L'Annexe is a comfortable, cosy and romantic cottage situated on the edge of the scenic village of Mons, right on a walking trail that leads to the Gorges d'Héric or up the Caroux mountain. It's 10 minute walk down to heart of the village where there are several restaurants, a café, a grocery store, tourism office and a weekly market. From the Kitchen-living space you have direct access to the paved patio under the vines and kiwi tree. The shared, unheated pool is open from April till October.

Under our timber-framed house, we rent out a 25m² studio with a private 12m² terrace, a picnic table with a parasol, and an electric plancha. The accommodation was built in 2019. . Enjoy a magnificent view of the valley, the Orb River, and the mountains. Located in the heart of the Haut Languedoc Regional Park, you can experience canyoning, climbing, mountain biking, hiking, and canoeing. Whether by bike or on foot, you can explore the Greenway . You will find here the calm away from the noises of the city... We welcome you all year round with a wood burning stove for winter! Welcome to this heavenly oasis, haven of peace and serenity, large 300 m3 organic pool, cleaned and swimming from 06/06 to 22/09 waterfall pontoon, exotic plants, new comfortable studio air conditioning, WiFi, TV reception, 160 bedding, equipped kitchen, Italian style shower 300 m2 plot, sunbathing, barbecue, plan, night lighting not overlooked (soap not provided) cleaning, linens and towels provided. Dog accepted 10 euros. Numerous hiking trails from the rental.

The apartment is located in the heart of the old village of Roquebrun, so close to shops, and only a 5-minute walk from the river where you can enjoy the beach and swimming. The south-facing terrace offers stunning views of the Orb. You have a living room/kitchen with a view, a bathroom with separate toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and a sleeping area with a single bed. Great for a couple with a child!

On the second floor, without an elevator, the 'Plein Sud' apartment will seduce you with its unique views and atypical outdoor space. Facing south, the view of the vineyards, the Orb and the historic village is unparalleled. Welcome to our beautiful village house! Facing south, the living room is pleasant and bright. The kitchen is open to the dining room. A few steps down, you'll find the living area with TV and sofa bed. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a shower room. You have a garden. You can eat under the olive tree while enjoying the view of the Orb.
