations! It was in a perfect location for us along the Ring of Kerry. Nestled along the mountain side you can get your full Glamping experience along with a relaxing stay. The bed was extra comfortable. They had heating and hot water. The breakfast provided was delicious and just what we needed to get our day started and finish the Ring of Kerry. Highly recommend!

    David2020-03-10T00:00:00Z
  • Absolutely weak for this little gem. Had typical irish weather but it definitely added to the experience as it was relaxing to fall asleep to. Bed was 1000% better than one youd get in a hotel! And was cozy warm.. was great to get away from the normal world

    Niambh2020-03-09T00:00:00Z
  • The pod was absolutely gorgeous. It was even better than what we were expecting. Ritchie was so patient with us when we got slightly lost and had to be redirected but the response was so quick. The pod itself was sparkling clean, extremely comfortable and homely. The fresh brown bread, milk and orange juice were delicious and the small touches were lovely. Ritchie was so good to send us local taxi drivers numbers for us to get in and out of Cahersiveen town. Maureen was an absolute treat. Would highly recommend anyone debating staying here to do so, you won’t regret it.

Unwind in our cozy cottage on the world famous Wild Atlantic Way/Slea Head Drive. Bask in wonderful coastal views and glorious sunsets strolling along coast-hugging roads, breathing in fresh sea air, sit out enjoying starry skys before falling asleep to the sound of the sea. Arguably Irelands best scenery, enjoy views of Dingle Penninsula/Coumeenoole Bay, the Blasket Islands and Dunmore Head. The famous Coumeenoole beach is a 10 minute stroll, Dingle town is 10 miles away and Killarney 50 miles.
The cottage is the ideal base to explore Coumeenoole Beach(TripAdvisor #1 thing to do Dingle, Sept '18) and the surrounding peninsula. It is also an ideal place to relax and recharge the batteries choosing to be active or as lazy as you like. If you want to get out and enjoy the amazing natural landscape, flora and fauna or explore Irish history and culture there are activities, sights and sounds to satisfy everybody, within a short distance of the cottage. We renovated the cottage ourselves about 10 years ago to provide modern comforts(there were no toilet facilities or even running water at the time!) while ensuring that we retained its character. We would love to welcome you into our home and ensure that your stay is as memorable as the surrounding landscape.
Rejuvenating walks along beautiful beaches in the fresh sea air. Memorable hiking through lush hills and valleys looking out over the Atlantic Ocean, the Blasket Islands and life below. 6000 years of history, culture and the native language to delve into. Cosy pints in a local pub listening to traditional music. World class cuisine in some of Ireland's best restaurants. Boat trips to view local marine life including that famous dolphin! • Great place to get away from it all and have a Guinness while watching the sunset.

  • If you’re thinking about booking with Cathal... DO IT! We had such an amazing experience! He’s a wonderful host and the views are spectacular! Driving through the peninsula would not have been the same as getting to stay the night and explore some of Cathal’s awesome recommendations. The only thing we would change is the length of our stay because one night was not enough! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!

  • If this property comes up on your search, look no further! We stayed here at the beginning of March 2020. It truly was the most beautiful place. Everything was extremely clean and thoughtful inside the cottage and that view! My goodness that view. The best part about staying here was that a few minutes up the road, there is a place you can feed and play with baby lambs for 3 euros each. Couple the lambs with the view of Cathal’s place, we had a hard time making ourselves leave. Dingle is especially worth the drive and ended up being our very favorite part of a week long road trip in Ireland. While in town, make sure to visit the Fish Box. They had really great, fresh food.

  • Well what a glorious little cottage this is! It really is a little bit of heaven. Such a peaceful, tranquil area and this cottage is just gorgeous! Absolutely everything is provided & a beautiful open fire is at the heart of this very special little house. We cannot wait to return and take in more of the breathtaking scenery that surrounds this house. Thank you Cathal for being a wonderful host and for sharing this beautiful home! 😊🙏

  • If you have the chance to visit this place, do not hesitate. It’s the most amazing location of any Airbnb we’ve ever used and the house itself is spotlessly clean, well-appointed, and incredibly unique. We hope to return one day. Side Note: Be sure to watch the documentary in the house about its previous owner—it provides a neat glimpse into Dingle peninsula history!

    Caitlin2020-02-22T00:00:00Z
  • I've stayed at many Airbnb's around the globe and this has to be by far, my new favourite. Everything was incredible, from the kind gesture of sweets in the kitchen to the set up of the cottage with its handbook including the history of the cottage. Easy to find thanks to the directions and easy checkin/checkout system. The location couldn't have been more perfect (despite a storm happening whilst we were staying!). We still managed to get a walk down the beach, and it was so wonderful to be able to return to an open fire under a cosy blanket. The cottage has everything you could have needed as well as the cottage having style as well as substance. I'm already back on airbnb looking for the next available weekend to stay (which isn't easy by the bookings ahead of me!!) Do not chose anywhere else, you will only be disappointed if you don't stay!!

  • Cathal’s cottage is truly paradise! It has the most spectacular view. We felt like we were in a fairytale! Cathal is super thoughtful and a wonderful host! He was super responsive and really thought of everything to make our stay special.

If you like to be 'right' on the sea, surrounded by nature, you found the place; and you are Welcome. The front picture is the view out the window.. But for the rest, please read was is written under the pictures. thank you.
the little hut is only for you, like a 'bird nest' right on top of the sea...
you can walk along a beautiful long beach nearby, or clime mountains with views over the ocean..
  • Peter’s property was absolutely breathtaking. Staying there for one night just made us want to come back for a few weeks in the summer. The views are absolutely amazing.

  • Spectacular surroundings with amazing views. Peter was a very welcoming host.

    Diana2020-03-15T00:00:00Z
  • Peter's property is truly beautiful, and it was a joy to be able to stay there. What it lacked it amenities, it more than made up for with the view. I will say that this was the perfect place for us but it may not be for everyone. If you like camping and exploring and being off the beaten path, I highly recommend Peter's Hut. But if you are looking for a fancy hotel experience with all the amenities, this won't be for you. I hope everyone gets a chance to wake up to the view at Peter's Hut!

    Waiyne2019-09-12T00:00:00Z
  • This place is incredible, we were a little worried once we turned down the drive. Its quite a bumpy ride but all worth it when you get out of your car and see where you are.....We stayed in the Birds Nest, the most amazing views and very comfortable bed. The room fits the bed with about 3ft between that and a huge window overlooking the ocean... and that is it..Loved it!! Stop on your way there and pick up some lunch, dinner and breakfast cause you wont want to leave. The views from every point of the property were spectacular. Peter is a lovely man and a gracious host. Didn't even care that I had to walk a bit past the main house behind the garage to get to the bathroom. Love Love Love!!

  • The most unique Air BNB place I've ever visited. Nothing quite like falling asleep on the edge of a cliff with nothing but the waves and the view

    Nick2019-08-31T00:00:00Z
  • Outstanding views, and great location.

    Oscar2019-08-29T00:00:00Z
  • Wow. This has been the most incredible place I’ve stayed. The view is breathtaking and the beach is secluded and full of little places to explore and enjoy the natural beauty of the shore. We are climbers and enjoyed the rock cliffs along the shore of the beach that are perfect for bouldering too. There were two very friendly lovely dogs who joined us for our walk along the sand. It is a bed in a shed, that’s it. The toilet is a few feet away from the shed and there is an outdoor sink attached to the shed. This place is perfect for a simple, renewing, back to the basics experience where you can really just find yourself among a gift of nature.

Tig Bhric is a rural country pub still within the same family since it was built in the 1890,s. It is home to West Kerry Brewery which was established in 2008 in the grounds, the original micro brewery in County Kerry. Room 3 is a double room with a standard double bed. A front facing room, easterly in direction and views of beaches and Mount Brandon in the distance. The room is adjacent to the pub in a purpose built accomodation wing. So noise should not be a concern.
The Accomodation at Tig Bhric was purpose built in 2001. It comprises 4 en-suite rooms with both a shared kitchen and living room where guests can enjoy catering for themselves. And The Brewers Lodge a 3 bedroomed self contained unit. Room 3 has the advantage of being easily accessed from the roadside and with ample car parking yet set back in mature gardens. About 10 minutes walk from the Beaches of Smerwick Harbour and 1 mile from the village of Ballyferriter. There are many historical ruins and plenty of history within a stones throw. An Riasc ogham stone and Gallarus to mention just a couple. Dingle Town is 7 miles away so just a 10 minute drive. Tig Bhric is a fully licenced pub with not only its own brews but a wide selection of spirits and wines. Emphasis is on natural and quality beverages.
in a very rural setting just minutes from Smerwick harbor and wine strand a well known beach. We are however on the main road to Dingle town the R559 which is just 7 miles away, about a 10 minute drive. We are also very close to several ancient sites including Riasc monastic site with its ancient ogham stone. And Gallarus Oratory.
  • Really lovely stay here. The space was comfortable and the pub is not to be missed! Extremely welcoming.

    Jade2020-03-09T00:00:00Z
  • Awesome location 10 minutes outside of Dingle, very comfortable and clean, really good beer (a complimentary bottle was in the room on our arrival), and the music in the pub on Friday night was one of the highlights of our trip! Very very nice people! You must stay here when traveling to Ireland!

    Morgan2020-03-07T00:00:00Z

  • Adrienne's place is really handy for exploring Dingle and the surrounding area. It's about a 15 minute drive from Dingle and right next to the West Kerry Brewery (and the pub), so that's really handy for the evenings. The room itself was absolutely clean and beautiful, we had a lovely stay there!

    Svenja2019-12-08T00:00:00Z
  • The pub was full of character, definitely a must visit when in the Dingle area. Very easy drive to and from Dingle. Bed was comfy. Recommend this place as a wee sanctuary a little bit out of Dingle!

This old farmhouse is situated beside the sea amid the most stunning coastal scenery of the Wild Atlantic Way on Slea Head. it is a great place to get away from modern life. Stunning sea views and peace and quiet. Ideal location for people walking the Dingle way.
This old farmhouse (c. 150 years old) is situated beside the sea amid the most stunning coastal scenery of the Wild Atlantic Way. Indeed it is just beside the Signature Point ‘Ceann Sleibhe’ (Slea Head), indicating that it is one of the most beautiful parts of the amazing driving route. It is also on the Slea Head Drive, a beautiful driving route on the Dingle Peninsula, and just below the Dingle Way (Slí Chorca Dhuibhne), a terrific walking trail. It is surrounded by archaeological monuments, and by a working sheep farm. If you want to get away from it all (though the road can be busy in the summer), then this is the place for you. Views to the south-east, across Dingle Bay, of Carrantuohill, the highest mountain in Ireland, south across to the Iveragh Peninsula and west to the Blasket Islands (which can be reached by ferry from Dún Chaoin (Dunquin), only 4 miles down the road. Choughs and gannets abound in this area, and you might be lucky and even see a pod of dolphins passing. If you have an interest in film, you would like to know that some of Far and Away, starring Tom Cruise, was shot here, and much of Ryan’s Daughter was shot nearby. More recently, some of the Star Wars series is being shot only a few miles away – so they have certainly recognised how beautiful the area is! The Dingle Peninsula has probably the greatest concentration of archaeological monuments of any part of Ireland, and they are here for you to discover. Your host will be able to advise on visiting many sites, from Bronze Age to Medieval. Accommodation in the house consists of 2 bedrooms, two of which are doubles and 1 has a small single bed as well. There is a downstairs bathroom and shower, and a large sitting/dining room, which was the kitchen of the farmhouse. There is also a smaller, more cosy, sitting room. Your host, Aedán, has lived here all his life, and comes from a long line of farmers who have worked this land for centuries. He is very knowledgeable about living in the area, and can suggest plenty of excursions and activities for you. His family live nearby and will also be on-hand to offer advice and information. A light breakfast is provided, but there are no cooking facilities. A evening meal may be provided for a extra charge if you give the host ample warning. I usually stick to traditional Irish dishes. No wi-fi provided – the downside of being in a remote, beautiful area, surrounded by mountains! So a good place to escape from the hurley-burley of modern life. You can listen to the waves breaking on the cliffs below, and to the many birds which pass by. On clear nights the vista of a huge, starry sky is entrancing. There is ample off-road parking beside the house, but no public transport in the area, so a car (or bike for the hardy!) is necessary. English and Irish spoken. Basic French and Spanish. This area has inspired poets and artists – come and see what it might do for you! This house is ideal for people walking the dingle way.
    The stunning sea views
  • What a gem of a place! An authentic rustic farmhouse with super modern touches like brand new bathrooms, central heating and a fully equipped kitchen. Great linens and super comfortable beds, fully stocked for breakfast, baby lambs to hold and feed, beehive huts, killer views...and a friendly and helpful host. Don’t miss an opportunity to stay here!

  • A great place to stay when on the Dingle Peninsula. Aeden is a great host and the place was very comfy. Good communication, good amenities and a location overlooking the stunning coast of the Peninsula. The 150- year-old farmhouse gives an authentic flavor to an already very special area in Ireland. Highly recommended!

  • I loved the place: Aedan is very friedly and helped us with getting rental bikes and gave us great advice for trips around Dingle. He was very flexible concerning our tight timetable. The accomodation is great with view on the sea, the bathroom is brandnew, the fridge was filled -> it was perfect and we really enjoyed your time.

    Heinrich2018-07-22T00:00:00Z
  • Aedan has an amazing place with a breathtaking view. I cannot imagine how anyone gets any work done. He made sure that we had all we needed, shampoo, towels and more than enough fruit for breakfast. I cannot recommend this place enough!

  • Most rooms are on the second floor, and there are two shared washrooms downstairs between the guests. The loo is difficult to get to in the night if you are older. There is a huge kitchen with a continental breakfast available at all times. The rooms were basic but serviceable for our needs.

‘The Studio’ is a cosy and colourful self-catering nook on the northern side of the Dingle Peninsula, buffered from the broad Atlantic by a gentle hill called Drom. This idyll is a 100 year old small stone cottage, lovingly restored, and reimagined into an ideal rest stop for travellers seeking peace - walkers, anglers, surfers, artists and writers, or anyone who enjoys room to breathe and tranquility. (We are 2km to Cloghane, beaches, bars and 15km from Dingle Town over the Conor Pass Road).
"Lisa's Studio is everything you see on its page, and an awful lot more. It's the loveliest place I've ever stayed in Ireland: a cosy, stylish, comfy space in a spectacular, quiet part of the country with a delightful host and friendly neighbours." (Anna, Studio Guest). "I’ve been to so many places and have stayed in many houses, but I’ve never fallen so in love with a “home away from home” as I have this weekend". (Hanna, Studio guest) The Studio is ideal for couples, or close friends. There is an open-plan living space where an Inis stove is the focal point in winter, until the light and views take over in summer. There is a small kitchen area, with microwave, cooker, kettle, fridge, storage and a comfortable living space. Accomodation includes a double bed but guests not wishing to share a double bed are welcome to use a single futon pull out bed in the living space. There is also a small mezzanine area but we keep this largely for our own personal use. We have a bathroom with an electric shower. 100% Egyptian cotton sheets, bedding and and towels are provided. We are delighted to share a plethora of books and artworks and and we have a good wi-fi available should you wish to invite the outside world in.
We are close to Tralee and Castlegregory, but closer still to Cloghane village and the Brandon Mountain Range, while Dingle town (which the Lonely Planet describes as “a little piece of utopia hiding on the Dingle Peninsula”) is 18 minutes drive over one of the most scenic mountain passes in the country the picturesque Conor Pass. Some drivers love the adventure of this and the views are a spectacular reward. However, if you're looking for an effortless commute it might be worth staying on the other side of 'the hill' in Dingle Town. Nearby Cloghane village is on ‘The Wild Atlantic Way’, is the original home to award winning bakery Bacus, and the ledgendary O Connor’s Bar while the Dingle Peninsula offers an array of archaeological, cultural and historical experiences. Murphy's on the pier is a treat in any weather and a must for anyone who has made it this far to the edge of Europe.
  • The very definition of home away from home. Lovely place, beautifully decorated and in perfect location for those who have a car and want to explore Kerry. Lisa also left some treats - icing on the cake! We definitely recommend and will undoubtedly be back :)

  • Lisa's place was phenomenal. We decided last minute to head to Dingle and we weren't sure about what to expect, but it exceeded our expectations and then some. She is incredibly helpful and communicative--if you need literally anything she's just a stones throw away. Super glad to have went and we hope to come back in the summer

  • Lisa is a fabulous host and this cabin/studio is an absolute gem of a place to stay. A beautiful little hide away with all the luxuries you can think of for a getaway to Dingle. Lisa gives great recommendations from where to find great coffee to where to go hiking and was always attentive and respectful. I would stay here again in a heart beat. Wonderful to have a full kitchen so you can self cater if you are having a longer stay in the area.

  • The place is lovely. Quiet and cosy. Lisa left us instructions and keys so we could check ourselves in. The breakfast hamper was great to arrive to. We had everything there we needed. The fire and heater kept us warm (but we struggled with the temp in the bathroom). Would stay again and hope to make the most of the walks and scenery that side of the peninsula.

She had fresh eggs, cereals, milk, condiments, fresh pastries... this beyond the amazing views from both the kitchen window and the bedroom window were more than we expected. They gave us valuable hiking advice and we took it... this is the cleanest place I have ever seen,

  • We couldn’t more highly recommend this Airbnb. The location, cleanliness, value, and hospitality of the host are all A+. The only down side about staying here is that all other places won’t seem as nice in comparison! If you’re looking to experience Ireland in all its splendor, this is the place to stay. Theresa really pays attention to the details of her Airbnb—and it makes staying there a joy. Do yourself a favor and book yourself this location, you won’t regret it! Accommodation in the house consists of 3 bedrooms, two of which are doubles and 1 has a small single bed as well. A light breakfast is provided.A evening meal may be provided for a extra charge if you give the host ample warning.
There is no bus to the house so if you dont have any Transport it can be a bit hard to get to the house

  • Neilie’s place was the perfect jumping off point for visiting Valentia Island and the Kerry Cliffs. Neilie himself was very generous with local tips as well as leaving some groceries in the room which were much appreciated. The room was very clean and comfortable and you can fall asleep to the distant sound of the waves. Highly recommend.

  • Neilie's was the perfect location in the beautiful Co.Kerry. Neilie was a fantastic host and we really appreciated that he would check on us in the evening and catch up on our days. The room had everything you needed plus more for a longer stay which was perfect for us. Neilie gave us great suggestions about what to do and to see...Valentina Island, is a must! I was impressed with Neilie's friendliness and hospitality, the lovely room, the incredible views and how close the accomodation is to everything by car. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we could have stayed longer and hope to return during the summer months.

    Jacqueline2020-02-22T00:00:00Z
  • I really loved the location. Neilie was great. We were running late because of an awful storm, he was more than accommodating though. He even came out & carried our bags in. Great value & great location

Tig Bhric is a rural country pub still within the same family since it was built in the 1890,s. It is home to West Kerry Brewery which was established in 2008 in the grounds, the original micro brewery in County Kerry. Room 1 is a twin room with both a double and a single bed. A rear facing room which over looks fields and the courtyard at the back of Tig Bhric.
Room 1 has the advantage of being easily accessed from the roadside and with ample car parking. On arrival go to the double doors with the accommodation sign. The mature gardens accessed from the car park are available if guests wish to meander and enjoy. You will be roughly 10 minutes walk from the Beaches of Smerwick Harbour/ Wine Strand and 1 mile from the village of Ballyferriter.
Apart from my own bar the village of Ballyferriter offers an alternative with bar food available in a number of bars
  • Very nice accomadations with a lovely beach down the road and a brewery downstairs. How perfect is that?

    Mark2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • Excellent option for the Dingle peninsula adjacent to an excellent Irish bar

    Gareth2019-12-02T00:00:00Z
  • Overall an amazing B&B experience! Stylish decoration, tidy rooms, quiet surrounding. Not much to say just you'll love it. Shared cooking and sitting spaces downstairs. Fridge and freezer is available to store your food. Would recommend to take your food out of fridge when you check-out, or label them as "free to take" if you plan to share. Otherwise stuff might spoil in the fridge. Drinks and lunch served right next door in the pub. Enjoyed their brews from tap, fashionable lunch choices with chef's brilliant personal touches. She told me her homemade pickled gherkin recipe and I'm trying out now at home :) About 15 mins drive from Dingle town. Quiet beach just 10 mins walk away.

    Jane2019-09-20T00:00:00Z
  • Great place to stay and from where to explore the dingle peninsula. Nothing better than coming back from a coastal drive than to enjoy a cold pint in the cozy pub. The room was great, spacious and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend staying here. Adrienne was lovely as well.

    Floris2019-09-05T00:00:00Z
  • Adrienne was a wonderful host, gave information on local area and where to visit. Also got educated in brewing. The micro brewery beers were tasty and my tipple for the few days. Atmosphere at Tig Bric was relaxing and great vibes and music. Loved it and hopefully will return ..😁😍

  • Beautiful place, beautiful house, to discover a corner of wild Ireland.

    Christophe2019-08-14T00:00:00Z
  • The accomodation is comfortable and it has a good position to explore the Dingle peninsula (it is located on the Slea head drive, ten minutes by car to Dingle city ). The room is close to a traditional pub, owned by Adrienne. We suggest to try their craft beer!

    Giorgia2019-08-10T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful space, incredible beer, self-service. Very close to beach and some ruins. Away from the busyness of Dingle, but still close enough (10-15 minute drive). We were sad that the pub wasnt open on our second day there, but of course there are other pubs around.

Located on the Slea Head Drive 5 minute walk to the famous Paidi o Sheas Pub and a 8 minute walk to Ventrys blue flag beach. Located 7kms from Dingle town.

  • The cabin was very cosy, spacious and comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen that Liz had thoughtfully stocked with a few creature comforts. The cabin was a short drive to the peninsula and nearby Dingle, and Liz offered several helpful tips on the direction to drive, things to see, and places to go. Would definitely stay here again.

  • What an amazing place! Such an interestingly restored old building. A stone's throw from the beach. The house was lovely and warm with a big wood burning stove in the cosy loving room. Stain glass Interior windows and timber features created an old world feel. We loved it! And Liz couldn't have been more accomadating. THANKS!!!! Ken and Julia

  • Could not rate Derbhla’s place high enough. She was an incredible host with fantastic local recommendations and made a delicious breakfast. Super friendly and thoughtful. A home away from home kind of stay.

  • Derbhla is an amazing host and a real local with lots of good recommendations. She is the nicest person you could imagine.

    Jonathan2018-08-27T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great experience at Debhla which is a wonderful host, smiling, welcoming, warm and full of good advice. She takes care of his house and we keep in mind a well being awakening with a superb breakfast table. Our stay at Derbhla is part of our best experiences airbnb and I recommend everyone to stay at home.

    Lise2018-08-13T00:00:00Z
  • Derbhla was a great host! She was so personable and her homemade breakfast was amazing! She also gave great dinner recommendations and told us we should do the Slea Head Drive (which ended up being one of the highlights of our trip). The only two small downsides were that in our room the wifi signal was not very good and there was only one free outlet (for two girls this made getting ready in the morning hard). However, when we asked Derbhla about where we could get ready she was very accommodating and helped us get set up elsewhere. We would definitely recommend a stay in her lovely home!

    Caitlin2017-12-10T00:00:00Z
  • Derbhla’s place is nestled in the beautiful countryside. Her house is cozy and lovely, the sitting area with the fireplace is nice. Derbhla is a great host with plenty of recommendations around town. Her breakfast and home cooked baked goods are amazing!

    Alexis2017-11-26T00:00:00Z
  • This is a great place to stay and Derbhla is an excellent host. The area is scenic and beautiful definitely recommend it.

    Dana2017-11-25T00:00:00Z
  • I cannot say enough about how spectacular this stay was for my wife and I. Derbhla is a stellar host and gives you all sorts of advice on the best things to do around Dingle. We stayed in Airbnb's all over Ireland and this was by far the best hospitality and most beautiful stay we had. Thank you so much, Derbhla!

    Walter2017-11-02T00:00:00Z
  • Derbhla is a wonderful host that made our stay in Dingle very enjoyable. She was very generous with her tips which allowed us to find some hidden gems. Her home-cooked breakfast was delicious with freshly baked muffin & brown bread.

This a an unique accommodation set nestled in the trees . The studio accommodation is self contained within the property with a private entrance set back from the other buildings. The studio is light bright and modern. I am a local artist who works from my own studio near the apartment. I often have international artists visit to work with me so am used to welcoming people from all over the world to share my beautiful space.
This is a self build cabin next to my residence and working art studio. It is situated just 1 mile of the now world famous Wild Atlantic Way. Its 15 min walk from Wine strand and Bael Ban beaches. The area is famous for its amazing Hill and coastal walks. Ballyferriter village is only 1.5 miles away and has various places to eat, drink, sing and dance. The cabin is in the heart of the Irish speaking area so gives guests an opportunity to really experience real Irish rural life. The famous fishing town of Dingle is only 5 miles so you can experience its array of amazing tourist attractions then relax in the pretty countryside just outside.
This is a very quiet area surrounded by farmland. The locals are friendly and happy to help out if needed.
  • Beautiful little cottage in a unique village. Gorgeous scenery and great people. Will be coming back soon.

    Emily2019-10-23T00:00:00Z
  • Ken’s place is clean, cozy and comfortable. The location is very quiet but just a short drive to town and to all the sites of interest on the western most coast of Europe. Ken is a very accomplished artist and his cottage is immediately adjacent to his studio. I was very pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend his cottage to anyone headed to that lovely part of the world.

  • Ken, the owner of the accommodation, was kind, helpful, and efficient. He keeps his place neat and clean. It is ideally located to take advantage of all the wonderful things to do in Dingle. We couldn't have been happier with this rental.

  • This place is a great base for traveling around a Dingle Peninsula. Nice small house in the middle of nowhere. Close to Dingle and great points for starting a Slea Head Drive. We really enjoy our stay in there. Would recommend!

    Zofia2019-09-21T00:00:00Z
  • Cozy cabin in the middle of a beautiful scenery. Loads of places to explore and decelerate from your stressful life. Ken is super kind and knows everything about the area. You can literally ask him everything, nice trail for a hike? - he knows them all, need a sword for cool photos? - he's got it. This dude is amazing, and since he is an artist you can skip that guinness shirt and get some real craftsmen souvenirs for your friends and famaly back home.

This newly furnished guest suite is attached to our own home, about 1 km from Ballyferriter village yet only 15 minute drive from the hustle and bustle of Dingle. This is an energy efficient, zero CO2 emission dwelling: Sustainable wood pellet furnace. Sustainable Biogas Central Heating. Battery (Sonnen) storage of economy night-rate electricity. Solar Thermal water heating. All LED lighting. The room comes with a mini kitchen (kettle, toaster and small fridge). Tea, coffee, milk and breakfast cereals are provided. Guest access is via the front patio door (key-safe mounted at entrance). Guest area consists of private entrance to bedroom/studio, private bathroom and small kitchenette. The fibre WiFi provides between 40 - 50 Mb/s. We provide deck chairs for you to enjoy the sea views and sunsets from the front porch and you are welcome to relax in the back patio/garden during the day. We have a large off road car park at the property and inside storage for bicycles if required. Gaeilge agus Fáilte
The local area is steeped in history and archaeology. Riasc Monastic Site and Gallarus Oratory are only a few minutes drive away. Dún An Óir and the Great Blasket are also worth a visit. The scenery and beaches are stunning - ideal for walkers - and the Ceann Sibéal links course is very close for the Golfers.

  • Unfortunately I wasn't personally able to make the trip for our booking due to some unforeseen circumstances but my travel partner Sarah was able to make it to celebrate New Years with our friends as we go to the area every year. Julie was fantastic and communication was great from the get go. Sarah spoke very highly of the accommodation itself and the personal touches including a note left for us which was very sweet. I'll be looking to book this again in the future and experience everything in the accommodation has to offer. For those who have never visited the area I would highly recommend it.

  • We had a lovely stay whilst in Ballyferriter, thank you so much for having us. The flat was comfortable, clean, as per the pictures and close to some picturesque scenery. We would definitely recommend you to our friends. Thanks again!

  • What an incredible experience! The location is picture perfect within walking distance to the local village restaurant and pub. The space is super modern and very clean with thoughtful amenities like binoculars for sightseeing, flashlight and reflective vests for night walks to town, and some super yummy snacks. The hosts are so welcoming and went above and below - even taking us on a local tour of the gorgeous surrounding areas. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you to Julie and Mairtin!!

    Gurvinder2019-12-01T00:00:00Z
  • The space was absolutely perfect!! Came equipped with everything for the perfect morning tea + bread with jam and was always a great start to our mornings! The location was absolutely amazing! Away from the busy Dingle town a bit, closer to the beautiful scenery and still a short drive to the town! Couldn’t have chosen a better location. Julie and Mairtin were so warm + welcoming and kind and we enjoyed chatting with them! Airbnb had all the thoughtful touches and you could tell they had thought of everything to make the stay as comfortable as possible! Can’t wait to come back some day and stay here again!

    Marisa2019-10-13T00:00:00Z
  • Stay here! Honesty one of the nicest AirBNB stays we have ever had. The amenities and hospitality are unrivaled; the hosts, Julie and Mairtin, are kind and have thought of ever need a guest may have. We greatly enjoyed all of the special touches, especially the library of beautiful hard cover books on Ireland and Irish culture available in the suite. Stylish, a comfortable bed, great shower and fantastic location - very quiet and peaceful but very near beautiful natural attractions and a quick drive to Dingle.

This old farmhouse (c. 150 years old) is situated beside the sea amid the most stunning coastal scenery of the Wild Atlantic Way on Slea Head. it is a great place to get away from modern life. Stunning sea views and peace and quiet. Ideal for walkers.
You are out in the wonderful countryside overlooking the sea. The house is ideally located for walkers as it is just off the cosan na naomh walking rout. (The Dingle way)

  • We loved our stay at the Great Blaskets! Such a unique experience! Billy and Alice were wonderful hosts! A few tips if you are staying here: make sure you bring good warm hiking shoes that are water proof. There is so much to see on the island, and you’ll want to stay warm and dry. We wish check out was later, as our boat ride out wasn’t until 2:00, bit of an awkward transition if the weather isn’t good enough to go exploring on the island. We loved hanging out with the hundreds of seals, donkeys, sheep, and rabbits. So cool! Can’t beat the beauty here!

  • The Great Blasket Island is one of the most beautiful locations in all of Ireland. Billy and Alice are great hosts. The accommodation is one of a kind and is a real step back in time to a much simpler form of life, a proper get away from todays manic, technology filled world. If you are going to spend some time on the island be sure to take with you some of the Great Blasket Island literature, waterproofs and some good walking boots.

  • I really can't speak of this stay highly enough. It's truly a-once-in-a-lifetime experience and a glimpse into the lives of the people who lived on the Blaskets. The history is fascinating and the views are like no other. A real preserved piece of Ireland that anyone can enjoy.

    Sean2019-09-08T00:00:00Z
  • Amazing place. The views are just out of this world such a retreat. The accommodation is basic but it doesn’t matter it adds to the experience. If you want a break from life this is your place!

  • Gorgeous old style cottage on the Great Blasket, stunning views. Hosts and cafe girls were so friendly and helpful.

  • Magical place. Read the books and visit!!

    Rachel2019-08-23T00:00:00Z
  • A truly magical and unique experience. Like most Irish people of a certain age myself and my 3 friends had the Blaskets burned into our consciousness by Peig. What an insight into that life this trip gave us. We received a warm welcome when picked up by Billy in Duinquin. Leslie and Gordon where great hosts showed us around and gave any information and tips needed. Alice answered all queries regarding the booking with great efficency. The location was stunning. We will return again without doubt. Thanks to all the Blankets team.

My place is located on the wonderful Slea Head drive on the Dingle Peninsula. You will love the wonderful mountain views and beautiful Ventry beach is nearby. It's about choice; swim or surf, climb a mountain or stroll, take a Dolphin trip or go fishing. Its in a lovely rural setting while only a short trip to the buzz of Dingle Town, the very centre of traditionaI Irish music, dance and language.
The cottage itself is a lovely traditional stone built cottage, once part of Lord Ventry's estate. There is an open-plan kitchen/living room, with a wood-burning stove for cosy evenings. The guest bedroom has a sliding door opening onto a west-facing patio, and has a cosy settee for relaxing and watching T.V. or just reading a book.
Dingle town has a lively feel to it with restaurants and pubs serving food until 9pm . After that the music starts; everything from traditional instrumental music in concert and in pubs, sing-a-long and traditional set-dancing. The peninsula offers some restaurants with sea views, and even a beach-side pub where you can watch the sun set.
  • We loved our stay at Kathleen’s cottage! She had a wealth of knowledge about not only the immediate area but also of all of Ireland! Delicious home made bread and scones were an added bonus. The location was beautiful and the drives were fantastic.

  • Kathleen has a wonderful home in a lovely location. She has excellent knowledge of the surrounding area and was very accommodating. Would be happy to stay there again.

    Evelyn2019-11-24T00:00:00Z
  • Kathleen was a wonderful host. Her home is perfect in a great location right outside of town. The guest room was beautifully decorated and spacious! Would highly recommend Kathleen's space and the Dingle Peninsula to anyone travelling southwest Ireland. Amazing!! Thank you Kathleen!

    Michael2019-09-27T00:00:00Z
  • Kathleen’s place was amazing! Perfect location right down the road from the main strip of dingle! Kathleen left many recommendations and tips for Dingle which were great and greatly appreciated! Room was clean and bed was comfortable! Kathleen’s home was a wonderful place to rest for one night. Only wish we could have stayed longer!

    Amber2019-09-18T00:00:00Z
  • Great place, great location and a great host. Kathleen’s knowledge of Dingle and Ireland was extremely helpful. Because of her I ate at some great fish places, found some off the beaten path views, and learned some pretty neat local history. Also, the sunset from the room was pretty stunning.

    James2019-09-08T00:00:00Z
  • Kathleen is truly a great host. She provided us food and great advice on what to see and do in the area. The cottage is very lovely, I would highly recommend staying here!

    Camille2019-09-01T00:00:00Z
  • I would recommend Kathleen's place any time. Our room and her home were lovely. She served us tea and scones when we arrived, had a lovely chat and gave us tips. Only stayed the one night, wish we had stayed more! We had absolutely no issues. Great spot, a little out of town. I would not have been opposed to walking but it would be more dangerous in the night time in the dark and narrow roads. Parking is very easy in Dingle though, there's a paid parking lot for 1 euro / hour and free in the evening. Definitely would recommend staying with Kathleen.

    Mario2019-08-31T00:00:00Z
  • Kathleen was a wonderful host ready for our arrival with tea, biscuits, and plenty of recommendations. She gave suggestions for dinner, bars with live music, and things to do in Dingle and the surrounding area. She clearly loves the place and wants all guests to feel welcome. Although we didn’t use it, the fireplace was stocked and ready to be lit, should we have wanted it. The cottage was quaint and nicely decorated. The room is part of the main house, but there is a side entrance for more privacy. Our host also had an excellent spread waiting for us for breakfast the next morning. Thank you, Kathleen for making us feel welcome in your cottage.

  • The hideaway was so cosy and homely. We arrived to freshly baked cake and ciders chilling in the fridge, as well as the fire on! The location of Ballyferriter is brilliant with a lovely backdrop and only half an hours walk if you fancy a drink in the local pubs. We also walked upto the Star Wars film location which had breathtaking views. Definitely recommended a lovely stay here. Super clean, cosy and such a peaceful place!

  • Ann & Mike are great hosts with an amazing house. They were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We loved our stay in dingle. It had amazing views and places to visit. It was very cosy and quiet which was exactly what we wanted and couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

  • The Tigín is a perfect hideaway for a lone traveller or a couple. Nestled away on the western end of the Dingle peninsula, it was a wonderful spot from which to explore the area. It was a great place to go to relax. It's a great restoration with some thoughtful touches; I came in to find fresh brown bread on the counter and eggs in the fridge. I spent evenings with the stove blazing while the Irish winter weather raged outside. Ann was very responsive to messages and queries. Accessing the property and leaving was all very straightforward. Overall the experience was very conducive to shaking off day to day stresses. I hope to be back in future.

    Conall2019-10-17T00:00:00Z
  • Ann’s place is situated in such a lovely part of of the Dingle Peninsula and only a small jaunt from Dingle. We especially enjoyed our time in Ballyferriter which is only 5 minutes away from the Airbnb. We arrived to find delicious muffins and biscuits and happily enjoyed them all. Ann was a lovely host and if we come back we’d definitely stay there again!

    Laura Lou2019-10-07T00:00:00Z
  • Ann's apartment was really peaceful and an excellent place for a quiet getaway. The location is superb for visiting local scenic locations like Slea Head drive and Clogher Strand. The town of Ballyferriter was only a short drive away and the local Golf Course also served food in the restaurant, however Ann's place is perfectly equipped to cook your own meal if staying in. We will definitely be back.

A unique, rustic space, the Nest is a place to unwind after a long walk or day on the beach. Close enough to Dingle to experience all this vibrant town has to offer but far enough away to be able to hear the sea on a quiet night. The house has a grass roof which provides great insualation in the winter and keeps the place cool in summer. Plenty of parking and undercover storage for bikes. Can be booked in conjuncton with Heron's Reach. 2km from centre of town. Takes me 40 minutes to walk.
Quaint and quirky with up-cycled charm. The Nest is a grass roofed cottage/cabin nestling less than 2 miles from Dingle Town. From the double bedroom you can reach into the conservatory pick flowers and fruit in season. There is an Edwardian feather sofa bed in the living area which is available for an extra guest. There is a shower room with basin and toilet. The shower has a safety limiter. The emphasis has been on keeping things very simple and rustic. There is a peat burning stove for cosy winter evenings with starter pack of fuel. Wifi is provided. The kitchen area has a full sized cooker and there is a microwave and small fridge. We aim to attract people who enjoy being somewhere different. If you want hotel accommodation this is not the place for you. Please think carefully about this space if you have allegies as it is close to nature. Dingle Town is two miles away. How long it takes to walk there depends on how fast you walk and who you stop and talk to. The fabulous and hidden Birnham Lagoon with egrets, herons and otters is just down the road. You can also fish there. The cottage is a fabulous place for exploring the Dingle Peninsula. Within 20 minutes drive there are great sea food restuarants, mountains, beaches, mythology and Celtic charm. If you want a night out most of the pubs in Dingle have traditional music. If you want to take taxi - most of the local drivers know The Nest - it's about 8 euros to town. We run regular writing retreats at The Nest and lots of photographers and artists use it as a working hide away. We even have our own serial story going to which you are welcome to contribute. We are not responsible for an internet outages caused by supplier or weather conditions. The internet can take time to register and you may be able to speed up this process by deleting your browsing history if you have been using multiple login sites. This is self-catering accommodation and you are responsible for all your meals including breakfast. We are pet friendly but please let us know if you are bringing pets. Recycling is compulsory in Ireland. Glass must not be mixed with other waste. It's just The Nest and somewhere to think, muse and restore your soul. As the Irish would say 'A thin place'.
Everything the area has to offer is within 20 minutes drive. We love early mornings down at the lagoon watching the bird life. The changing light on Mount Brandon enchants us as the sun is setting.
  • The Nest is a great place to unwind & decompress after a busy week. One of my favorite stays in Ireland. Will stay again when in the area.

  • The Nest. A beautiful structure to tuck yourself away in after enjoying all that Dingle has to offer. We climbed the mountains from Conor Pass. Sublime seafood at Lord Bakers. Guinness and Whisky at Dick Macks. Then back to The Nest and it’s cozy wood burner. Loved this place. Colin and Frances with our pooches Feb 2020

  • Staying in this cottage was very pleasant. We were delighted to enter into warm premises, find fire in the stove burning and bailed briquettes ready to keep fire burning for warm evening in. Interior has lovely vintage touches and Irish Digital TV is available too. We have felt very cosy there, for Christmas evening we were roasting turkey, having wine in front of fire and watching festive shows on TV :) also pillows were super comfortable! Place is about 3mins drive to Dingle town or you can just take a walk there but on the main road and Highvis vest is highly recommended... Kitchen has all the basics for self catering so no complaints here at all. Thank you very much Louise for having us.

  • Very clean and helpful. We stayed for the festival over the August weekend and it is perfect location to be in the heart of the music and celebrations. Linda and family where all very kind and friendly.

    Christopher2018-08-06T00:00:00Z
  • After going out to the Skelligs I had planned on spending the night in Cork. Luckily I found before my trip that only two buses leave out of Cahersiveen, one at 7:30a and the other all 11a. Seeing as my tour wouldn’t be over in time I canceled my hostel in Cork and instead booked a room at O’Sheas. When I arrived Linda greeted me and helped me get the lay of the land. She showed me on a map a nearby castle, some beaches and two nearby forts. If you’re like me and don’t have a car, the walk isn’t too bad on a sunny day! I had two American sisters ask for directions and they ended up giving me a ride, so I can’t speak for sure about the whole walk. I went back to the fort with another solo traveler and we watched the sunset. It was truly spectacular. I had a great sleep at O’Sheas and loved how close it is to everything. Since I had to leave prior to the start of breakfast Linda left out some fruit and bread for me to take. I did get to meet Pat on my way out and he was just as friendly as Linda. The walk to the bus station was less than 5 minutes away!

  • Comfy room and nice breakfast. Plenty of places to get food within a stones throw from the place.

    Jason2018-04-16T00:00:00Z
  • The accommodation is very centrally located and offers what you can and expect from a B & B. The special thing is actually the handling of the guests and the great Irish breakfast, which makes the stay different from others. If I am traveling again in the area I will gladly book my overnight stay with Patrick (father of Linda)! :-)

    Joseph2017-10-15T00:00:00Z
  • O'sheas' B&B is the best ever. Patrick and Linda are simply the best. When you tell the locals where you are staying and you say the O'shea's B&B they all smile and say that's a great place you lucked out. A place to stay is all you need, but they give you the best breakfast too. Also put the brown sauce in your tea. Its' so Friggen good. Do yourself a favor and stay at O'Shea's for as long as yo can. Make the O'Shea's B&B be your. home base.

  • Our stay with Neilie was wonderful! The room looks over the beautiful bay and is located near several towns with things to do, places to eat and pubs to enjoy. Everything from finding it to check in and check out were easy. Neilie was a great host! I would totally recommend.

  • Neilie's place is awesome! Much bigger than it looks so we were very impressed. It has all the amenities you need, including pots and pans so you can cook. We had bread, butter, cereal and milk available 24/7. It's private, warm and comfortable - the view is beautiful! The closest town is a 10 min drive away. Neilie is very friendly, provided us with a map and a lot of information about the area. Thank you so much! We might return during the summer x

Our home is in a quite residential area with free parking, looking over Dingle and a short 5-10 minute walk into the town center. The room is a King room with a private bathroom (Not an en suite) in our family home. We do not provide breakfast however the room is supplied with a coffee machine and complimentary snacks. We area a young couple who love welcoming people into our home and hope to see you soon. :)
You will have sole use of the bathroom which is situated right beside your room however this is not an en suite. We also provide robes in the room for guests. We have a small cheeky pug called Luna who loves people and im sure will want to welcome you in to. She is not allowed in guest areas.
Dingle is an extremely special town, with some breathtaking scenery and we will be more then happy to share our favorite places and top tips with our guests.
  • We had a great stay at Katie’s, the apartment had everything you would need and it was in a great location. Would definitely stay again when back in Dingle!

    Steven2020-03-17T00:00:00Z
  • Katie’s place is adorable! It was close to the center of town & the perfect place to stay! I would recommend to anyone!

  • Katie and Jack were amazing. They were quick to respond and very accommodating. I felt like I was in a 5 start hotel room. The robes, the bed, jacuzzi tub, fridge with water, tea/coffee and snacks. They had parking for our rental car, check in and out was easy. They were very chill and had great recommendations in town. We tried blue zone pizza/jazz bar which was delicious.

  • Katie is a fantastic host! Her place is exactly as pictured, clean, and within walking distance to town. Katie also provided tips for things to do during our visit

  • I definitely recommend Kate as a host - beautiful house, very welcoming, great recommendations (Fish Box <3) and a very positive experience in general.

  • We had a really lovely stay at Katie & Jack’s place. They were both very welcoming and on hand if we ever needed anything. Would definitely recommend!

    Christina2020-02-25T00:00:00Z
  • We absolutely loved our stay. Katie and her husband are such lovely hosts and really make you feel welcome and comfortable. The space is well furnished and has thoughtful touches like cool water in the chiller and comfortable bath robes to use. The use of the fantastic pool was absolutely perfect after a day of traveling and if you have time for a Seaweed bath we highly recommend it. Overall I will absolutely recommend this stay to friends and look forward to visiting again.

Tig Bhric is a rural country pub still within the same family since it was built in the 1890,s. It is home to West Kerry Brewery which was established in 2008 in the grounds, the original micro brewery in County Kerry. Room 4 is a double room with a standard double bed. A front facing room easterly in direction with views of beaches and Mount Brandon in the distance.
Room 4 has the advantage of being easily accessed from the roadside and with ample car parking.
We are 10 minutes walk from the beaches at Wine Strand.
  • Had a lovely stay here, place is warm, clean and would recommend to anyone.will stay again when in the area again.thank you Adrienne..

  • Lovely en suite bedroom above a gorgeous pub! Great to be able to explore dingle during the day and in the evening relax with a few tasty beers brewed on the premises!

    Ferdia2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • Good location, easy check-in and cool fireplace room

    Marie2019-10-11T00:00:00Z
  • Good spot with a nice quiet pub (the weekend we were there) can drive to the Conor Pass, Slea Head drive and Dingle. Good restaurants in the next town when the pub wasn’t doing food.

    Georgie2019-10-08T00:00:00Z
  • This place is magical. The pub is cozy and inviting, beer is outstanding, room is simple and comfortable, and the staff are awesome! Would definitely go back!

    Kelly2019-09-23T00:00:00Z
  • This place was a great base for exploring the Dingle Peninsula. Away from busy Dingle at night. Adrienne was great. The brew pub was classic. Even with the pub below, it was quiet and comfortable. You would definitely want a car to explore from here. Had a great experience overall.

    Jim2019-09-18T00:00:00Z
  • We stayed for two nights, when driving around the Dingle peninsula. We enjoyed our stay so much; the room was really cozy and the bed comfortable. Also , the bar downstairs is worth a visit... We loved the live music and the people! Upstairs you are not bothered by any noise. We would love to come back one day!!

    Do2019-09-14T00:00:00Z
  • Simply perfect. Impeccably clean, both for our room and for the commons. We felt at home with the room upstairs and the kitchen very well equipped and small lounge downstairs. You will no doubt have the opportunity to meet your host, Adrienne who is a charming woman. She has always met our needs without being imposing and intrusive. For the surroundings, one of the beaches is within walking distance in 5 minutes. Dingle is 10 minutes by car and if needed there is a mini market 2km to Barryferriter. It is an ideal location to visit the Dingle Peninsula while being quiet. Their craft beer (made on the spot!) Is excellent and it is possible to buy it in the SuperValu (supermarket) and local pubs. A small message to those who intend to buy their Dingle whiskey at Dublin Airport: there is none!
