It is ideal for 2 or 3 guests, but at roughly 1400 sq feet, with 2 queens and 1 full-size bed, it can accommodate up to 5 (sorry, not suitable for children or pets). The property is situated on the south slope of a scenic river-valley and provides spectacular mountain views in all directions.

A lovely quiet peaceful place with great views across the valley to the mountains. Cheri welcomed us and showed us around and we had the whole ground floor, plus full bathroom and verandah upstairs, where we ate our evening meal.
Cheri provided red, white and blue breakfast treats, following Independence Day, a great start to the day.
Clean, comfortable with everything as advertised.
The home was clean and comfortable, the setting was beautiful and not too far from Yellowstone East Entrance. Plan to spend 1.5 - 2 hours to get inside the park from this location.
In the review from my guest Kennith S., he states “Plan to spend 1.5 - 2 hours to get inside the park from this location.” Good for Kennith! He evidently was wise enough to take the time to enjoy the beautiful drive to the East Gate of Yellowstone from my place - it is only 29 miles - through the spectacular valley of the North Fork of the Shoshone River. There is much to see along this corridor, and by driving slowly and keeping a sharp lookout, it is sometimes possible to spot elk, bear, bighorn sheep, and other species of wildlife along the way. I always encourage my guests not to be in a rush to reach Yellowstone; after all, the boundary is an arbitrary one. The entire region could just as well have been included as part of the Park.
Cheri is a great host and her house has an amazing view! She also has two super quite and sweet doggies upstairs, and mom and I had a great time at her place. Definitely recommend it to anyone who visit the area!
Our stay at Cheri's Yellowstone Country Suite was our first experience with Airbnb and we were very happy with the process and especially happy with the accommodations. Cheri is a very gracious host and we felt right at home in her home! The accommodations were exactly as listed. We were spending four days exploring Cody, WY and Cheri was very helpful in directing us to places that are a "must see". All in all we had a great time and would recommend Cheri's home to anyone traveling in that area.
I had a terrific time with Cheri and Dick in their beautiful home overlooking the mountains. The photo is exactly what we saw each morning. This was my first visit to Cody and I can't wait to go back and stay longer. The accommodations were perfect; lots of towels, dishes, heat, working TV, comfortable bed, delicious baked goodies in the mornings. The location was ideal for travel to Yellowstone every morning and to Cody for evening meals or to tour the museums and town.
We had simply a pleasent time in Cheri's wonderful house. We enjoyed very much Cheri's and her husband friendly companion, thankful for Cheri's home made (tasty!) Pastries and the most sweet and friendly two dogs I have ever seen! I warmly recommend anyone to stay at this place for the full Yellowstone expirience !
Cheri is a WONDERFUL Hostess and her home is a comfortable place to stay with a wonderful mountain view from the back balcony. She made us feel right at home in her home from the minute we arrived. We had to leave at 4:30am the second morning and she made sure we had a couple "treats" in the form of her baked goods for our early morning departure.
Was in an ideal location, great host, and comfortable. Cheri gave us great recommendations about the park and local scenery to check out. She left baked goods for us in the morning, which is always a plus! Thanks, Cheri!
Cheri is such a lovely lady. Her house is clean and beautiful. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have a great vacation near Yellowstone. We also saw a deer in her backyard!
Cheri and her place are wonderful. A ton of space for my girlfriend and I. She has two of the happiest dogs on the planet who love to romp and cuddle. Sitting down with Cheri and having conversations with her about the area are both educational and a treat. I would recommend anyone to stay with Cheri, I'll definitely do it again if i'm in the area.
