The space
Beautiful, newly renovated historic home with a small fenced in courtyard, enclosed porch, and a gorgeous view overlooking the Clark Bridge and Mississippi River.

Both bedrooms are on the upper level, and both have a queen-sized bed and a wardrobe. There is a small workspace with a desk in one of the bedrooms as well.

The bathroom is on the upper level as well and has a clawfoot tub with a handheld shower head.

Washer and dryer are in a closet off the kitchen.

The living room is very spacious and is perfect for relaxing with friends and family.
