Light studio appartement with sunny garden. The neighbourhood is known for it's many artists and has a very old (1800's) centre. The Maastunnel will take you 10 minutes on bicycle to historic Delfshaven and 15 minutes to the city centre of Rotterdam. Take the Ferry to Katendrecht (6 minutes) and you will find yourself in the urban industrial part of the city with many restaurants & bars. The ‘Zuiderpark’ is at walking distance and grocery shops are around the corner. Beach at 40min drive by car

Cozy house 10 min. from the centre of Rotterdam

Our home with a small garden is situated close to the city centre. It has a mix of modern and authentic elements. A place to feel at home right away. Cozy living room with lounge area, dinner table and working place. A very comfortable boxspring bed in a spacious bedroom with enough space for your luggage. And (when you have tried the restaurants within walking distance) a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare whatever you like. A bathroom with lovely shower. The toilet is separated.

Our Garden Room apartment is in the center of the city with great places to meet, shop, dine out or have breakfast within a hundred meters. Out the front door you will be in the bustling atmosphere of the city and at the back the doors opens to a garden with birds, trees and flowers. The garden is NO smoking. The apartment was renovated in November 2022 with a great bathroom and a shower that no longer opens to the kitchen.
