The space
PLEASE READ HOUSE MANUEL PRIOR TO BOOKING THIS HOME

We welcome respectful adults looking for a calm & relaxing getaway. This is not a party house. We do not allow any outside visitors, gatherings or parties/events at the home.

** You get the entire house featuring:
Avocado Suite - this is our largest apartment with two bedrooms, first bedroom has one queen bed and second bedroom has two queen beds. There is a large living and dining area, kitchen and one bathroom. This room is located on the second level of the home, right next door to the Pineapple Suite.

Pineapple suite - this is a spacious one bedroom apartment with one queen size bed, one bathroom, a small kitchen and a comfortable living and dining area. The couch in the living room does pull out into a bed. This room is located on the second level of the home, right next to the Avocado suite.

Seaglass Studio - this is our smaller unit, featuring one queen sized bed, one bathroom, a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. This room is located at street level and is next-door to the owner's apartment.

*We do live in an apartment at the home, so although you rent the entire home, myself & my husband will be here.

*The entire home can comfortably sleep up to 10 people.

*PLEASE NOTE: The home is split up into 3 separate vacation rentals/apartments on 2 levels, so although it is one home, each space is completely separate with its own entrance. It has proved to be a wonderful set up for groups! People have their own private space when they want it but also have larger gathering areas between the two bigger apartments and the rooftop terrace for those times you all want to hang out together.

*You will need a car to get around Rincon. We do not have reliable public transportation and Uber does not operate in this area.

*Please be sure to bring your own personal toiletry items. We do not provide soap, shampoo, etc.

*PLEASE NOTE: Power goes out frequently in our area and WIFI can be spotty. This is very normal here in Rincon. We have a small solar system that can run the essentials in the entire home - lights, outlets, fans and refridgerators. Unfortunately, it cannot handle running the TVs, air conditioners, microwave, etc. We ask for your patience and understanding if power or water should go out during your stay. It is completely out of our control and we’ll do our best to keep you comfortable. Thank you!

Quiet Puerto Rican neighborhood, but close to all the fun! We are right in the heart of Puntas near all the great restaurants, beaches, bars, etc. However, we are just far enough away that you can get a quiet night's sleep.

During your stay

Myself, my husband and our dog, Lola, live on the property. I am available from 9am-5pm daily if you should need anything during your stay. Outside of those hours I can usually be reached by phone. I do ask that if its not an emergency to please wait to contact me during business hours. Thanks!
