Welcome to the Eliza Ann Jewett House, where you will find the yourself immersed in true Savannah history! Built in 1853 and located in the heart of downtown Savannah on what is considered one of the most beautiful, landmark streets in the nation, this beautifully preserved residence offers 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, spacious living and dining areas, a well-appointed kitchen, private courtyard, and a 2-car garage. Perfectly walkable to all of downtown Savannah's attractions!

The space
This spacious, historic property is the perfect homebase for your group's Savannah stay! Ideal for large families, groups, and friends, there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy private space or to gather together!

The main level features a large parlor, a dining room that seats 12, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a king bed, a convenient half bathroom, and laundry facilities for your convenience.

The garden level (ground level) boasts 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, along with a second comfortable living room!

On the second floor, you'll find two more bedrooms, each with a luxurious king bed and their own TVs! Both bedrooms have full spa-like bathrooms, one of which features an original cast iron bathtub, adding a touch of vintage charm.

The top floor features a master suite with private full bathroom. In the bedroom area, there is a king bed and seating area with TV. Have one more person joining you? The sofa in this space pulls our into a full sized bed, providing ample sleeping space. This floor also offers two charming window seats, offering a cozy spot for reading and feeling like you've been transported to a tree-top hideaway. Additionally, there's a convenient desk area at the top of the landing, perfect for any remote work you need to tackle while away from home.

Step outside into the courtyard, where a dining table for 6 with a shady umbrella invites you to enjoy al fresco meals. Fire up the propane grill for a delightful barbecue experience.

Parking is a breeze with a TWO car garage, ensuring you have a worry-free stay. Explore Savannah's historic streets on foot, as this prime location puts you within easy reach of all downtown attractions.
