The place was clean, quiet, cool, modern and well equipped, fully accommodating. We loved it🥰. Please observe quiet hours after twenty-two. You need to pay attention to the volume of the TV, and probably walking around the apartment, can be heard to the ground floor. A relaxed agreement with the owner, always responsive, helpful, and responsive.😊 The location is luxurious. A five-minute walk to the Upper Square, 15 minutes to the Exhibition Center... Everything you need within easy reach. Parking is free on the streets near the house, and despite the occupancy of the city, thanks to Flora Olomouc, we found a place close to the accommodation. Great apartment, ideal location for sightseeing tour in Budapest, everything within walking distance, lots of shops/restaurants nearby. We felt very comfortable as a group. 2 bathrooms are a big bonus. I arrived with my 13-year-old daughter at night, and we immediately felt very safe in the area. The apartment is absolutely recommended, everything in the description is clean and plentiful. Phuong offers a reliable, impeccable service (concrete simple instructions/ ) responds quickly if necessary, very helpful. Has great tips. We totally loved our stay here! The apartment was even bigger than we thought, only the kitchen was a bit small, but we didn't mind it since we didn't really need to use it anyway. But there is everything you need - fridge, microwave, plates, cutlery, cups, glasses, kettle...just everything. The bed was very comfortable and big enough for two people (and still with some space left!). Everything was clean and great. Charlie gave us great instructions on everything and even left a paper with recommendations (and a map) on the table, so we had some great tips for restaurants! He was also very kind and responsive. He even let us check-in earlier which I really appreciated. All in all, I would definitely recommend this place for shorter or longer stays!

This is a beautiful apartment in a great location. Clean, stylish, very well equipped and full of character. Tamas and Orsi seem to have thought through everything you could possibly need when staying in Budapest - umbrellas if wet, guide books and maps, drying rack for washing, spare sliders for spa visit etc. The apartment is very cleverly designed and finished to a high standard. We really appreciated the attention to detail such as the lovely bathroom tiles and the stylish little espresso cups and saucers which we enjoyed using whilst admiring the views from the balcony. Tamas and Orsi were responsive hosts and on hand to answer any queries or questions. The location is excellent, just a short stroll to both the castle and the river front and conveniently placed for metro links. Cafes, bars and supermarket all within a few minutes walk too. Highly recommend to others.
