This apartment is in the multicultural Historic District. It's close to major attractions, restaurants, public transportation and parks. Downtown Long Beach and the Convention Center is just under 1 mile and the beach is three miles away. Some people who have never visited Long Beach are surprised by the gritter aspects of the city but the people of Long Beach are friendly & unpretentious. I am sure you will find Long Beach to be a cool city with lots to offer.
