The apartment is as shown in the photos, the place in addition to being beautiful was safe, it had a store nearby and when I couldn't cook there was a pension half a block away with delicious food and friendly people, it was very close to all kinds of restaurants, ATMs, supermarkets and more places to walk. The internet was good for working, it had all the amenities mentioned and a beautiful view on the terrace. Erwin was very kind at all times, always attentive to my needs, I felt really very comfortable. I loved it! I extended my stay to 1 week and would definitely come back.

This is my 3rd time staying with Endrina in Santa Cruz de la Sierra. Top security, super safe area and high end amenities. Location is like the Manhattan of Bolivia. I will only stay in Endrina's properties.

I am prob a very HARSH critic, and with this place all I can say is just WOW in every positive sense possible! Clean, modern, perfect, breathe taking view….def my spot in Samaipata from here on forward. The host is absolutely the definition of hospitable. Can’t say enough great things! Short walk from everything! LOVED IT

Very cute place, with everything you need. Nice neighborhood, easy entry. Even though between to big streets its pretty quiet. Comfortable bed, nice shower with good water pressure. Well equipped kitchen! Very cute and nice decoration, you can feel at home there. One of the best airbnbs i have stayed in Bolivia. Washing machine in appartment as an added benefit. I think price is absolutely worth it.

I usually don't write reviews. However this place exceeded my expectations. I will definitely come back. It was very modern and cozy. I really enjoyed my private bath. My daughter loved using Alexa. I actually loved the fact she had Netflix. The washing machine washed and dried clothes. I have visited Santa Cruz many times but this place was my favorite. Some places in Santa Cruz say they have certain things and it turns out that they don't. Definitely just as nice as the US. Thanks Grace for being very responsive.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at the apartment! It was exactly like the pictures in the listing. It is in the perfect location, quiet but still close to many restaurants. It has great amenities like the pool and the gym. The washing machine, air conditioning, wifi, and washer all work perfectly. The hosts were very helpful when we communicated with them. We would be happy to stay here again the next time we are in Santa Cruz.

Excellent place! The apartment looked small but it was very cozy, it had everything you need, very clean, the beds were very comfortable as well as the sofa bed. The ideal barbecue space. Without asking, Jorge offered to change the date if we wanted due to the rains, but we decided to stay, and the next day we were supposed to leave, he offered us to stay longer. The "sea" was very nice too and all the spaces they had, very quiet, we will definitely come back! 10/10
