Cheri and her home were absolutely fantastic. Cheri was lovely and was only too happy to answer all our queries and provide information on the area and the park. Comfortable bed and private area downstairs. No kitchen but there was a microwave and access to bbq and Cheri provides all utensils and cutlery. Cheri also provided breakfast treats each morning which was a nice touch.
Approx 45min drive to YNP east entrance so you will need a car.
Highly recommend Cheri's place to stay if visiting the park or cody.
Cheri is a very nice host, my friends and I were really enjoy the time of living in Cheri's lovely house. We would like to come again next year.
We had a great time staying here. Very cute, spacious and clean home. Cheri was a cheerful and friendly host and also gave us good suggestions for places to see nearby. The house had a beautiful view and garden. The best thing about the house though were Cheri's two border collies - super friendly and adorable! They are well mannered and trained.
Cheri was warm, welcoming and filled with good tips to make our time in Yellowstone and Wyoming successful. We had a wonderful time in the area, it is beautiful. Plus I slept the best I had in the four weeks I have been on the road. Very comfortable and lovely home. Great morning treats too!
Cheri was very sweet & helpful. Her place is super comfortable & the beds were great. Plenty of places to relax & the bar/table area has a coffee maker, microwave, & small sink. I would definitely recommend staying here, & the views/area are gorgeous! Each morning there was a muffin/scone type breakfast treat left for us which were very tasty & tided us over until mid-morning.
Cheri is a wonderful host, who has the most beautiful house, in a setting we Chicagoans can only dream of. National parks nearby, amazing mountain views... My family had the best time there, not only visiting Yellowstone, but also just spending time at the house. There is a well equipped little kitchen, great beds, and table tennis--which was a first for my daughters and has been a huge hit in my family ever since :-) Also, I have to reserve a line for Cheri's amazing baking! We still dream of those delicious muffins and wish we could have some again. Guess we'll have to go back sometime!
