The entire house is available for your use. This is a townhome, and has one shared wall. The homes have separate entrances, and the backyard is private and separated by fencing and noise reducing water feature. There is an owner's closet which will remain locked in the back upstairs guestroom.

Pets, if allowed, will be subject to a $500 pet fee. Sorry cat lovers, we only allow small under 50 lb well behaved dogs.
