Beautiful and newly renovated, cozy 2-room apartment with high-end amenities for max. 4 people. 70 m², ground floor apartment with sun terrace in close proximity to the clinics in the spa area of Isny-Neutrauchburg. The apartment has a separate entrance and is facing the garden on the sunny side of our apartment building. The clinics and the spa gardens are within walking distance in a few minutes, the historic old town of Isny can be reached on foot and by bike via a nature reserve.

Because besides the six standard beds in the two bedrooms (two double beds + one bunk bed), the living room couch is very practical and offers quality sleeping space for one person. The deep and very spacious terrace is oriented in two cardinal directions and guarantees sun in the morning and in the afternoon, as the peaks of the Rätikon allow it.

By car, you can reach the middle station of the Flumserberg cable cars or the beautiful Walensee in 2 minutes

The apartment is located in our farmhouse in which we ourselves live in a residential unit and which we are gradually expanding and renovating. There is a separate entrance.
