Vacation rentals in Biddeford

We have been coming to KPT for years and have stayed in other hotel locations around town. Hands down the best location - walkable to everything; the loft is extremely comfortable with all the amenities one would need to enjoy their stay; and Beverley genuinely cares about her guests and their experience. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay here as it was close to many amenities. Nadine was proactive in all communications. Very clean, cozy, comfortable and up to date. Very quiet and we felt right at home. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Nadine for blessing us with your space for 4 days.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Gregory's home. Home and amenities were as pictured and described. Space was tidy, smartly appointed, and clean. Home was close to Old Orchard Beach and we were able to walk there multiple times during our stay. The hot tub was much appreciated and we were able to relax after days filled with sight seeing and shopping. Gregory was communicative and had a response rate of approximately 12 hours. I would recommend bringing reusable bags for any shopping as it seems Maine has discontinued complimentary bags at stores.

Wonderful location and stay. Every detail of functionality, comfort, and cleanliness was carefully considered and I loved the beach themed details. Great ocean view from the patio and 1 min walk to the beach. Joan is super responsive and friendly. One of our favorite stays and would definitely book again!

The place was easy to find and Holly provided clear instructions to get in. Holly’s place had a lot of thoughtful touches like fresh flowers, extra charging cables and band-aids. There were helpful little notes that explained how everything worked (A/C, TV, space heater). Holly provided us with an assortment of small snacks, coffee, tea as well as half and half. Everything was clean and in great condition. Holly was quick to get back to me about the parking passes for the beach - which it turned out, we didn’t need. Both the bed and couch were comfortable to sleep on. The only downside was that it was really bright in the mornings which made sleeping-in a bit harder, but if you wear a sleep mask or are an early riser there is really nothing to complain about.

I had a wonderful stay at Susan’s apartment - I’d highly recommend it! The space was clean and welcoming. The neighborhood is quiet with plenty of walkable spots to explore. Susan was a top-notch host - friendly, communicative, gave wonderful recommendations, and just an all around lovely person.

Beautiful spot on the water with great fishing, was a bunch of games inside for the kids which was a huge bonus enjoyed the stay.

Cottage was spotless, everything was as described and the hosts were accommodating. I’m glad I chose this as my place to stay on my visit to Portland

We absolutely loved our stay at Cal’s place! We were impressed by all of the personal touches to this home that make you feel right at home and ready to plan your next stay there! Cal’s home was spotless, had comfortable beds, and had everything you need and more. There was even detergent, dishwashing products, and a cute travel size mouthwash in the bathroom. Cal definitely wants his visitors to feel right at home. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at Caren’s place with a couple of our friends over Memorial Day weekend. The house could not have been more perfect for the four of us. The layout of the house allowed us all to be together comfortably to eat, relax, and sleep, while also having a lot of cozy spots to tuck away with a book or have a nap. The sun porch was a favorite - the outdoor decks looked so inviting, but the weather was too uncooperative to fully appreciate them. Caren was a fabulous host - we really appreciated the flexible and easy check-in, all the recommendations and directions to local beaches, restaurants. We could walk to grocery stores and the lobster house practically next door, as well as to the holiday pancake breakfast. This was one of our favorite Airbnb’s of all the ones we’ve stayed at - if we are ever in Kennebunkport again, we would definitely rent Caren’s place.

Tiny but beautiful cottage with walls of windows in the living room and bedroom overlooking the salt marsh. It was like staying on a boat! Great kitchen, comfortable bed and cozy fireplace. Beautiful in the winter.

Staying at the cottage was a delightful experience. The stunning scenery and the charming aesthetic of the house were truly unmatched, evoking a sense of comfort reminiscent of our own home. It’s always reassuring to feel at home even when away, and I took note of the thoughtful engineering throughout the house, with plans to order a few items from Amazon to replicate that beauty. Our hosts were incredibly accommodating and maintained excellent communication, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay in Angela’s beautiful home. It had great amenities, was super clean, and had everything we needed. Loved the pool and fire pit. The kitchen was roomy for cooking too. 5 stars!

Great place to stay for our family of 4. I asked for 3 beds and that request was made possible. I enjoyed the area and it was quiet and peaceful place to rest after walking around the beaches and or state parks. Amenities were very good and communication with the check in team was excellent.

The cottage is spotless, well-stocked and conveniently located for day trips in any direction. This is our 4th year staying at this lovely cottage for a pre-holidays getaway. We look forward to keeping this annual tradition!

Pamela's place was the perfect start and end to our Acadia trip. We used her place as our fist stop while exploring Portland before making the road trip to Acadia and spent the last 2 days of our trip back at her place. The entire loft was super comfortable and peaceful. We were able to take advantage of the hot tub after a long day of bike riding and it was the perfect way to end the day. Pamela was very kind and responsive and offered us some great recommendations for our hikes in Acadia. Highly recommend her place!

Place is small but clean and cozy and a very quick drive to downtown Portland. Hot tub was a great bonus perk.

We couldnt have picked a better place to stay. The apartment had everything you could wish for and need on a trip. Definitely the most charming place I have stayed at. Amazing hosts!
