We rent a newly renovated apartment with a south-facing balcony, adjacent to our own apartment. The bright apartment has a Pentry kitchen with a stove, oven, fridge and sink. It is very central - but quiet - in the heart of Nippes. Shopping, the weekly market, nice cafes, restaurants and playgrounds are within walking distance. By tram you can drive about ten minutes to the main station. The fair is also easily accessible. We look forward to seeing you!

Newly renovated, bright one-room apartment (26 m²) with kitchenette and separate bathroom within walking distance of several tram and bus lines as well as Cologne-Ehrenfeld train station. The apartment is located on a quiet residential street on the mezzanine floor of an old building from the nineteenth century. In the front yard - right in front of the apartment - there is also a small terrace with two garden chairs and a small table for exclusive use.

Originally a small hat factory was based here, the upper floors of the house have always been used as apartments.
