Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Rovinjsko Selo

Our stay at this apartment was great, the place was extremely clean and space has lots of sunlight. We also had a parking spot. Alex was wonderful host, communication was quick and easy and he gave us local recommendations and tips to get around to beaches, restaurants and attractions. Neighbourhood felt very safe and it's about 15-20min walk to city centre, but even faster with 2 bicycles that are available for use, which are great especially for going to beach area. I think this place is a great option for Rovinj because you are relatively close to everything but still have privacy and peace.

Mycket trevligt boende och en bra och vänlig värd. Antun välkomnande oss personligen och berättade lite om huset och sig själv. Boendet är finare i verkligheten än på bilderna. Mycket bra skick. Lägenheten är dessutom utrustad med en ny tvättmaskin som verkligen underlättade vår vistelse.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Medulin. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und vor allem sehr sauber und ordentlich. Nur einen Sprung von der Hauptstraße und allen Annehmlichkeiten, Hafenpromenade, Restaurants usw. entfernt, trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Lara und ihre Familie waren sehr gastfreundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Das große Grundstück war für unsere Kinder ebenfalls toll zum spielen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft ganz klar weiterempfehlen!

Wir haben uns von Minute 1 bei Emanuela sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war alles sauber und genau so wie auf den Fotos. Der Garten war toll und es ist alles mit viel Liebe gemacht. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen :)

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Wohnung bei Moira! Durch Moira und die offene, freundliche Wohnung sowie den schönen Garten haben wir uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Bei Fragen konnten wir uns immer an Moira wenden und sie hat uns stets ihre Hilfe angeboten. Der Weg zum Strand ist super kurz und wunderschön! Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub, und kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße aus Deutschland ❤️

The place was comfortable, peaceful, and clean. The heating, washer, and stove all worked well. Tihana was very kind and was happy to help with anything I needed. she provided toys and games for my 5 year old son who was staying with me. Very responsive host. I recommend staying here overall.

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious apartment in the heart of Rovinj. It's perfect for two couples, offering plenty of room and the added convenience of two bathrooms, which was really nice. The location is excellent—peaceful, yet close to the sea, restaurants, and a supermarket. The host was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. One minor issue was that the mattresses in one of the bedrooms were shorter than the bed frame. Additionally, a few kitchen amenities were missing, such as quality knives. Overall, we had a great experience—thank you, Nerina!

Amazing place to stay in Rovinj! It was probably a 15 minute walk into old town but the walk was nice as you walk through a field and nice safe neighborhoods. We were very pleased with our stay, and the host was the sweetest lady. Would absolutely recommend!

Wir waren rundum glücklich mir der Unterkunft. Lidija (die Schwiegermutter) hat uns super freundlich empfangen, das Haus gezeigt und sogar Leckereien für uns gebacken. Auch einen selbstgemachten Wein gab es. Darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Das Haus hat alles (und noch mehr), was man braucht und auch die Hunde haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder ☺️

Klasse Unterkunft mitten im Grünen! Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, sehr gepflegt und sauber und bietet vielfältige Sport- und Entspannungsmöglichkeiten (auch für Kinder). Dazu zählen der heizbare Pool, eine Sauna, ein Whirl Pool, Tischtennis oder Fahrräder. Die sonstige Austattung des Hauses ist ebenfalls exzellent. Der grosszügige und gediegene Flair des Hauses trägt sehr zu einem entspannten Urlaubserlebnis bei. Der Gastgeber Ivan ist sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir können die Villa La Finka uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Amazing home. Awesome host. My husband and I have stayed in dozens of AirBNBs throughout the U.S. and Europe. This was one of our favorites, and we definitely hope to return someday. From the moment we arrived we felt as if we were staying with a friend. Our host, Vesna, is an artist, and the place where we stayed is her former studio. It's decorated with her artwork (paintings, sculptures, ceramics, even painted lamps). During our three days here, surrounded by her art, we felt embraced with her joy and kindness. It was truly a magical experience, especially with the sunshine streaming through the many windows and the lovely trees all around. Vesna lives in a separate home on the property, so she was close if we needed her. The place was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Having two bathrooms was a bonus as my husband and I each had our own shower and our own water heater! And it's within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do in Opatija. A superb stay!

Unser Aufenthalt in "Peace of Mind - 2" war wunderschön. Die Lage des Objekts ist außergewöhnlich und bietet nicht nur einen traumhaften Blick in eine wunderbare Landschaft, sondern vieles mehr. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten. Zusätzlich kann man sich auf der Terrasse am Pool aufhalten und dort die angeschlossene Küche und den Aufenthaltsraum nutzen. Der Pool selbst bietet die Möglichkeit, auch sportlich zu schwimmen und der Blick in die Kvarner Bucht ist nicht zu überbieten. Die Gastgeberin Rajna ist immer hilfsbereit und gibt tolle Tipps zur Erkundung der Gegend. Ein absoluter Wohlfühlort, an dem man sehr herzlich empfangen wird und sich gleich wie zuhause fühlt! Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und entspannte Zeit. Das Haus ist perfekt für 2 Familien. Es gibt eine schöne Veranda mit einem großen Tisch an dem wir gut zu neunt Platz gefunden haben. Das Grundstück ist weitläufig und der Pool ist schön groß, viel Platz für die Kinder zum spielen und fpr die Erwachsenen zum ausspannen. Es gibt einen großen Supermarkt ganz in der Nähe. Rovinj und die umliegendenen Strände sind gut zu erreichen.

A very beautiful house ideal for 2 or 2+2 kids. It is in the middle of a large yard of olive trees, generating a calm mediterranean athmosphere. The evening sun shines golden into the trees of the forest that starts right behind the beautiful pool area, which was substantially larger than I expected. We spend a full very relaxing week there and even used the free mountain bikes to go to a closeby beach. The sauna area finishes it all off in perfection, just as did the greeting gifts of Prosecco and Dino‘s families own excellent olive oil. Such a nice stay, thank you!

Really special place. We looked for something private for us and our loudly kids and this place was amazing. We found everything what we needed inside the House. Garden is beautiful and full of toys and games for kids. Suzana is really nice and helpfull. Our favourite Beautiful beach is 10 min walk from home.

Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus und es war wieder absolut traumhaft! Das Haus ist top ausgestattet, sehr sauber und mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Pool ist ein echtes Highlight. Auch unsere beiden Hunde haben sich rundum wohlgefühlt und den Aufenthalt genossen. Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an den herzlichen Gastgeber – wie immer war alles perfekt vorbereitet und wir haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

Wir waren schon zum 3. Mal bei Jasna & Vlado und fühlen uns in Dajla sehr wohl. Meee ist in 4 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, Konoba mit leckerem Essen noch näher. Bäckerei ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Jasna und Vlado kann man jederzeit kontaktieren und sie sind immer freundlich.

Apartman je jako čist, uredan i odlično opremljen. Domaćica Doris je vrlo draga i susretljiva te nam je dala odlične prijedloge za aktivnosti u Fažani.

We had a wonderful week at Celestina’s apartment. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool was lovely and refreshing. Rovinj is a beautiful town with loads of fantastic restaurants and it’s a good base for exploring Istria. We visited Pula, Vrsar, Montona, Bale and even Piran in Slovenia. Amarin beach is easily accessible by car and is a fab place to swim. Celestina was very warm and friendly and welcoming. We would highly recommend!

Wir sind viel unterwegs und diese Unterkunft war eine der besten die wir je gemietet haben ! Die Gastgeberinnen waren immer sofort erreichbar. Leider mußten wir den Urlaub auf Grund einer Erkrankung abbrechen , aber wir werden wiederkommen!

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!

Nachdem wir schon zum vierten Mal in dieser Unterkunft waren, war es schon fast wie „nach Hause kommen“. Es war für uns alles perfekt, wir brauchen keinen Luxus, sondern genießen die Ruhe und Unkompliziertheit in dieser Wohnung! Das beste ist eindeutig die Terrasse und der kleine Garten! Ideal auch für Hundebesitzer.

Suzana empfing uns mit ihrer sehr offenen und freundlichen Art. Sie war immer für uns erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist einfach gehalten, aber mit unseren 3 Kindern war es optimal. Ebenerdiger Ausgang in den eigenen, eingezäunten Garten, 2 Gehminuten zum Meer, 10min in den nächsten Park. Auch die Stadt war einfach erreichbar. Für uns die ideale Lage für Ausflüge verschiedener Art. Und wenn man sich einfach ausruhen möchte, bietet auch die Unterkunft selbst genug "Plätzchen" um sich wohl zu fühlen.
