House vacation rentals in Rote island

I have stayed in a lot of great rentals worldwide but this is far out the BEST one so far. The location is outstanding, the house is beyond beautiful, the hosts so helpful and the food that the staff cooked us divine. Little gem on a little island paradise!

This place is spacious, relaxing and really lovely to hang out at. Immense master bedroom with great sea & sky vistas, great kitchen with large fridge and good cooktop - and icing on the cake - a fantastic pool. It's close enough to Nembrala town/port & super close to Tuesday market location. The staff are discreet and sweet. We went as a couple but if our kids were younger it would've been an ideal spot also.

This is a great place to stay! The house is way better than the photos show and it's really well looked after. The views of the ocean and sunsets from the house and garden are amazing. Loved the proper king-sized bed with quality sheets (I used the AC, and slept really well). I also loved the huge TV and the comfortable sofa. Didn't cook myself, but it looks as though the kitchen is as well-equipped as any proper home. I got takeaway from Blu Oceano which is 2 minutes away (authentic Italian pizzas!). Paddled out to the break in front and had some really fun sessions on my foil. I couldn't stay longer this time, but I will definitely be back to Wavehaven again. And the staff are really sweet!

Very nice room with fantastic and natural design, also here is a great value with good stay and lower price compare with other beautiful and convenient island stays, people here are very friendly to help all we needs, we got a great memory here, and we will visit again to see you all;

We had a wonderful stay at Rote White House. The host Sally was very helpful from the very beginning until the end, arranging pick up from the ferry, and car and motorbike hire, and providing local information, etc. Rote White House is a beautiful place, situated in a very peaceful location. We watched the sunset and dazens of stars every night from the house and just outside of the house. It was such a comfortable stay having all the modern convenience plus very helpful and lovely host Sally and entertaining and adorable young hosts Lexi and Tally. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable and restful.

Perfection!! For anyone looking to getaway and immerse themselves in nature, this is the place. Spectacular views, gorgeous sunsets, crystal clear water for snorkeling, monkeys, and much more. Maximilian and his staff embraced us like family friends rather than guests. Tidying the house, laundry, delivering fresh coconut water, organizing scooters, and pointing us in the right direction regarding food, massage, and anything else we needed. Be sure to check out Boa Gardens restaurant owned by Maximilian's mom, Cindy as well. She is delightful and the food she serves is a special treat. If we make it back to Rote, we would most definitely be staying here. Thank you for everything!

Erich and Siska at the reception were extremly helpful, Siska even guided us on a trip to the lagoon and took a little film, both of them were so personable. They even organised a cake for our anniversary. The waiting staff at the restaurant were also super friendly, the food was freshly prepared and of great quality. We couldn't have asked for more. The place is beautiful, great for watching the sunset, enjoying the pool but the staff really made it so more enjoyable.

We had a great stay at the White House. Sally is an excellent host, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The house layout is well-suited for a large group or family. We hope to return with our extended family and take both sides of the house while sharing the living space. The sunsets are a dream, and the view from the sofa is incredible.

It was such a beautiful and peaceful place to stay. The host Sindi and her staff were always helpful and responsive. Sindi spoke both English and Indonesian fluently and she helped us communicating with locals. There were modern comfort such as a fridge, washing machine and kitchen equipments. We loved being a part of the nature too. Cows come around for vegetable and fruits leftovers and one of them was very tame and took food from our hands. Also, it was around 6 minutes walk to Bo'a beach, one of the great surfing beaches in Rote. My husband was often the first one in the water in the morning. Thank you Sindi and her staff for looking after us and making our stay memorable.

Amazing spot in order to rest and fully live the amazing atmosphere of the island. The owners are more than kind, the place is tremendous and perfect whether you are looking for a relaxing and peaceful experience. I highly recommend it !
