Completely renovated, this 230 m² family home is rented in its entirety. 1 hr 40 min from Paris and 20 min from the A11 highway exit, enjoy a quiet stay in the middle of nature at the entrance to Perche. It has a very large garden (swing, soccer cages, huge trampoline, orchard), heated swimming pool (9.5 x 5.5), terrace with barbecue and petanque court. In a barn, ping pong, badminton, basketball etc. The house can accommodate 11 people and 2 babies.
