Les réservations sont obligatoires et se font par téléphone, ce qui procure déjà un vrai contact. Au jour convenu du rendez-vous, je viens récupérer les participants soit à un lieu convenu, soit directement sur leur lieu de villégiature. J'effectue une présentation de la prestation après finalisation de la partie administrative si besoin, et nous prenons la route sans plus tarder. J'engage la conversation sur différents sujets afin de rompre la glace et présenter ce qui se présente à nous. A chaque arrêt je propose une lecture de paysage en apportant le maximum d'originalité. Les parcours sont originaux car la 2 CV permet d'emprunter des chemins très accidentés sans pour autant secouer les passager. Ce véhicule mythique apporte instantanément un côté sympathique à la sortie. La durée du parcours peut être de 2, 3 ou 4 heures, voire à la journée. Des options à des visites dégustation des produits du terroir sont possibles ainsi que d'effectuer un pique-nique dans un cadre époustouflant. En fin de circuit, j'effectue une petite conclusion avant de remercier et dire au revoir à mes participants. Your host for this event will either be me, Jonathan, or my wife, Rachel, owners and winemakers of Domaine Treloar wine estate. During this experience, you will be presented with at least 4 of our craft wines and a platter of fine high-quality French cheeses purchased from the best cheese shop in the region, local olive oils, and bread from our local boulangerie. This is generally enough for lunch. I will guide you through the tasting so that you may discover the synergy between the wines and the cheeses. I will also explain the history of our winery and how I became a winemaker in the south of France. The tasting will be done either in the grounds of our winery or in our dedicated winery tasting area depending on the weather.   There is parking available within the winery courtyard.

Le bateau est équipé d'un moteur Volvo de 110 CV, d'une cabine , d'une kitchenette avec réfrigérateur, de toilettes séparées, d'une plage avec échelle de bain pour se baigner, d'une douche d'eau douce, deux cannes à pêche à disposition, équipement de sécurité pour les zones côtières. Le propriétaire, jeune retraité qui a servi dans la Royale (Marine nationale), se fera un plaisir de vous faire découvrir sa côte catalane. Votre capitaine. Jonathan, the owner and winemaker, conducts the tour. He will tell the unique and fascinating story of how they came to own a wine estate in France. He will then take you to one of our vineyards and explain the life cycle of the vine and the work we do throughout the year as well as answer any questions you have. We then head back to the winery where I explain how I make our wines and then we finish with a tasting at least 4 of our wines. I am more than happy to help you learn more about wine appreciation depending on your experience. The visit takes between 1.5 and 2 hours. We suggest in the summer that you bring a hat and a bottle of water as you can be in the vineyard for up to 30 minutes.

Vue l'emplacement exceptionnel de mon appartement, j'accueille des touristes qui souhaite voir le feu d'artifice et l'embrasement de la Cité Médiévale. je mets à disposition sur ma terrasse des petits fours et champagne pour une soirée festive et conviviale. durée de 21H30 à 24 h Autres remarques Le 14 juillet attire beaucoup de touristes français et étranger. Pour se garer cela devient plus difficile et de ce fait il vaut mieux arriver en début d'après midi sur Carcassonne ou en train (à 5mn)
