Take a scenic country drive from Lexington to the mountains to find a contemporary vaulted ceiling studio with stunning views from your living space! 900SqFt. private entrance studio and patio on a working horse farm with nearly 50 acres of private land, surrounded by the National Forest. This modern European designed studio was formerly an art studio, and is just 11.5 miles from Main Street Lexington. There's also an open high knoll for a perfect picnic spot, with 360 degree mountain views!

The space
Quiet and relaxing with an abundance of wildlife and farm animals to observe during your stay. All new appliances and fixtures throughout, with StarLink satellite high speed Wi-Fi. The attached studio has a private entrance, including a gorgeous pergola covered patio. The property is located within the Jefferson National Forest amongst rural farmland with pastures and woods on rolling terrain. Very private and peaceful.

Guest access
Keypad private entry, shown in photos. There are no steps to enter the studio, but there are two steps down to the adjoining private patio area for our guests. Studio entrance is less than 30 feet from the gravel parking area. Guests may walk around the farm and enjoy the 360 degree views from various vantage points around the property, including House Mountain and some incredible sunsets! Perfect for day time picnics, and star gazing at night!
