Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to others, clean and modern apartment right next to Patacona beach. The flat looks better than the photos show. Great pool which wasn’t even cold in May, loads of playgrounds nearby for kids. Easy bus into town or if you’re feeling lazy like us one can get quick uber into the centre of town for only €8. Proactive host was very responsive. We would stay again, thank you!

David's apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for 6 adults within easy walk of restaurants, bus stops, metro and taxi stands. It was in a very quiet location and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

Ich kann diese Unterkunft von ganzem Herzen empfehlen. Len ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Check-In hat sehr gut funktioniert und sie hat sich während unseres Aufenthalts immer wieder nach unserem Wohlbefinden gefragt. Die Unterkunft liegt 10 min Fußweg vom Strand und von guten Restaurants. Auch das parken war kein Problem. Wer eine kleine Auszeit sucht, ist hier genau richtig 👍🏼

Super Aufenthalt! Es hatte sogar Wasser, Kaffee, Milch und Wein in der Küche! Empfehlenswert 🤩

We were three friends visiting Valencia and had a fantastic stay! The apartment is super comfy, very clean, and spacious. All three beds were comfortable—we slept really well during our three-night stay. The location is excellent—right in the heart of the Old Town, within walking distance to most major sights, and just a 5-minute walk to El Corte Inglés. There's a small bar right across the street that stays open until midnight. Some might find it noisy, but we didn’t mind it at all; in fact, it made the area feel safer to walk around at night. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Valencia!

La Casa de Ingrid, dans un petit immeuble calme, offre confort (literie et salles de bains et salle de douches), est très bien équipé (cuisine et divertissements), le tout dans une propreté impeccable. L’appartement est très bien situé pour tout visiter à pied. Il est proche de commerces (supermarchés, cafés) et de restaurants. Carlos nous a envoyé un lien pour nous permettre de parcourir aisément la courte distance entre la station Àngel Guimerà et l’appartement. Lors de la remise des clés, il a profité de la visite de l’appartement pour nous fournir des explications. Monter et descendre à pied les 3 étages fait partie intégrante du charme des immeubles anciens et permet de garder la forme😉. Bref uniquement du positif pour la localisation, l’appartement et pour l’accueil, la proactivité ainsi que pour la réactivité de l’hôte.

Mooie locatie met alles op loopafstand. Voldeed precies zoals je verwacht bij het zien van de foto’s. Super vriendelijke hosts die graag met je meedenken en snel reageren. Pluspunt als het kan, zelfs bereid om een extra stap te zetten met bijvoorbeeld je bagage en eerder inchecken. Natuurlijk afhankelijk van andere gasten, bij ons zat alles mee😎 heerlijke tijd gehad. Kan het iedereen aanraden.

Wat een prachtige locatie. Zo fijn om te vertroefen. Ook rolstoel of kinderwagentoegankelijk. Wij komen zeker nog terug

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Santiago. Parfaitement située, en face de la plage et d’excellents restaurants, proche d’un loueur de vélos, à proximité du centre ville, la maison était idéale pour profiter et visiter Valencia. Le logement était confortable, paisible, spacieux et propre. La piscine était très agréable et parfaitement entretenue. Nous espérons y revenir prochainement. Merci Santiago pour ce bel accueil!

We hebben uitstekende dagen gehad in dit mooie ruime huis met mooi dakterras. We zijn super ontvangen en hebben 2 avonden heerlijk gegeten in het restaurant van de host, casa Montaña, direct naast de woning. Dank voor de goede zorgen Alejandro en Denise! de locatie is prima in een rustige leuke buurt met leuke barretjes met veel locals. alles is prima bereikbaar. je bent snel op strand en boulevard en met de metro ben je ook zo in het centrum van Valencia. Aanrader!

Hemos pasado un noche muy agradable en el alojamiento de Daniela. Se ajustaba a las fotos y la descripción. El alojamiento es cómodo, estaba limpio y ordenado. Daniela fue muy atenta con nosotros/as en todo momento.

Fantastic place and a great host. Very spacious and in a great location. Within 8 to 10 minutes walk you have options for pretty much everything.

This is a lovely place to stay and is conveniently located near to the beach with lots of local restaurants a short walk away. The apartment was homely and had a real cosy feel to it. Our host was extremely helpful and provided us with lots of information about the area and what to see and do. I would highly recommend this place.

We had a great stay! The apartment was very comfortable and clean. You could tell the apartment was recently renovated, everything was brand new and all amenities were available. The area is quiet and the view from the apartment is beautiful.

Appartamento come in foto, tutto nuovo e pulito, la cucina/tavolo da pranzo sono piccolini ma noi abbiamo mangiato il 4 senza problemi. Il quartiere è tranquillo con diversi negozi di alimentari nei dintorni. Molto comodo a bus e metro. Pilar ci ha dato indicazioni chiare ed è stata disponibile.

Un sitio muy agradable

An amazing apartment that is in a perfect location right by the Central Market and the rest of the old town of Valencia. Konstantin was great and allowed a slightly earlier check in. The apartment had everything you needed for both a short or long term stay. Can't rate it highly enough! Only issue was some noise outside at night but that's to be expected with such a central location.

Allt stämmer precis överens med annonsen. Boendet ligger väldigt nära stranden och poolerna var bra. En pool passade utmärkt för vår ettåring och fyraåring. Fin och stor balkong med utsikt över havet och barnstol (vilket är viktigt för oss). Väl utrustat kök och både tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Dessutom bra utrymme för att hänga tvätten på en separat balkong.

¡Estadía excelente en Valencia! Pasamos unos días muy agradables en este alojamiento. El piso es cómodo, limpio y está muy bien ubicado para poder disfrutar de la playa. Desde el primer momento, el anfitrión se mostró muy atento y siempre estuvo bien comunicado con nosotros, lo cual agradecemos mucho. Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con el wifi, pero rápidamente nos ofrecieron una solución alternativa. Recomendaría este lugar y volvería a alojarme aquí en el futuro.

Appartement très agréable et bien aménagé. Accueil parfait.

Marion's place is in a great location, 5 min walk to beach, bus or tram. It is in a working neighbourhood which is what we want when travelling. Check-in was so easy, Rosa met my daughter and showed her the spotless apartment while providing all information needed. Communication with both Marion and Rosa at all times was wonderful. I would highly recommend Marion's apartment to anyone and look forward to going back in the future. Muchas gracias por unas maravillosas vacaciones!
