This apartment in Cádiz is simply fantastic! Right by the sea, with an absolutely stunning view — waking up to the sound of the waves was magical. The space is cosy, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully laid out, with an exceptional amount of natural light throughout the day. It’s perfectly located, close to shops, restaurants, and everything you might need. The apartment is also very well equipped, including beach towels and chairs, which was a lovely touch. The fast internet and modern TV (with casting capability) made relaxing in the evenings easy. There’s a private parking space, which is a real plus, but make sure to check your car’s dimensions against the listing — it’s a tight fit. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Highly recommended.

Since the reception, to the presentation and description of both the apartment and the surrounding areas, it was 5*, Lord Izi, (I do not know if this is how it is written) was of attention, sympathy, cordiality and inexhaustible professionalism, thank you very much. The apartment was impeccably, clean, ( wc, bedrooms, living room) and all very neat, in addition to being very welcoming. We were spoiled with wine, beer and coffee. It is very well located with transport at the door to Puerto de Santa Maria, lines L3 and L6, I advise to buy the rechargeable pass (1.50 euros) that can be used for all means of transport ( Bus, train and boat), in addition to the transport also has two mini markets with fresh bread both and everything that needs the most basic. Very quiet condominium and everything pacific, place to park. We didn't go to the pool because the time wasn't for it. Unbeatable house two blocks from the beach, the house was clean and has everything you need to enjoy a few days in all comfort and without having to worry about anything, we were a few friends and we were very comfortable. Beatriz was attentive all the time that we were comfortable and that there was no problem, we will definitely come back. Exceptional parking and arrival with a grocery store two streets away. Quiet and family-friendly urbanization that you feel safe and comfortable. It has front garden, back and terrace to enjoy. 100% recommended

The apartment was great for us as a family! There were three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The direct access to the garden was also perfect! Everything was clean and the communication with Antonio was great. A parking space was available. Unfortunately, the pool is only open from June, so we could not use it. But access to the sea was perfect in 5 minutes and the beach is fantastic and natural. An enchanting place to unwind and enjoy tranquility.

The house was clean and as it comes in the photos, Yolanda was very kind, we were able to enter before, she showed me places to visit, to eat, travel... the quiet area, there are shops and bars, definitely to be repeated.

From the moment I arrived until I left I felt I was in my element. The house provided everything I needed and had hoped for. Susana was the perfect host and I am truly grateful to her for her kind attention to detail. Well before I left I decided I would be returning again in the future as it is hard to imagine what else I would want in a holiday home. Fabulous location.

It was a nice big house with lots of airconditioners. Nice sunny private swimming pool, close to a beautiful beach. Communication with Javier and hostess Ana went well. Thank you for the good time!

Maite's apartment is the best you can find in Costa Ballena. It's spacious and new. It's very bright and well-equipped. Air Conditioning is practically not needed because it is quite cool just opening a couple of windows. It has two excellent terraces and the bedrooms are of a good size. The beach is a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride. It's in a quiet area of Costa Ballena. The development has several pools that are not usually very crowded and a couple of paddle courts. The only thing we had of any problems with was the water heater. It is very small for a family of four if we all are showered behind each other, it would be important to notify them in advance so that guests can organize themselves, because once you already know it, it is no problem. They miss trash cans in the bathrooms and a larger hair dryer. But overall we were very comfortable and communication with Maite was very smooth

A great stay, highlighting the value for money, the superb location very close to the beach and the ease of moving from the apartment to local shops and points of interest in the area. But without a doubt the highlight was Cristina, an excellent and affable host, always available and with an almost immediate response to the (few) requests we made:)

This was the second time we stayed at Macarena's Airbnb in just a few months. This time when stayed while purchasing a home in Spain. Macarena is a terrific host with a beautiful apartment. We loved this specific location (Punta Candor) in Rota. The apartment is very comfortable and I will recommend this place to anyone who wishes a comfortable stay in Rota.

Enchanted with the stay, a very quiet place with very good views of the golf course. The pool area is also very nice and there is outdoor parking inside the development. The kitchen is well equipped to be able to cook during the stay without problem .

My 90-year-old mother-in-law and family spent more than two months of very pleasant enjoyment here, just as convenient as at home, sunbathing in front of the beautiful golf course every day, very convenient to go to the nearby supermarket to buy food, etc., in the afternoon, walking the dog by the sea, occasionally listening to the pleasant sound of the waves entering the water at night! It's a wonderful retirement life! The Host is very high quality and never disturbs us. When we encountered some problems, he replied immediately. When we just checked in, he personally drove us around to familiarize us with the surroundings and introduced the situation. We were very touched, especially reluctant to leave, but we had to go back to our own home! I hope to come back if I get the chance!

We had an absolutely fantastic week in La Barrosa, made even more special thanks to the wonderful hospitality of Agueda and Carlos. Their home is beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed – including extra touches that made a real difference, especially for our children. The apartment was spotless and well-prepared, with welcome items like breakfast essentials, drinks, and toiletries so we didn’t have to rush out to the supermarket. Agueda gave us a warm, personal welcome and took the time to explain everything, which made settling in effortless. Thank you so much – we would return without a doubt!

The place was perfect for us. We are a family of five with three small girls and it had just what we needed in terms of space and amenities. The location is really good for families because it has a huge park right in front that connects with the rest of the garden and recreational areas that Costa Ballena has, so its location is very pleasant. It is also a property located in a quiet development with remarkable features as it is a penthouse with two terraces, one of which is large. The rooms are spacious and the layout is very suitable. Communication with Marisa was extraordinary at all times, with clear and precise instructions from the beginning that made everything easier both on arrival and departure. She is a dedicated host who projects seriousness and professionalism. We had a fantastic time and will be back as soon as possible. Thank you Marisa for everything.
