Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Rotterdam Centrum

We stayed a week in this beautiful house by the lake. Nature is unique the view of the lake and the seabirds spectacular. You have absolute peace and, if you want, you can also go out a bit by rowing boat. Gouda, Rotterdam and The Hague are super quick to reach if it rains or you want to see something different. We felt very comfortable in the house. There are probably some flight bugs due to the lake location, but at least at this time of the year there were no stinging specimens. We would come back.

Nice little studio in a period house with high ceiling and private garden. Good location with easy tram access to everywhere!

Our family (3 kids 9-13) really enjoyed staying at Elisabeth’s home. It was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The location was beautiful and an easy walk to the village for shopping, dining and necessities.

Beautiful converted school which is exceptionally child friendly. Metro was approximately a 5 minute walk and it took often less than 15 minutes to get downtown Rotterdam. Neighborhood seems up and coming with an excellent coffee shop nearby. We would stay again.

Very spacious and pleasant house. Despite the very dense neighbors, it is very quiet, even on the terrace. We were 5 friends and found the house very spacious and cozy. The neighborhood is beautiful and attractive, and far enough from the center to have peace and yet at a nice distance to walk to the center quickly and safely. For 5 adults, the beds were not optimal and the house is rather recommended for families (with children), we think, but we knew that in advance. Because one of us was allergic to odor diffusers, Fran and Anabel were so kind to remove the everywhere, for which our sincere thanks. Nice and clear communication too, and clear instructions for arrival with the lockbox. Merci!

Furnished with a lot of love for detail and matching the area or the nearby sea. Steep stairs on the upper floor (bedroom). You need sure-footedness here. A few minutes' walk to the Central bus station and the long, fine, beautiful sandy beach. We enjoyed the stay. Finally, we met the friendly hosts. We were delighted to be your guests. A very warm welcome, a quaint cottage with everything we needed on a generous plot that we had access to all of it. Bus stop close by making it easy to visit Gouda and beautiful location. Conchita the host was very friendly but kept away but was easily found with information when we needed it. Maurits was a friendly host. He was flexible with our arrival and check-out time and we were able to leave our luggage behind until our evening flight. He lives upstairs which means that all requests were responded to quickly. The apartment was bright and cosy, just like the photos. Maurits was proactive and provided us with some wood for the fire which was great given an unseasonably cool evening in June. Lighting the fire was a delightful addition. The sleeping arrangements were comfortable. The sofa bed exceeded expectations. The bathroom was pristine. The location was second to none- many nice cafes and shops a short stroll away. Maurits made some great recommendations. I highly recommend his apartment.

We had an amazing time at Linda's beautiful, clean and peaceful place. The location is perfect and quiet. The apartment was exactly as described, we felt so well in it. Linda was very responsive and helpful, in addition to the useful information she left in the apartment. We highly recommend Linda's place.

The apartment was AMAZING - 28th floor, the views were stunning, especially at night time! Apartment really large & had everything we needed for a wonderful time. Beds comfortable, shower brilliant, equipment all as described (cutlery, towels etc.). We had a few questions and the host Sonia was amazing in answering them quickly & friendly. Defo recommend to others.

Wow! We felt so lucky to have stayed in this beautiful attic loft - what a treat it was!! The patio had amazing rooftop views and was a peaceful place to start and end each day. The loft itself is beautifully decorated with a cozy vibe and all the amenities you need including washer/dryer. We had sunny weather for our visit to Keukenhof and a wonderful bike tour through the surrounding flower farms later that afternoon, complete with the scent of hyacinth in the air...it was truly a dream. Our time in Leiden was absolutely fantastic and coming home to Bert & Marieke's place every day was the cherry on top! We sure hope to come back someday soon!! Thank you! 🧡🪻🧡

Anna's place was in a quiet neighborhood, but was easily accessible to the public. There is good shopping within walking distance and everything you need. The apartment was very cosy and the communication with Anna was great. Glad to come back!

We had a lovely stay. Perfect location to discover Rotterdam from. It was a good experience of a local apartment with steep stairs throughout but we were glad that there was a bathroom on the same level as the bedrooms and a powder room on the living area level. Very clean and spacious, comfy beds, tram line right in front of the building and grocery stores nearby.

What a friendly hospitable gentleman Maarten is! We were warmly and warmly welcomed. Apartment was super clean and everything you can think of is available. Parking very easy in the underlying parking garage. A lovely large balcony with very nice views. Plenty of dining and shopping in walking distance. Kitchen was fully equipped! It was more than amazing in one word! We recommend this lovely apartment to everyone, for both short and long stay. We were even allowed to check out at 12pm! Maarten thanks for everything, we will definitely come back! 🙏

Nick’s apartment had everything we needed. He met us out front and helped with our bags before showing us around his place. He gave us recommendations and told us a little about Bodegraven. The walk to the train took us about 8 minutes.

Anna and Eric were great hosts and responded very quickly to our questions. Eric welcomed us and showed us around the place and explained all the facilities and gadgets. It was exactly as described and very clean. We loved the big shared living space and the bedrooms were very quiet with plenty of storage. It was next door to a great supermarket and very close to many restaurants and cafes, and about 15 minutes to the Port and main city areas.

Everything was just as expected! Really a nice place to visit and worth returning to.

beautiful spacious place, located in the heart of the historic town. in nice weather you can use the lovely terrace. inside very clean, equipped with everything you could need. the host is very nice and communicative. highly recommended!

Super clean, conveniently located, spacious apartment. We were three adults and both the single bed and the king size beds were very comfortable. We lived the big window from which we would looks out in the street. Would rent again!

Great apartment for short medium length stay in great location. Parking, supermarket and shops within minutes walk. A plethora of restaurants within easy walking distance. Great bar across the road.
