Nybygget lejlighed fra 2024 på øverste etage med fantastisk lysindfald. Central beliggenhed tæt på station, indkøb, motorvej samt grønne områder. Ideel base for sightseeing i Roskilde og københavn. Lejligheden, der har gulvvarme overalt, består af entre, stort køkken/alrum i direkte forbindelse med stuen. Et soveværelse med dobbeltseng, og et værelse med sovesofa der kan slås ud til dobbeltseng. En skøn vestvendt altan, hvor sommerens solrige dage samt de mest fantastiske solnedgange kan nydes.

Modern terracedhouse close to ocean and Copenhagen

The house has a open dining/living room with a 65’ TV. Direct access to the garden. A toddler bedroom with a crib which is open in the side, and a bedroom with a master-bed of 200x200. A nice bathroom. A fully equipped kitchen with all you need. The garden is with a closed hedge. It has a lounge area and dining area where the grill is also located. The garden has a lot of colourful flowers, a nice lawn and trees which are lit up at night. Outside our house there is a playground for children.

Slap af i dette hyggelige sommerhus, kun 300 meter fra en fantastisk strand. Huset har indhegnet have med terrasser mod syd, øst og vest. Der er også skov tæt på samt Solrød Centret med butikker og caféer samt station med hurtigt tog til København. Der er cykelrute hele vejen ind til København. Parkering har plads til flere biler og campingvogn. Adgang til: Lille stue + futonsofa/seng. Lille Køkken, stort set med det hele Lille toilet med bruser Adgang til fryser, vaskemaskine og tumbler.
