Skylands Lodge is a private, 3.5 acre mountain retreat located in a lake community near the NY/NJ border where the Hudson Valley meets the Skylands Mountain area of NJ. Enjoy spectacular mountain views, privacy, serenity & modern design at an elevation of 1300 feet. Just 1 hour away from the Lincoln Tunnel. Enjoy skiing at Mountain Creek just 5 minutes from the house and the endless charm of Warwick NY and lots of farms just a short 15 minute drive from the house. STR Permit #STR22-00017

The space
The house has soaring 14 foot vaulted ceilings and walls of glass to enjoy the spectacular mountain views. The ultra modern kitchen was designed for those who like to cook. There are 3 bedrooms (K-Q-Q) and 2 full bathrooms on the main level. 1-3 twin beds on the lower level (additional $$$), full bathroom and laundry. The base rate accommodates 6 people sharing bedrooms. Additional beds will incur extra guest fees.

Entire house, Upper Terrace, Patio Deck with separate grilling area and hot tub year round, Heated Pool (2021-Memorial Day to September 30) and 3.5 private acres of woods.

Other things to note
Pool is open annually June 1-September 15. Pool heater runs on propane at an extra cost of $125 per day for rentals under a month and billed for the entire duration of your stay. Pool heater operates between 10am-6p.

Grill is available April-October.

Renters that stay 7+ days are responsible for all utilities (electricity, cable TV, Wifi, Alarm system and pool/spa maintenance.)

Monthly rentals: all utilities (electric, cable, WiFi) are included up to $250 per month. Renters are responsible for all pool related costs (weekly servicing and propane).

House trained dogs are permitted at the property and subject to a $150 pet fee per dog. Limit 2.

All guests are required to complete a separate house rules agreement and pool/spa rider to gain house access.
