The Pottery House

Kermikhuset is located 30 km south of Copenhagen, 500 m to beach/forest and 1.9 km to train station. The home is a self-contained apartment of 60 m2 on the first floor, with a lovely secluded south facing roof terrace. The home consists of kitchen, living/dining room, bathroom, 2 bedrooms with linens, the one with double bed and wardrobes and the other slightly smaller with 2 single beds with shared footing ideal for children, or for those who want to wicker toes. Ideal for a romantic getaway or for the young family.

Relax in this cozy cottage, just 300 meters from a fantastic beach. The house has a fenced garden with terraces to the south, east and west. There is also forest nearby as well as Solrød Center with shops and cafes as well as a station with a fast train to Copenhagen. There is a bike route all the way into Copenhagen. The apartment is in the best place in Roskilde. Close to the street with shops, close to parks with green areas and a walk to the harbour, where you can swim. The apartment is lovely, neat and clean, located on the 1st floor with a French balcony overlooking a quiet courtyard. The apartment contains a hallway, kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher and oven. A bedroom with a double bed. Living room with dining area, TV and a sofa bed for 2 people. The last room is locked off, may not be used.

Quiet and scenic forest garden with Tiny House. Little Sweden is aimed at those who like outdoor living, cooking on a fire/grill, with e.g. wild and edible plants, swimming in the fjord or hiking in the forest. The home is built with sustainable materials and simply furnished with a sofa bed, small dining table and simple kitchen inside and out. There is electricity and light. Solar panels and charger for electric cars. In the garden there is a simple outdoor shower and a separation toilet.

As something unique, wild mouflons roam the area, so be careful when you drive on the roads. They are a flock of about 200. Take the fishing rod and waders with you and catch a fish in Roskilde Fjord. If you want to go to the city and shop, it is 15 minutes to cozy Frederikssund.

It is located in the middle of the shopping area and just a 2 minute walk from the station, from where you can easily get to both Køge and Copenhagen. If you go the other way, it's a 10 minute walk down to our lovely sandy beach. Free parking at the station. In the summer, sometimes noise from the street can be expected at night
