Greenfield Beach, Sunnyside's local, is a white sand paradise, nestled along the famous White Sands Walks that takes you past secluded beaches, through National Park and to the ever popular Hyams Beach. One of the quietest beaches in Jervis Bay, Greenfield is truly special. Surrounded by beautiful bush you'll feel a million miles away whilst the grassy lawn, public BBQs, picnic areas and amenities make it an easy place to enjoy. Vincentia village is just a couple of minutes drive away for local shops. Huskisson, Hyams Beach and the Booderee National Park are around ten minutes drive.

Please note Sunnyside is on a dual occupancy plot with a granny flat style small dwelling to the side of the property. All external areas are private. The only shared element is the driveway. The second dwelling here is a another holiday home.
We have off street parking available to you. Note the driveway is steep so you may prefer to park on the road. Please do not block the white gates which provide access to the second dwelling.
There are steps up to the property and a small staircase inside - see the listing pictures - which accesses the main bedroom and single bedroom. Any questions re accessibility please ask.
