Beautiful large and spacious apartment; very spacious, luxurious, open and cozy ambiance and an inviting atmosphere. Lots of light and coziness. Very luxuriously furnished; with plenty of all utilities available in the kitchen, bathroom. All available appliances and kitchen utensils, dinner cutlery and crockery are brand new and of top quality. The apartment is easy to find and in a very quiet and beautiful area; right in the center of Berlin. Within walking distance of AlexanderPlatz. The sleeping accommodation / beds are of excellent quality. We were really very impressed with the spacious layout, the luxury and the clearly caring design of the owners of this beautiful apartment. It is certainly an RBnB that I want to go back to immediately, if I have to be in Berlin.

As described, spacious and cosy. Had a great stay here with my partner, greta was easy to communicate with. If you’re a light sleeper then maybe not the best place as it is situated in a busy street, but this is something we didn’t mind. We would book again :)

Ersan’s house is like a dream. Beautifully decorated with an amazing view which you do not see in the photos. It was so beautiful that we did not even want to leave the house. We took lots of inspiration for decoration :) It’s such a chill ambience, although we did not have the chance, I’d suggest opening up a wine bottle at the dining room just to enjoy the view. Ersan is always so responsive. His family helped us get inside and helped us with all questions we had :) they are very lovely. Inside the house there is everything that you need. The house is very spacious. 2 beautifully designed bathrooms enable you to be more comfortable when getting ready to go out. The house is 10-15 minutes walk to Alexanderplatz which I loved. So you are very close to the city center but away from all the crowd at the same time. I’d definitely want to stay again at the house (for a longer period of time) Ersan & Wilke, thank you for having us. Ekin thank you for all your help.

We had a wonderful stay- loved the natural light in the studio. Everything was as expected and then some. We found a great restaurant around the corner, Ewig Feund, that we went to every morning for coffee and breakfast, and a bar near by, Höschen, that served delicious cocktails. Both had impeccable service. If you want to stay in a lovely neighborhood surrounded by pleasant people Andreas place is where you want to be.

The well-equipped kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances, including an oven and a fridge. Wooden countertops provide a warm contrast. Natural light enters through a large window, illuminating potted plants. An island with bar stools offers additional space for cooking and dining.

This is a wonderful place to stay as a base for exploring all of the exciting things Berlin has to offer. The apartment was perfect for us, clean and with everything we needed. We loved the artwork on the walls and the balcony was perfect for our morning coffee. We also loved the extra little touches such as the extensive library and umbrellas on hand if it was raining. All in all we can recommend and hope to return in the future.

The Fauler See nature reserve was our personal highlight, because firstly it is quick to reach and secondly it offers a lot of peace and quiet. Furthermore, we liked the proximity to Prenzlauer Berg.

The place has fully met our expectations. The decidedly underground style immediately immersed us in the authentic atmosphere of Berlin. Located in a quiet, very "green" residential area, the apartment is quiet both day and night, ideal for relaxing after a day in the city (or a night in a club). The spaces are large and very bright, thanks to the beautiful windows, and perfectly suited to comfortably accommodate three people. The host was extremely kind and responsive, always responding quickly and helpfully. The location is excellent: a short distance from two subway stops, which allowed us to move easily throughout the city. We also highly recommend the use of Uber, which is very convenient for quick and cheap travel. Definitely positive experience, highly recommended!

I stayed with Katrin and Roxanne for two weeks. Apartment and rooms are very nice, the hosts friendly and open-minded. Very good communication and information, time for conversations but also opportunities to retreat. The highlight is the balcony in the room.
